Base assembly for a prefabricated wall system
A base assembly of a prefabricated wall system includes a base extrusion, a base track, and a leveling assembly. The base extrusion includes an upper channel that is at least partially defined by first and second vertical members, and the upper channel is configured to receive an edge of a prefabricated wall panel. The base extrusion includes a lower channel opposite to the upper channel. An opening of the upper channel and an opening of the lower channel are oriented in opposite directions. The base track comprises a base track channel configured to affix to a floor of a building. The leveling assembly is configured to reside within both the lower channel of the base extrusion and the base track channel of the base track. The leveling assembly is adjustable to adjust a vertical position of the base extrusion with respect to the base track.
Modular wall system
A wall panel of a moveable and demountable frameless wall panel system that is secured between a floor of a room and a ceiling rail secured to a ceiling of the room. The wall panel includes a frameless panel, an upper clamp assembly, a ceiling track configured to be removably inserted into the ceiling rail, a lower clamp assembly, a first height adjustment mechanism secured to the lower clamp assembly, a second height adjustment mechanism, and a bottom floor channel receiving the first height and second height adjustment mechanisms.
TEMPORARY WALL ELEMENT
A wall element having two sets of columns with panel between the columns so that the columns of the first set and the second set are within each other so that the wall element can be extended and contracted, depending on the room height, in such a way that the wall panels cover the area between columns and form a substantially continuous wall from floor to ceiling.
INFILL WALL SUPPORT CLIP
An infill wall support clip is described. The infill wall support clip provides lateral bracing for wall panels in residential or commercial buildings. The infill wall support clip anchors to a top track of wall panels and to a bottom track of a floor truss. The infill wall support clip provides spacing between the wall panel and the floor truss such that drywall may be continuously overlaid on top of the wall panel.
STRUCTURAL INSULATED PANEL FRAMING SYSTEM WITH A RADIANT BARRIER
A framing system comprises an exterior siding and structural frame elements. The structural frame elements are arranged against a first side of the exterior siding, and are evenly spaced along the exterior siding thereby creating a plurality of structural element cavities. A radiant barrier with an emissivity of less than 0.50 is disposed between the exterior siding and the elements, and includes a plurality of indented portions, each indented into a corresponding cavity thereby creating a respective first sealed air space between the exterior siding and the radiant barrier in each structural element cavity. Each cavity comprises a polyurethane foam overlaying the indented portion of the radiant barrier bounded by the respective cavity. An interior siding covers the barrier and is attached to the elements thereby creating a respective second sealed space between the barrier and the interior siding in each structural element cavity.

The infill wall support clip anchors to a top track of wall panels and to a bottom track of a floor truss. The infill wall support clip provides spacing between the wall panel and the floor truss such that drywall may be continuously overlaid on top of the wall panel.
EXPANDABLE ROOM COMPRISING A PARTITION ELECTRICALLY CONNECTABLE TO A WALL OR A CEILING
An expandable room includes at least one wall and a ceiling delimiting a space, a first electrical connector capable of electrically supplying an item of electrical equipment, and at least one removable partition extending in the space. The expandable room further includes a second electrical connector configured to be electrically connected to the first electrical connector in order to electrically supply an item of electrical equipment. The first electrical connector of the wall is configured to allow an electrical connection with the second electrical connector at a plurality of points of the wall or of the ceiling.
