A prefabricated demising wall assembly comprising two substrate panels each with an interior and exterior surface, the substrate panels configured to span between a floor and a ceiling of a building unit; a plurality of metal studs connecting the interior surfaces of the two substrate panels, wherein the plurality of metal studs define a space between the substrate panels; a fire sprinkler pipeline between the two substrate panels, wherein at least some of the plurality of metal studs have an aperture accommodating the fire sprinkler pipeline through an interior of the demising wall assembly; and a plurality of hanger elements operably attached to the exterior surfaces of the two substrate panels, wherein the plurality of hanger elements are configured to connect to a plurality of removable finish panels.
Dry Partition Wall System and Method for Installation of a Dry Partition Wall System of this Kind
The invention relates to a dry partition wall system (1) comprising a plurality of wall elements (2; 2); a floor-side connection element (3) extending over several wall elements (2; 2), a ceiling-side connection element (4) extending over several wall elements (2; 2), wherein the plurality of wall elements (2; 2) are arranged side by side and are retained on the floor-side connection element (3) and on the ceiling side-connection element (4) and thus jointly form a partition wall, and wherein the wall elements (2; 2) are of multi-layer design. This dry partition wall system (1) is characterized in that each wall element (2) comprises a planking (22, 23) on both sides, with an insulating layer arranged in between, that one of the plankings (23) is of multi-part design, and that the plankings (22, 23) encompass the floor-side connection element (3) and the ceiling-side connection element (4) at the outer side. The invention relates further to a method for installing a dry partition wall system (I) of this kind. By means of the invention the installation of the dry partition wall system (1) is facilitated and an attractive optical appearance with good sound insulation effect is achieved.
CURTAIN WALL L-BRACKET AND CLIP ASSEMBLY
Systems and methods of installing and retaining insulation relative to at least one of a mullion and a transom having a given width. The methods comprise: using a fastener to attach to a side surface of the mullion or transom a side plate of each of a plurality of spaced apart L-brackets, each said L-bracket having a first receiving slot formed in the side plate; positioning the insulation in a space adjacent to at least one of the mullion and the transom; and engaging with each L-bracket a clip having a pair of clip legs with a first of the pair of clip legs extending through the first receiving slot of the L-bracket and a second of the pair of clip legs penetrating into the insulation. At least one of the clip legs has a tapered free end.
MODULAR STRUCTURES FOR CREATING FUNCTIONAL SPACES
Modular structures for creating functional spaces are disclosed herein. The modular structures can include partitions, such as walls, storefronts, and/or doors that can be easily assembled in a desired space and selectively paired together to create a desired floorplan suitable for the environment. The modular structures may also include plumbing assemblies to facilitate the install of toilets. These modular structures can be used together to create a suitable layout for a co-working space, an office environment, a school, a hospital, a laboratory, a factory, and various other indoor spaces.
Profile and Construction Element Set for Arranging a Component for Drywall Construction, and Drywall Formed Therewith
The invention relates to a profile for arranging a component for a drywall construction, in particular a profile for a preferably ceiling-side fastening of a drywall, preferably a profile for a drywall comprising a panelled stud frame. Furthermore, the invention relates to a construction element set and to a drywall having such a profile. The invention provides a profile of the aforementioned generic type that can accommodate a possible relative movement of components of a drywall construction in an improved manner. This object is achieved according to the invention in that the profile has, in its cross section, substantially a U shape which comprises a web and two adjoining flanges, wherein the flanges are each designed to be resilient to the same degree and/or in the same manner in the direction which is substantially orthogonal to the web surface.
DRYWALL AND SEALING DEVICE FOR SEALING A CONNECTION JOINT OF A DRYWALL
A drywall can be used as an attachment to a connecting building element. The drywall includes a connecting profile, at least one drywall panel, and at least one flat sealing device. The flat sealing device extends in an extent direction and has, transverse thereto, a retaining portion for positioning between a base portion and the connecting building element, a sealing portion, and a positioning portion for positioning on an outer side of the drywall panel. The flat sealing device is so disposed that a cavity is formed between an edge of the drywall panel, the connecting building element, the limb portion of the connecting profile, and the sealing portion.
Curtain wall L-bracket and clip assembly
L-shaped bracket for securing insulation relative to a mullion or transom includes a side plate which defines a first major side of the L-shaped bracket and a flange which defines a second major side of the L-shaped bracket. The side plate defines at least one aperture configured to receive a fastener so as to facilitate attachment of the side plate to a side surface of the mullion or transom. A first receiving slot is disposed in the side plate and configured to receive a clip leg of a clip. The first receiving slot can be defined by a slot plate supported in spaced relation to a surface of the side plate. The clip is configured to engage the insulation.
Interior panel and interior panel structure
An interior panel to be suspended and supported movably along a railway laid on a ceiling portion of a building, including: an upper panel member; a lower panel member disposed below the upper panel member; and a frame including at least an upper frame to be attached movably along the railway and a lower frame configured to hold a lower edge portion of the upper panel member and to hold an upper edge portion of the lower panel member.
CONNECTING ELEMENT FOR A NON-BEARING WALL STRUCTURE TO ALLOW A SLIDING COMPENSATION MOVEMENT
A connecting element is provided for connecting an essentially vertically arranged or arrangeable upright for a non-bearing wall structure with an essentially horizontal bar, in particular a steel profile with a U-shaped cross section, preferably a ceiling profile, to allow a sliding compensation movement in essentially the vertical direction, and with at least one fastening section for fastening to the bar or the preferable ceiling profile of a load-bearing or non-loading-bearing ceiling structure and with a least one sliding guide for the upright.
Fire-rated wall construction product
Fire-rated wall construction components and wall systems for use in building construction. Embodiments can include tracks for holding studs which incorporate various geometries capable of receiving fire-retardant material, including but not limited to intumescent material. The fire-retardant material can be attached to compressible backer rods inserted within deflection gaps in the wall systems such that the fire-retardant material expands and seals gaps and/or areas between the tracks and wall components such as ceilings, floors, and drywall. Various assemblies and methods can be used to cover the deflection gap.
