A construction element includes at least one module with a rectangular parallelepiped shape, hollow and made of a composite material. The module is delimited by an enclosure with four panels, two first opposing parallel panels and two second panels perpendicular to the first panels. The second panels include at least one groove parallel to the first panels. Each second panel is extended on one side by an L-shaped profile and on the other side by a flat profile. The profiles are elements protruding outwards, parallel to the groove.

Systems and methods for creation of inflatable rigidizable cementitious buildings
10422121 · 2019-09-24 ·

A system for creating a cementitious building includes a support structure comprising a plurality of support members, and an inflatable rigidizable structural (IRS) form. The IRS form comprises a plurality of geosynthetic cementitious composite mat (GCCM) sections having GCCM configured to absorb water and rigidize in response to hydration, each GCCM section being coupled to another GCCM section of the plurality such that the IRS form is pneumatically inflatable.

A building system with modular interlocking panels preferably includes at least one wall section, at least one header, at least one wall sill, a plurality of cripples, and a plurality of support strips. Each wall section preferably includes a bottom horizontal C-channel, a plurality of bottom C-channel flanges, a plurality of vertical C-channels, a top horizontal C-channel, a plurality of top C-channel flanges, an outer panel, an inner panel, a first angled end panel connector, and a second angled end panel connector or an end panel connector. The header, wall sill and cripples include the bottom horizontal C-channel, the C-channel flanges, the plurality of vertical C-channels, the top horizontal C-channel, the outer panel, the inner panel and end panel connectors. The plurality of support strips preferably include a plurality of outer support strips and a plurality of inner support strips.

Foam Backed Panel With Cantilever
20190242127 · 2019-08-08 ·

A frame supported, foam composite panel with a cladding backed by polyurethane foam bonding the cladding to the frame. The panel has a cantilevered extension projecting beyond the frame to enable the panel to overlap the outside edge of a column, beam, floor or other structure the panel is attached to. The cantilevered section may have reinforcing ribs embedded in the foam and may have a sealing material between the cantilever and the structure it overlays.

FRAMELESS CONSTRUCTION USING SINGLE AND DOUBLE PLENUM PANELS

A method of constructing a building comprising the steps of attaching a first panel to a second panel. The first panel is one of a single plenum panel and a multi-plenum panel and the second panel is one of a single plenum panel and a multi-plenum panel.

PREFABRICATED BUILDING PANEL
20190194942 · 2019-06-27 ·

Prefabricated building panels combine new and unexpected element dimensions and materials with the effect of reducing overall weight and depth while simultaneously improving panel performance such as thermal insulation. As compared to former panels, prefabricated building panels according to exemplary embodiments of the invention generally include thinner concrete slabs, wider separations between concrete and support framing, and new material choices for anchors connecting slabs with framing. Exemplary panels are compliant with energy codes such as the latest ASHRAE and IECC.

Wall leveler and floor interfacing component system

A modular wall system includes a leveler disposed within a wall module. The leveler includes a base to which floor interfacing members of the modular wall system connect. As the leveler adjusts the height of the wall module, the base to which the floor interfacing members attach remain stationary. During installation, the bottom edges of the floor interfacing members can be trimmed to form a consistent gap below the floor interfacing members.

A CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM
20190100910 · 2019-04-04 · ·

A construction system for a wall or floor or roof uses a set of studs having panel engagement features protruding from opposed edges of the stud. Panel elements having apertures receive these features so that they protrude through the panel element apertures. Retainers engage the panel engagement features and press against an outside surface of a panel element and towards the studs with a compression force to form a compression joint. There may be rails to form a mesh with the studs, and the panel elements may not be wide enough to abut each other, narrow panel elements providing sufficient structural strength in combination with the compression joints and the studs.

Panelized Building System Utilizing Integrated Insulation
20190100917 · 2019-04-04 ·

A panelized building system utilizing structural framing combined with integrated insulation is disclosed. The system may include a roof system, at least one wall panel, a floor panel, at least one corner post and at least one foundational component. The roof system, the wall panel, the floor panel, the corner post and the foundational component are configured to mechanically lock to each to form a panelized building structure consisting of structural framing and composite foam insulation. The roof system, the floor panel, the corner post, and the foundational component of the panelized building system may be configured to mechanically lock to each other through a tongue-and-groove interlocking system.
