MULLION-TRANSOM STRUCTURE
A mullion-transom structure includes a support profile upon which two grooves are provided on one side. A sealing strip is fixed on each of grooves. A filling element is held at an edge on each of the sealing strips and a middle groove, on which at least one fastener for holding a pressure strip is fixed, secures the two filling elements. The middle groove has groove walls that are accommodated between the sealing strips. A contact plane of the filling elements on the sealing strips is arranged closer to the pressure strip than the groove walls of the middle groove. The middle groove has a groove base, at which a hollow chamber is formed on the side facing away from the groove.
Thermal insulating and sealing means for a safing slot in a curtain wall
Described is a construction for effectively thermally insulating and sealing of a safing slot between a floor of a building and an exterior wall construction wherein the exterior wall construction comprises a curtain wall configuration utilizing an interior panel module design. The Thermal insulating and sealing means includes a supplemental insulation means positioned above the primary insulation means and attached to the interior panel of a curtain wall construction to maintain thermally insulating and sealing of the safing slot during exposure to fire and heat which can cause the interior panel to deform from heat distorting to an extent beyond the capability of standard safing insulation for expanding in order to maintain a proper seal extending across the safing slot.
Curtain wall and drainage cavity for curtain wall unit
An end seal member, which includes a contacting surface including a drainage cavity along the contacting surface. The end seal member also includes a seal material body including a central body protrusion projecting in a horizontal direction substantially orthogonal to the seal material body from an opposite face of the contacting surface. The end seal member also includes a first and second extending elements extending upward from the seal material body and a reinforcing metal plate within the seal material body. The contacting surface is substantially flat.
Pultruded fiber reinforced polymer building systems and methods
A pultrusion fiber reinforced polymer (PFRP) floor assembly comprises a plurality of PFRP trusses or joists connected to at least one horizontal PFRP I-beam, horizontal PFRP wide flange beam, or horizontal PFRP C channel. At least one PFRP clip angle bracket connects the plurality of PFRP trusses or joists to support PFRP floor sheathing. A flexible epoxy bonds the PFRP floor sheathing to the plurality of PFRP trusses or joists, horizontal PFRP I-beams, horizontal PFRP wide flange beams, or horizontal PFRP C channels. The flexible epoxy is configured to provide a uniform coefficient of thermal expansion throughout the PFRP floor assembly.
CURTAIN WALL
Curtain wall (1) comprising mullions (2) formed by mullion profiles (5), transoms (3) formed by transom profiles (14) and panels (4), wherein the mullions (3) are installed vertically, with the transoms (3) being fixed at right angles to the mullions (2), wherein the transoms (3) and the mullions (2) (5) define rectangular openings, wherein the panels (4) are placed in said openings to close these openings, characterized in that the panels (4) are secured by means of first glazing beads (34), that are attached to a said mullion profile (5) by means of first positioning aids (36), wherein the first positioning aids (36) and said mullion profiles (5) are designed such that the first positioning aids (36) can be attached to a said mullion profile (5), wherein the first positioning aids (36) and the first glazing beads (34) are designed to snap the first glazing beads (34) onto the mullion profiles (5) through a rotational movement, guided by said first positioning aids (36).
Building Facade System
A building facade system includes framework having shelf members secured to the floor slabs. The top terminal ends of vertical mullions are fastened to the shelf members, thereby hanging the mullions therefrom. Horizontal support embers fastened to the mullions support infill panels and are coupled to shelf members which are on the below floor slab. Intermediate support members fastened to the mullions support slab edge cover panels. Posts are fastened to the shelf members and are secured to the floor slabs within troughs formed with embedded channels. The posts are horizontally and vertically adjustably fastenable to the shelf members. The shelf members are thereby also horizontally and vertically adjustable relative to the floor slabs. Terminal edges of the floor slabs can project into mullion cutouts.

BUILDING VENEER SYSTEM
A veneer product and system includes a body having an aesthetic front surface and a back surface for installation adjacent the building. The body has a top side and a bottom side and a bracket attached to body and projecting away from the back surface of the body, the bracket further comprising a first end adjacent the top side for attachment to the building and a first protrusion for positioning the back surface a predetermined distance from the building and a second end having a second protrusion for positioning the bottom of the back surface a predetermined distance from the building and a bottom projection adjacent the bottom side for engagement with a second body to retain the bottom end of the veneer product.
Front adjustable wall panel mounting device
A front adjustable wall panel mounting device that is adjustable from the front of a wall is disclosed. The front adjustable wall panel mounting device has a fixed channel configured to be coupled with a wall frame and a moving channel configured to be coupled with wall panel mounting hardware. The fixed channel and the moving channel are configured to be nested together. The tilt of the wall panel is adjusted by turning first or second adjustment bolts. The depth of the wall panel can be adjusted by turning both the first and second adjustment bolts in the same direction, by the same amount. The vertical height of the wall panel can be adjusted by turning the third adjustment bolt. A thin wrench can be inserted into the wall panel gap, engage and turn the adjustment bolt.
