Curb wall forming apparatus and method of forming a curb wall
Various embodiments of the present disclosure provide a curb wall forming apparatus and method for forming a curb wall without causing damage to the adjacent concrete floor. In various embodiments, the curb wall forming apparatus includes one or more floor plates, one or more curb side wall forming panel supports, one or more stanchions, one or more end plates, one or more wall attachment plates, and one or more curb side wall forming panels which are used together to enable a curb wall to be formed. These components can be used together to enable a curb wall to be formed on a floor adjacent to an upstanding wall without causing damage to the wall or the area of the floor adjacent to the formed curb wall. The floor plates, the curb side wall forming panel supports, the stanchions, the end plates, and the wall attachment plates remain as part of the formed curb wall.
Construction and method for generating a construction
Structures, particularly wall and/or pillar structure, comprising a supporting portion and a covering portion for covering the supporting portion, the supporting portion being provided by solid material pieces and at least one string for jamming at least some of the solid material pieces, wherein the covering portion comprises at least one covering device and wherein the string and the covering device are attached to each other.
Pre fabricated wall form and system
A concrete wall pre fabrication for the easy assembly of walls for residential and commercial buildings. More specifically, there is an apparatus and method for enabling the outer form of a concrete wall to be more precisely assembled off site and then transported to the work site and assembled the wall in the proper place with appropriate rebar before filling the forms with cement or concrete material as disclosed in the specification and drawings of the invention and the related claims. Additionally, there is a need for a form spacer that efficiently attaches between the form walls with a more precise use of glue and stronger attachment to the form walls.
Steel plate structure and steel plate concrete wall
A steel plate structure and a steel plate concrete wall are disclosed. A steel plate structure, which includes: a pair of steel plates, which are separated to provide a predetermined space; a structural member, which is positioned in the predetermined space, and which is structurally rigidly joined to one side of the steel plate in the direction of gravity; and a strut, which maintains a separation distance between the pair of steel plates, can be utilized to reduce the overall thickness of a steel plate concrete wall for efficient use of space, and to reduce the thickness of the steel plates for better welding properties and larger unit module sizes. Also, the axial forces or lateral forces applied on the steel plate concrete wall may be effectively resisted.
PREFABRICATED MODULE FOR CASTING A CONCRETE WALL
A concrete wall formwork module is provided in which the lateral and longitudinal opposite side edges of the modules are provided with complementary shapes that lock in place two adjacent modules when they are both deployed. The opposite side edges of adjacent modules interlock in one direction and are configured for adjoining according to a shiplap arrangement in the other direction.
Coated Concrete Form
A concrete form system includes an outer form composed of a structural foam material and a protective skin material. The protective skin material is in contact with the structural foam material and may be chemically bonded such as by crosslinking with the structural foam material. Each of the structural foam material and protective skin material may include a polymeric material. The protective skin material forms an exposed outer surface of the outer form, obviating any need for additional protection from the elements or to be applied during the construction process. The outer form thermally insulates around the periphery of a poured concrete slab, and can be coupled with an inner form, each of the outer form and inner form being assembled in a predetermined relationship and sized so as to control the vertical elevation and thickness of a concrete slab and a foundation stem wall cast between the inner and outer forms. The concrete form system can be pre-assembled in accordance with appropriate dimensions in a workshop in preparation for pouring a concrete slab on a remote job site.
Hinged corner form for an insulating concrete form system
A corner form panel used in an insulating concrete form system includes a hinged corner web member at least partially embedded in each of two segments of the form panel. The hinged corner web member enables the two segments to rotate with respect to each other, so that the form panel can be opened to a flat configuration for shipping, and folded into a corner configuration at the jobsite. Both inside and outside corner panels may be provided, and may use different hinged corner web members. The corner web member may include features for connecting the inside and outside corner panels, to reinforce the resulting form unit.
Insulated Hollow Core Concrete Forming System for Walls and Slabs
Insulated hollow core concrete forming system provide a forming system which can integrate the advantages of the hollow core design into the Insulated concrete form (ICF) system. The Insulated hollow core form system includes one or more of a Modular formwork unit, composed and formed of insulative material, where the Modular formwork unit utilizes longitudinal void formers that crafts a forming cavity of a hollow core section in between two spaced parallel side panels. The forming cavity is disposed to receive concrete or other hardening materials to form an insulated hollow core wall or an insulated hollow core slab. The system also includes a furring strip assembly positioned between adjacent Modular formwork units to join them together.
Method for preparing concrete-filled steel tubular edge-constrained laminated shear wall
Disclosed is a method for preparing a concrete-filled steel tubular edge-constrained laminated shear wall, belonging to the field of prefabricated buildings. The method allows for integrated hoisting during installation, leading to a simple working procedure and easy quality control. During manufacturing, an interior wythe board is flipped and placed on supporting members on rectangular steel tubes, no cavity formwork or bracket is needed in a cavity, and thus an operation of pulling out the cavity formwork is avoided, and high production efficiency is achieved. The rectangular steel tubes can be welded to horizontal steel bars of interior and exterior wythe boards, avoiding the cumbersome working procedure and high cost caused by stud connection while achieving reliable connection and direct force transmission.
