CEILING-TYPE DISPLAY POSITION ADJUSTING DEVICE LINK EMPLOYING GEAR STRUCTURE
Provided is a ceiling type display position adjusting device which employs a gear structure and enables a display to be positioned above the ceiling when the display is not watched to descend from the ceiling when the display is watched and even automatically adjusts a watching angle. The display position adjusting device includes: a body having a hollow shape having an opened lower portion and arranged above a ceiling; a retaining bracket retaining the body; a sliding member that is mounted inside the body and slidable downward below the ceiling; an elevating member sliding the sliding member downward below the body; supports coupled under the sliding member on both, left and right sides; a main link having a rear portion rotatably coupled between the supports via a hinge shaft and a front portion at which a display is mounted; and an angle adjusting unit rotating the main link about the hinge shaft to adjust an angle of the display, wherein the elevating member slides the sliding member in the body in a vertical direction to locate the display above or below the ceiling, and the angle adjusting unit rotates the main link that is moved below the ceiling via the elevating member to adjust a watching angle of the display.
Top Adjustable Temporary Wall System
An extendable wall panel assembly includes a first wall panel and a first core that includes a first and second surface. A first edge joiner comprises a first male extension extending therefrom. A second edge joiner has a first female receiver disposed therein. A second wall panel is slidably coupled to the first and second wall panels and has a second core. A third edge joiner extends between a third surface and a fourth surface and has a second male extension extending therefrom. A fourth edge joiner has a second female receiver disposed therein. A coupling mechanism has a first channel disposed in the first wall panel receiving a first clamp bar therein. A first fastener receiver is coupled to the second wall panel and a fastener extend through the first fastener receiver and into the first clamp bar in the first channel.
SLIDING PANEL SYSTEM
The invention relates to as sliding panel system. The system comprises a frame and a combination of one or more pivot panels and sliding panels. Each sliding panel is displaceable, in particular slidable, within the frame and part of the sliding panel can be fixated with respect to the frame such that the sliding panel can be pivotably displaced between a closed and an opened position.
Rigid panel containment system and related methods
A containment system may include four different widths of panel assemblies, at least four different types of corner assemblies, various types of door assemblies, multiple types of three-way corners or T intersections, multiple types of exhaust panel assemblies, multiple types of wall seal assemblies, and other components that form a modular system capable of adapting to various configurations using a minimal number of fasteners, brackets, and/or clamps. Each panel assembly includes a lower assembly, an upper assembly slideably attached to the lower assembly, at least one adjustment mechanism that interfaces with both the lower assembly and the upper assembly, and a sealing member extending between the upper assembly and the lower assembly.
Expandable wall start for a movable wall
An expandable wall start for attaching a movable wall to an end face of an existing structural wall. The wall start includes a pair of clips and a pair of cladding rails. Each clip includes a first fastener portion configured to attach to the movable wall and a second fastener portion including ratchet teeth. The cladding rails are configured to cover at least a portion of the end face of the structural wall. Each rail includes a first leg and a second leg; the first leg includes ratchet teeth on an interior surface. The first leg of each cladding rail is received within the second fastener portion of each clip, and the ratchet teeth of each first leg are configured to engage the ratchet teeth of the second fastener portion of each clip. The wall start is expandable to accommodate structural walls having different widths.
Adjustable Architectural Frame System
An adjustable architectural frame uses multiple length-adjustable support beams and a pair of panel-connecting mechanisms to function as a framework for mounting architectural panels of varying size and construction. The support beams of the adjustable architectural panel include width-adjustment beams and height adjustment beams. The width-adjustment beams and the height-adjustment beams are preferably telescopic beams that have lengths which can be increased or decreased. These beams are terminally connected to create a quadrilateral frame that has physical dimensions which can be modified as a user desires. Additionally, the adjustable architectural panel makes use of the pair of panel-connecting mechanisms to mount various types of architectural panels onto the adjustable architectural frame. For example, the pair of panel-connecting mechanisms can be tracks along which an accordion door runs. Alternatively, the pair of panel-connecting mechanisms can be rods which support a sheet of material that is played out from a reel.

An extendable wall panel assembly includes a first wall panel and a first core that includes a first and second surface. A first edge joiner comprises a first male extension extending therefrom. A second edge joiner has a first female receiver disposed therein. A second wall panel is slidably coupled to the first and second wall panels and has a second core. A third edge joiner extends between a third surface and a fourth surface and has a second male extension extending therefrom. A fourth edge joiner has a second female receiver disposed therein. A coupling mechanism has a first channel disposed in the first wall panel receiving a first clamp bar therein. A first fastener receiver is coupled to the second wall panel and a fastener extend through the first fastener receiver and into the first clamp bar in the first channel.
Panel storage system and devices
A wall panel storage device includes a looped element and a motor for driving the looped element. A plurality of spacers is attached to the looped element with at least one spacer of the plurality of spacers being configured to fit between a pair of panels to move a panel of the pair of panels into or out of a storage area when the motor drives the looped element. According to one aspect, a wall panel storage system includes a first wall panel storage device adjacent a first track and a second wall panel storage device adjacent a second track. According to another aspect, the wall panel storage system includes a corner drive mechanism with a contact element configured to contact a wall panel to change a direction of travel of the wall panel as the contact element runs along a curved guide.
Demountable wall system and method
A demountable wall system includes a frame component. The frame component may include a front channel that receives a panel of the demountable wall system. In addition to the front channel, the frame component may include at least one of a front cover, a removable back cover, a leveling system, a supplemental channel, or a joining system. In some examples, the demountable wall system includes a door support system for movably supporting a door relative to the panel of the demountable wall system.
FOLDABLE MODULAR WALL SYSTEMS
A foldable modular wall system includes a track, one or more stationary wall modules, and one or more foldable wall modules. The foldable wall modules are pivotally and slidably connected to the track such that the foldable wall modules can be selectively moved between a closed confirmation and an open configuration. The foldable modular wall system can also include power hinge jumpers through which electrical wires can nm to power electronic components embedded in or disposed on the foldable wall modules.
