BUILDING SYSTEM BASED ON PLATES OF RECYCLED MATERIAL
In which a plurality of plates (1), made of injected recycled polymer material, joined together by coupling fittings (2) and secured by retaining devices (3) form peripheral walls (4).) Fitted on a base (5) which reproduces the floor plan of the structure being assembled.
Radially oriented honeycomb and structures formed therefrom
Structures including a curved corrugated wall fabricated from a plurality of layers formed of one or more shaped strips and methods of forming the structures are described. A shaped strip used in the fabrication includes a variable profile across the width of the strip with a first edge of a strip defining a series of cell profiles of a first geometric shape and a second, opposite edge of the strip defining a series of cell profiles of a second, different geometric shape, with each cell transitioning from the first profile to the second profile across the width of the strip. The geometry of the cell profiles at either end of each cell can be designed with respect to one another to allow for radial orientation of the strip about an axis with little or no deformation or stress on the strip edges.
CYCLORAMA
A panel member for a cyclorama includes a concavo-convex body having integrally-formed first and second side portions with an intermediate portion therebetween. The first side portion, the second side portion, and the intermediate portion have a radius of curvature in a Y-Z plane, and the first and second side portions have a radius of curvature in an X-Y plane that is different from the radius of curvature in the Y-Z plane to uniformly reflect or diffuse sound and light incident on the panel member.
Board panel
The present invention is transportable economically in a flat state, and easy to attach and detach, and can provide a curved surface simply while maintaining decoration and strength without craftsmanship. Slits are provided on a rectangular board panel comprising two or more layers of a hard material and a soft material. Two or more layers comprising a hard material and a soft material are laminated on a rectangular board panel, and slits having a length of to of the vertical side are provided thereto. The use of slits makes formation of curved surfaces easy. Since there is no need to reinforce the outside to maintain the strength thereof, the board panel can be removed easily. Even if in external pressure is applied to the board panel, the flexibility of the hard material divided by the slits and the elastic characteristic of the soft material cause the pressure to be dispersed and absorbed.

Ecological house
A method and means to build an ecological house with enormous monolithic foam blocks is described here. The building structure is reinforced by liquid cement filled pipes or by glass fiber mesh. The building according to this disclosure may be 1-3 floor building. The building according to this disclosure is earthquake resistant.
Structural plates and methods of constructing arch-shaped structures using structural plates
Structural plates and methods of constructing arch-shaped structures using structural plates. Structural plates may include a combination of features including: an outer structural plate having adjacent circumferential apertures respectively spaced nominally greater than adjacent circumferential apertures of an inner structural plate; and the outer structural plate having nominally 5 enlarged or differently shaped circumferential apertures (as compared to circumferential apertures of the inner structural plate) such that the embodiment structural plates may be radiused to a variety of different radii while achieving desirable overlapping alignment of apertures along overlapping circumferential edges for receiving fasteners therein. Joiner plates may be provided for interconnecting structural plates along transverse edges in a non-overlapping arrangement, 10 thereby reducing the quantity of structural plate material that otherwise would be needed for a given circumferential length of the arch-shaped structure.
FLEXIBLE PANEL
A flexible panel has an area, a lateral direction, and a longitudinal direction. The flexible panel includes a plurality of panel layers attached on top of each other. Each of the plurality of panel layers has an area, and at least some of the plurality of panel layers include a plurality of fibers encapsulated in a binder material in a fiber orientation. In some aspects, the flexible panel includes a rigid zone having a rigid zone flexibility and a flex zone having a flex zone flexibility different from the rigid zone flexibility. In some cases, at least one of the plurality of panel layers or the fiber orientation of the panel layers is different between the rigid zone and the flex zone.
FOLDED FOAM SHEATHING WITH STARTER STRIP
An exemplary foam insulation board includes a plurality of insulation panels hingeably connected by hinged portions. The foam insulation board has a folded configuration and an unfolded configuration. The hinged portions allow the insulation panels to fold flat against each other in the folded configuration. The plurality of insulation panels includes a first insulation panel and a plurality of additional insulation panels, one of which is an adjacent insulation panel adjacent to the first insulation panel. The first insulation panel also includes a starter portion that extends beyond at least the adjacent insulation panel of the additional panels.
Modular construction system
A modular construction system in which a number of three dimensional construction elements are adjoined to form a modular wall, ceiling or floor assembly. In their pre-assembly condition, each three dimensional construction element is formed from a planar metallic sheet (10) sub-divided by fold lines (12a, 12b) into panels (14, 16, 18) defining a multi-panelled sheet. Each panel lies in a common plane and at least one of the panels is deformable along its fold lines out of said common plane to form an assembled three-dimensional construction element for adjoining to other three-dimensional construction elements. At least one panel is provided with an opening (14a, 16a) dimensioned to allow the passage of a reinforcement or stabilizing material through the assembled three-dimensional construction element.
