The present invention relates to a method for replacing a conventional mold construction, and includes a plate-shaped outer insulating material, an inner plywood (or a board-shaped finishing material), a connection unit, and a lightweight temporary material. According to the present invention, a wall is constructed by connecting the inner plywood to the lightweight temporary material from a corner foundation surface and by laying bricks. Reinforcement bars are placed after an interior wall is constructed and arranged to cross each other or to alien with each other as instructed in a design specification. Then, an exterior wall is installed corresponding to the connection unit connected to the inner plywood. As a result, a wall having a thermal bridge prevention effect and a higher quality is obtained. Either dry finish or a wet finish is applicable to the wall.

Various cement-containing compositions are disclosed, including insulating cement, forms, and prefabricated building materials produced from cement-containing compositions with insulating properties. Some of the preferred embodiments include expanded polystyrene and an acrylic component to provide enhanced insulating properties, or have a lower density, lighter weight, and increased insulating R-value in comparison with other cement-containing compositions.

The invention comprises a connector for a pair of opposed spaced concrete forming panels. A concrete form includes a first sidewall and a second sidewall positioned in parallel and spaced relation to each other and a cross tie having opposed first and second ends, where at least the first sidewall is a removable sidewall removably secured to the first end of the cross tie. The second sidewall is removably secured to the second end of the cross tie and may be a removable sidewall or a non-removable sidewall. The concrete form also includes a spacer positioned between the first sidewall and the first end of the cross tie. The spacer may be removable along with the first sidewall. Concrete forming assemblies and methods may incorporate concrete forms as described herein.

A construction apparatus constituted of: a support structure comprising a support frame, a first inner support arm extending from the support frame and a first outer support arm extending from the support frame; a support extension member; a first enclosure member; and a second enclosure member, the second enclosure member positioned in parallel with the first enclosure member such that a space is defined therebetween, wherein the first outer support arm is juxtaposed with the outer face of the first enclosure member, wherein the first inner support arm is juxtaposed with the outer face of the second enclosure member, wherein the support extension member extends through the first enclosure member and the second enclosure member, and wherein the first end of the support extension member is secured to the first outer support arm and the second end of the support extension member is secured to the first inner support arm.

A wall assembly for forming an external wall on a building structure is disclosed. The wall assembly comprises a cladding and a plurality of vertical formwork members spaced along the wall assembly, and a horizontal formwork member extending along the top of the wall assembly. The formwork members are elongate profiles having a substantially constant cross sectional shape and they are arranged so that with the cladding they form an interconnected formwork defining a formwork space. A cementitious material cast within the formwork space is interconnected and forms a single underlying structural frame within the constructed wall assembly. The assembly includes connectors extending between the vertical and horizontal formwork members and the cladding on which they are mounted. Each connector extends from the cladding through the formwork space to the formwork member and is cast within the cementitious material. A method of building a wall assembly is also disclosed.
