Wire netting system
A wire netting device, in particular safety net device, includes at least two mutually engaging net elements, at least one net element of which is produced from at least one single wire, a wire bundle, a wire strand, a wire rope and/or another longitudinal element with at least one wire that is made at least partially of a high-tensile steel, the wire comprises at least one corrosion protection, in particular a corrosion protection layer and a portion of the wire (12a-g), in particular at least a portion of a wire mesh implemented of the wire, with the corrosion protection, in particular the corrosion protection layer, in a test run by an alternating climate test has a corrosion resistance of more than 1,680 hours, preferably more than 2,016 hours, advantageously more than 2,520 hours, preferentially more than 3,024 hours and particularly preferably more than 3,528 hours.
METAL SKELETON FOR THE REINFORCEMENT OF CONCRETE WALLS AND FLOORS
A pre-engineered metal skeleton for the reinforcement of a concrete structure comprises a plurality of elongated primary beams and a plurality of interconnecting members each formed from flat sheets of metal. The interconnecting members frictionally interlock with co-operating receiving portions formed on the primary beams to thereby secure the primary beams and the interconnecting members one to the other without requiring supplemental fastening means. The plurality of interconnecting members have both their major axis and their minor axis oriented substantially transversely to the major axis of the elongated central main body portion of the primary beams.
Connector for form boards and system for cast construction
The invention relates to a method for producing cast structures, and a set of connectors for connecting a pair of opposed, spaced apart boards which are useful in said method. A kit of elements useful as support frames in the production of the cast structures is also provided.
SPACER ELEMENT FOR A DISPOSABLE FORMWORK FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF WALLS AND DISPOSABLE FORMWORK INCORPORATING THE SPACER ELEMENT
Disclosed is a spacer for a disposable formwork for the construction of a wall, with first and second panels. The spacer mutually couples the first and second panels at a certain distance one from the other. The spacer includes: a first connecting portion coupled, in use, with the first panel; a second connecting portion opposite the first and coupled, in use, with the second panel; and at least one pipe with at least one lateral opening communicating, in use, outside the formwork. In the pipe a through hole communicates, in use, with the formwork interior, allowing air passage from the outside towards the inside part and liquid outflow from inside towards the outside of the formwork. Also disclosed is a disposable formwork for the construction of a wall, including two panels and at least one such spacer, arranged between the two panels and coupling the two panels.
Stay-in-place ready-to-stucco formwork system
A stay-in-place concrete formwork system allows stucco to be applied directly to the formwork, avoiding the need to provide a further surface treatment of the wall prior to applying stucco. Apertures are provided on an exterior facing wall of the formwork panel to receive and embed stucco therein. The panel may also be formed with outward stucco-engaging projections. Other features include using rigid insulation to brace the stucco and keep concrete from the apertures, a sealing joint element, extendible panels for use in curved formwork, rainscreen features and an alligator connector panel for adjustable lengths of formwork faces.
PREFABRICATED PANEL FORMWORK, SUITABLE FOR BEING USED IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS AND GARDENS
Prefabricated panel formwork, suitable for being used in the construction of buildings and gardens. Pre-fabricated panel formwork provided with a pair of vertical metal sections to which a back metal wall and a front metal wall are fixed, being suitable to define an intermediate cavity that is open on top and on the bottom; wherein at least said front metal wall is provided with a plurality of horizontal slots, each of them being positioned at the top of an underneath pocket that protrudes frontally from the same wall.
