Exterior wall system
An exterior wall section forms a portion of an exterior wall of a building. The building has multiple floors and a framework defining the multiple floors. The exterior wall section includes a structural layer to be connected to the framework. The structural layer includes a plurality of studs connected together. An insulation layer is supported by the structural layer to insulate the building. Siding is supported by the structural layer and defines an exterior side of the exterior wall section. A perimeter of the exterior wall section is defined by the edge margins of the structural layer, the insulation layer and/or the siding. The exterior wall section includes an interlocking structure extending along the perimeter that mates with an interlocking structure of another exterior wall section to form a seal with said another exterior wall section when the exterior wall sections are connected to the building.

Panelized shadow box
In a method of supplying an element for covering a non-vision area in a curtain wall on an architectural structure, a plurality of shadow boxes is prefabricated at a location remote from both a unitized curtain wall assembly shop and the architectural structure. The shadow boxes are prefabricated by sealing an interior spacer between a vision glass panel and a back structure. The back structure includes an insulating material surrounded by a rigid envelope. The vision glass panel, the back structure and the interior spacer define a hermetically sealed void therein. A structural seal is applied about the interior spacer and is affixed to the peripheral edge of the vision glass, the interior spacer and the back structure. The plurality of shadow boxes is then delivered to a selected one of the unitized curtain wall assembly shop and the architectural site.

PRE-FABRICATED DEFLECTION ABSORBENT MODULAR WALL SYSTEM
An L-bracket is provided to support manufacturered wall panels in a wall system. The L-bracket is attached to structural support members, such as floors, or hollow structural sections, so that any deflections in the floor system are accommodated in the wall panels. Each wall panel may be pre-fabricated to include shealthing, air/vapour barrier and insulation. Fasteners attach the shealthing of the wall panels to the L-bracket. Tape or strips may be applied between adjoining panels to provide a continuous air/vapour barrier for the wall system, and gaps in the insulation layer allows the air/vapour barrier to be sealed and inspected.
Web frame
The web frame is a bonded assembly of panels and porous blanket layers, separated by an arrangement of isolated spacers. The panels and spacers are covered with a bonding means. A coating covers inner surfaces of the panels and spacers. The porous blanket is compressed and pinned between these panels, by spacers that are arranged as isolated nodes or columns The spacers have sharpened ends that penetrate the blanket and connect with the opposing panel. The web frame assembly provides thermal and sound insulation for buildings and other solid objects. These web frames are lightweight, durable, and permeable. Capillaries and passages throughout the panels and fibers of the blanket allow passage of moisture and air, thereby assisting in the management of condensation within the web frame.

NON-COMBUSTIBLE EDGE FOR INSULATED CONCRETE SANDWICH WALL PANELS
An insulation system for use with a sandwich wall panel is disclosed. The insulation system reduces the risk of flame spread through the sandwich wall panels. The insulation system provides a balance between good insulating properties and reduced flammability, without detrimentally increasing the cost of the sandwich wall panel.

WET SEAL SYSTEM
This disclosure discloses a wet seal system for use with a wall comprised of exterior insulated wall panels wherein the wet seal system is used with caulking to seal the joints between the exterior insulated wall panels. The wet seal system generally comprises a vertical seal, a horizontal seal, an upper wet core plug and a lower wet core plug, wherein each of the vertical seal, horizontal seal, upper wet core plug and lower wet core plug is configured to compress such that the wet seal system can seal walls with large construction tolerances.
