METHOD AND FORMWORK FOR PRODUCING A PLATE, AND PLATE
20210254334 · 2021-08-19 ·

Disclosed is a method for producing a plate, wherein liquid, ultra-high-strength concrete is introduced into a formwork, which delimits a cavity, the cavity consisting of a first, flat region and a second, flat region adjoining the first region, the first and second regions having the same depth and being inclined with respect to one another at a bend angle of 120° to 170°. The concrete is introduced, in particular pumped, into the formwork from the bottom, rises in the formwork and hardens in the formwork in the shape of a bent plate.

Horizontal building panel with connector block assembly

A floor panel includes hollow floor connector blocks that are reinforced with anchor pins embedded in cementitious material in the body of the panel. The floor connector blocks have two internal plates, which have holes that guide a tapped-head bolt. The tapped-head bolt has a threaded hole in its head and a bottom end thread that are used as anchoring sites respectively for upper and lower wall panels, which are also equipped with connector blocks.

Ultra stable structural laminate

An ultra-stable structural laminate with fire resistance and a lateral nail pull strength from 44 to 300 pounds of force and an insulation R value from 1 to 40, the ultra-stable structural laminate of a cementious material with a nano-molecular veneer and a foam component catalytically reacted into an expanded closed cell foam having a thickness from ⅛.sup.th inch to 8 inches, a density from 1.5 pounds/cubic foot to 3 pounds/cubic foot that self-adheres to the cementitious material forming an ultra-stable structural laminate with fire resistance and a lateral nail pull strength from 44 pounds to 300 pounds of force, an insulation R value from 1 to 40, a resistance to seismic impact for earthquakes over 3.1 on the Richter Scale, a break point from 7 lbs/inch to 100 lbs/inch; and a resistance to wind shear equivalent to a 15 mph downburst.

NON-CORRODING STRIPPING LIFTING INSERTS FOR PRECAST INSULATED PANELS
