High performance, reinforced insulated precast concrete and tilt-up concrete structures and methods of making same
The invention comprises a product. The product comprises a foam insulating panel, the panel having a first primary surface and an opposite second primary surface, wherein the foam insulating panel defines at least one recessed channel in the first primary surface, the at least one recessed channel being sized and shaped to provide a mold for a structural reinforcing member. The product also comprises a concrete panel formed on the first primary surface and filling the at least one recessed channel so as to provide a structural reinforcing member for the concrete panel. The product further comprises an elongate anchor member in the foam insulating panel and extending from the first primary surface of the foam insulating panel into the concrete panel. A method of making a composite reinforced insulated concrete structure is also disclosed.
Composite wall panel, wall system and components thereof, and a method of construction thereof
A composite wall, ceiling or floor panel (10), system and method, including a sheet (14) having a first face (18) including at least one first mounting portion (16), and at least one formwork member (20) with at least one second mounting portion (30) arranged to engage with the first mounting portion of the sheet to retain the sheet and said at least one formwork member together. Structural support comes from piers (for a wall) or beams (ceiling or floor) formed in the spacing between adjacent formwork members. The formwork members act as the core of a wall, ceiling or floor panel. An external coating (123) is applied to the formwork members, such as spray shotcrete or render. Channels (28) formed by the formwork members defines integrated ducting for services to be run.

Ecological house
A method and means to build an ecological house with enormous monolithic foam blocks is described here. The building structure is reinforced by liquid cement filled pipes or by glass fiber mesh. The building according to this disclosure may be 1-3 floor building. The building according to this disclosure is earthquake resistant.
TIE SYSTEM FOR INSULATED CONCRETE PANELS
An insulated concrete panel comprising an insulation layer having one or more openings extending therethrough, a first concrete layer adjacent to a first surface of the insulation layer, a second concrete layer adjacent to a second surface of the insulation layer, and a wall tie received within one or more of the openings. The wall tie includes a central section received within the one or more openings of the insulation layer, a first concrete engaging at least partially embedded within the first concrete layer, and a second concrete engaging section embedded within the second concrete layer. The second concrete engaging section has a maximum width that is larger than a maximum width of the central section. The central section of the wall tie is configured to transfer shear forces and resist delamination forces between the first and second concrete layers.
MODULAR SYSTEM FOR USE IN CONSTRUCTION AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING A BUILDING
A modular system for use in construction, including a first panel, placed vertically, and a second panel, placed horizontally, each provided with a galvanized reinforcement (3) filled with a layer of insulating material. The galvanized reinforcement includes a first net, a second net and a third net transversal to the other two nets to join them. The modular system further comprises an anchoring system between the first panel and the second panel. This anchoring system includes at least one first bracket inserted in the first panel and in the second panel at the respective first nets, and at least one second bracket inserted in the first panel and in the second panel at the respective second nets.
