The object of the invention is a connecting structure for mechanically connecting steel pipe profiles (1, 2, 3) to each other to form a truss structure, comprising at least one elongated frame beam (1) with a rectangular cross-section, to which several cross struts (2, 3) with a rectangular cross-section forming a truss structure and extending diagonally and/or perpendicularly with respect to the frame beam are connected. According to the invention, receiving openings (4, 5) are formed on one side (6) of the frame beam (1) for receiving one end (2a, 3a) of each cross strut (2, 3) into the frame beam. Fastening holes (12) and/or outlines thereof are formed in the region of the end (2a, 3a) of the cross strut (2, 3) extending into the frame beam (1), and corresponding fastening holes (12) and/or outlines thereof are formed on the sides (7, 8) of the frame beam (1) perpendicular to the side (6) having the receiving openings (4, 5). Guide holes (9, 9) are formed on the sides (7, 8) of the frame beam perpendicular to the side (6) having the receiving openings (4, 5) and equipped with at least one guide pin (10, 10) extending in the transverse direction of the frame beam. A guide groove (11, 11) extending in the longitudinal direction of the cross strut (2, 3) is formed at the end (2a, 3a) of the cross strut, which, in cooperation with said at least one guide pin (10, 10), positions the fastening holes (12) of the cross strut (2, 3) and the corresponding fastening holes (12) of the frame beam (1) in exact alignment, enabling fastening means (13) to be inserted precisely through the fastening holes (12, 12), thereby rigidly connecting the pipe profiles (1, 2, 3) to each other. A further object of the invention is a truss structure (16) utilizing the connecting structure.

A rotary joint includes an outer shell segment having the outer shape of a solid of revolution, the outer shell segment having a plurality of openings arranged in the outer surface; an inner shell segment having the outer shape of the solid of revolution of the outer shell segment, the inner shell segment being aligned concentrically with the outer shell segment and spaced apart from the outer shell segment by a compensation gap; and a plurality of strut holding fixtures, the strut holding fixtures having a hollow interior and a flange portion, wherein each of the strut holding fixtures is arranged in one of the plurality of openings and the flange portion extends within the compensation gap between the inner shell segment and the outer shell segment in each case.

MULTI-LINK CONSTRUCTION ELEMENT AND METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING SAME

The present set of inventions relates to the field of building and in particular to building constructions and to processes for manufacturing building constructions comprising tensioned and non-tensioned tendons and can be used to construct residential, public and office buildings and constructions as well as for reconditioning or restoring the same.

The technical result consists of the provision of relatively long-extended constructions or complicated shape constructions working as a single pre-tensioned construction and characterized by high carrying capacity, stability and rigidity.

Said technical result is obtained by the fact that in a multi-component building member comprising at least two components and pre-tensioned tendons, each component is made as a tendons module comprising an initial and a final supporting elements with holes for the pre-tensioned tendons and with a stand for placing anchors and tensioning arrangements; and a reinforcing cage located between said supporting elements and comprising an upper and a lower elements in the form of a grid with a cellular structure, the cells having the shape of an equilateral polyhedron, and at least one median element under the form of a space reinforcement structure comprising inclined reinforcement bars forming equilateral polyhedral pyramids oppositely oriented in space, the pre-tensioned tendons of the first component being anchored at the initial and final supporting elements of the same, the pre-tensioned tendons of each following component being anchored at the final elements of the previous and the current components.

Said technical result is obtained as well by the fact that in a process for assembling the multi-component building member, the median, the upper and the lower components of the tendons module are preassembled, attached between the initial and the final supporting elements, the tendons are inserted and then pre-tensioned, wherein, starting with the second tendons module of the construction, the anchor of the pre-tensioned tendons is mounted on the final supporting element of the previous tendons module, whereas a tensioning arrangement is mounted on the final supporting element of the pre-tensioned tendons module.
