MULTIFUNCTIONAL LIGHTING ASSEMBLY FOR A T-BAR GRID ARRANGEMENT
20240167275 · 2024-05-23 · ·

A multifunctional lighting assembly is configured with optical components such as lenses and reflectors mounted within an elongate body that serves as a cross tee within a T-bar grid arrangement. Protrusions of the elongate body are used to position optical components and embodiments provide for the slidable mounting of optical components. Further embodiments provide for the support of ceiling panels within a suspended ceiling system, connection to a structural ceiling, and inclusion of further components such as sensors, electronic controllers, and wireless modules.

System to mount ceiling tiles in a completely concealed grid system where individual tile can be mounted or dismounted

A method for installation of ceiling tiles in an improved mounting hook assembly to form a concealed grid system, the mounting hook assembly being attachable to a mounting stud (1) having recess on top portion to accommodate screws and fixed at the back of each tiles. The method includes attaching the mounting hook assembly to the tile; rotating a load bearing lever member; rotating a positioning lever member to position the load bearing member on a flange of a T grid bar; and fixing the tile below the T grid at a distance that is greater than the thickness of the tile so that when the tile is lifted up, the load bearing lever are returned to a position above the flange level of the T grid and any tile can be removed or installed in totally concealed grid system without dislocating tiles already laid.

Suspension Ceiling with Parallel Vanes for Building Structures
20190203466 · 2019-07-04 · ·

A suspended ceiling system for a building structure includes a plurality of parallel struts for supporting a plurality of parallel vanes suspended from the struts in perpendicular relationship thereto. The vanes can be suspended in downwardly spaced relationship to the struts or in contiguous relationship therewith and occur in different forms including illuminated vanes, adjustable vanes and the like.

System for Mounting a Plurality of Panels

A system for mounting plurality of panels includes a carrier part for receiving and supporting the panels at intervals along the length, and a locking strip. The carrier part and the locking strip can be mounted to each other to couple the locking strip relative to the carrier part in a locked position with an elongate edge of the locking strip engaging with the panels.

Connecting element with profile rails

The invention relates to a connecting element for connecting two aligned C-shaped profile rails (12). The connecting in element (10) is in the form of a sheet metal profile the cross-section of which, adapted to the profile rails (12) to be connected, is such that said sheet-metal profile can be slid into said profile rails (12) from the fronts thereof in a captive manner. A handling tab (14) that is accessible after the connecting element has been slid into a profile rail (12) is moulded onto or mounted on said connecting element.

Light Fixture and Light Fixture Assemblies with Electrically Controlled Lighting Distributions
20240201433 · 2024-06-20 · ·

A light fixture controls lighting distributions with one or more electrically addressable LED boards and a primary optical element which can be back-lit or edge-lit. The light fixture body is configurable, comprising a 3-dimensional housing body with ends that can be cut at a configured angles to create geometric patterns within a ceiling grid installation. The housing body comprises features to retain and align LED boards and the primary optical element. Edge-lit configurations can enable the lighting assembly height to be less than the height of a ceiling grid T-bar. In some embodiments the lighting assembly can also provide structural support within an installed panel system and replace one or more T-bars. The light fixture can be configured to provide low-glare or wide spread batwing ambient light or more directional wall wash, task and accent lighting.

Building panel for ceilings or walls

A building panel for a wall or ceiling is provided. The panel comprises a first plate forming a front of the panel, a second plate forming a rear of the panel, and a core structure positioned between the first plate and the second plate and being adhesively bonded to the first plate and the second plate. The panel further comprises an attachment member for attaching the panel to a wall or ceiling or to a structure attached to a wall or ceiling, and a mechanical fastening device which extends between and mechanically fastens the first plate to the second plate and/or the attachment member.
