Laminated plate-type sandwich insulation shear wall with tie bolts and installation method thereof
A laminated plate-type sandwich insulation shear wall with tie bolts, including a prefabricated external wall, a sandwich insulation layer, a cast-in-place concrete layer, a prefabricated internal laminated wall board, and an external wall connector. Several bolts disposed between the external wall and the internal laminated wall board. Each tie bolt consists of cylinder head screw, gland, sleeve, and tie screw casing. During installation, the sandwich insulation wall with the bolts are installed in place in a suspended manner and is temporarily fixed, the tying and connection of reinforcing steel bars is completed, a formwork is supported, concrete is poured, the cylinder head screw is removed after the cast-in-place concrete solidifies and the strength of the cast-in-place concrete increases, and the bolt hole is filled with foamed polyurethane. The sandwich insulation wall solves the problem of mutual destruction of the external and internal walls due to the indoor and outdoor temperatures.

Concrete Form With Removable Sidewall
A concrete form includes a first sidewall and a second sidewall positioned in parallel and spaced relation to each other and a cross tie having opposed first and second ends, where at least the first sidewall is a removable sidewall removably secured to the first end of the cross tie. The second sidewall is removably secured to the second end of the cross tie and may be a removable sidewall or a non-removable sidewall. The concrete form also includes a spacer positioned between the first sidewall and the first end of the cross tie. The spacer may be removable along with the first sidewall. Concrete forming assemblies and methods may incorporate concrete forms as described herein.
SHUTTERING FRAMEWORK FOR INSULATED SANDWICH WALLS
Systems and methods for forming insulated sandwich walls are provided. Outer and inner support members are located between inner and outer strongbacks. Structural material for an outer wall, such as concrete, is deposited between the outer strongback and outer support member. Structural material for an inner wall is deposited between the inner strongback and inner support member. An insulating material is deposited between the outer and inner support members to form an insulating core.
Structure-lining apparatus with adjustable width and tool for same
A structure-lining apparatus for lining one or more surfaces of a structure formed from curable material cast in a form. The apparatus comprises a plurality of panels. The panels are connected at their respective edges in an edge-to-edge connection to provide a structure-lining surface. A plurality of anchoring components project from the panels into the liquid material during fabrication of the structure. The anchoring components each comprise one or more anchoring features which are encased in the material as the material solidifies to thereby bond the anchoring components to the structure. The plurality of anchoring components comprises one or more connector-type anchoring components for connecting to corresponding connector-type anchoring components on adjacent edges of a corresponding edge-adjacent panel to connect the edge-adjacent panels in an edge-adjacent relationship. The apparatus comprises one or more breakaway components on at least one of the plurality of panels.
PREFABRICATED CONCRETE FORM WITH STAIRS
A prefabricated concrete form with vertical spacers between fill forming cladding with cut-outs in the spacers having horizontal rebar received therethrough and received therein. Stand-offs are provided between the vertical spacers with vertical rebar received on the stand-offs. In one version, the stand-offs are attached to the horizontal rebar. In other versions, the stand-offs are attached to the spacers. A cut-out is formed in one of the claddings to form an auxiliary fill space on the outside of the cladding, which when filled with concrete, upon hardening, forms a ledge for supporting a stair structure.
SPECIAL T-SHAPED COLUMN SHEAR WALL MODULE, SHEAR WALL AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
A T-shaped shear wall module including a straight pattern plate, two L-shaped pattern plates with a same structure, and connectors. Each of the two L-shaped pattern plates includes a first pattern plate and a second pattern plate which are perpendicular to each other. In a direction perpendicular to the straight pattern plate, the two first pattern plates are arranged in parallel to each other and both extend in a direction away from the straight pattern plate, and a plurality of connectors are rigidly arranged between two first pattern plates. Along a direction parallel to the straight pattern plate, two second pattern plates are coplanar and extend in opposite directions, and a plurality of connectors are rigidly arranged between the straight pattern plate and the two second pattern plates. The present application also provides a shear wall and a construction method thereof.

STAY-IN-PLACE READY-TO-STUCCO FORMWORK SYSTEM
A stay-in-place concrete formwork system allows stucco to be applied directly to the formwork, avoiding the need to provide a further surface treatment of the wall prior to applying stucco. Apertures are provided on an exterior facing wall of the formwork panel to receive and embed stucco therein. The panel may also be formed with outward stucco-engaging projections. Other features include using rigid insulation to brace the stucco and keep concrete from the apertures, a sealing joint element, extendible panels for use in curved formwork, rainscreen features and an alligator connector panel for adjustable lengths of formwork faces.
Spacer element for a disposable formwork for the construction of walls and disposable formwork incorporating the spacer element
Disclosed is a spacer for a disposable formwork for the construction of a wall, with first and second panels. The spacer mutually couples the first and second panels at a certain distance one from the other. The spacer includes: a first connecting portion coupled, in use, with the first panel; a second connecting portion opposite the first and coupled, in use, with the second panel; and at least one pipe with at least one lateral opening communicating, in use, outside the formwork. In the pipe a through hole communicates, in use, with the formwork interior, allowing air passage from the outside towards the inside part and liquid outflow from inside towards the outside of the formwork. Also disclosed is a disposable formwork for the construction of a wall, including two panels and at least one such spacer, arranged between the two panels and coupling the two panels.
