Removable panel roof for modular, self-contained, mobile clean room
Modular building cleanrooms having integrated mechanical rooms with removable, walkable floor panels above their ceilings are disclosed. The attic area above the sealed cleanroom ceiling and below joists of the modular building's frame provides an interstitial volume through which ducts, piping, electrical conduit, etc. run from the mechanical room to dampers, valves, and junctions boxes. The walkable floor panels can be bar grating through which maintenance people can see components below. The floor panels can have individual sections that may be removed for access to the components. Along with walkable floor panels, the modular building roofs can have foldable electrical panelboards that are pre-wired at the factory and then rotated upright once delivered to their destination.
Quick-assemble construction system and freestanding seating system utilizing same
Exemplary embodiments relate to a quick-assemble construction system that includes various components that can be positioned and interconnected quickly and later adjusted and tightened. The quick-assemble construction system was envisioned specifically for freestanding seating systems that can be quickly installed and removed if needed, although the quick-assemble construction system can be used in a wider range of applications and is not limited to seating systems.
REINFORCEMENT-CONFINED CIRCULAR STEEL TUBE MEMBER WITH ENHANCED END STIFFNESS
A reinforcement-confined circular steel tube member with enhanced end stiffness. Two ends of a first end sleeve are respectively connected to a first end plate and a first connecting annular plate. Two ends of a second end sleeve are respectively connected to a second end plate and a second connecting annular plate. A first end of a circular steel tube passes through the first connecting annular plate to be inserted into the first end sleeve and fixed to the first end plate, and a second end of the circular steel tube sequentially passes through restraint rings and the second connecting annular plate to be inserted into the second end sleeve and fixed to the second end plate. Two ends of each steel bar are respectively provided with a first limit part and a second limit part.

METAL BEAM WITH ASYMMETRICAL SECTION AND DAMAGE WARNING FUNCTION
A metal beam with asymmetric section and damage warning function includes a main body; the cross-sectional shape of the main body section defines a neutral axis, and a pressure zone and a tension zone when subjected to a pure bending moment load. Each point of the main body is arranged in a linear relationship with respect to the neutral axis within the elastic range. The cross-sectional shape of the main body section is on both sides of the neutral axis in an asymmetrical arrangement. The section modulus of the pressure zone of the main body section at the maximum bending moment is greater than the section modulus of the tension zone. Before the pressure zone bears a stress reaching the elastic limit to yield and enter plastic deformation, the tension zone has a stress exceeding the elastic limit and yield to enter plastic deformation first, so that the plastic deformation of the yielding tension zone provides a warning about a possibly occurring compressive shear damage of the pressure zone, forming the present invention.

Innovation In Modular Structures
A fast, flexible, and affordable structural building solution is disclosed. Current construction methodologies are prohibitively costly, slow, and wasteful. This construction method provides responsive and adaptive short to long term structural solutions. A reconfigurable flat packed modular structure can be shipped, assembled, and move-in ready in a fraction of the time of standard structural solutions. This system is easy to assemble and reusable with decreased maintenance costs and utilizes standardized shipping infrastructure. The structural elements are designed to build flexible residential, commercial, and industrial spaces. Component standardization reduces construction and maintenance cost over traditional building methods. The ease of construction reduces the learning curve for the assembly process. Embedded utilities in the components further minimize construction time. The modular nature of the design system allows for rapid assembly, disassembly, and redeployment as needed. Components are specifically built to ship using standard shipping containers for optimal organization of components and transportation.
DECK FRAMING SYSTEM
A deck framing system includes a perimeter support member that has a joist support wall and a web wall extending perpendicularly from the joist support wall and an overhang wall extending perpendicularly from the web wall. First and second joist support brackets include a joist support portion and a pair of attachment wings, where each one of the pair of attachment wings contacting the web wall of the perimeter support member. First and second joists each include a deck support wall and a lower wall. The deck support walls of the first and second joists are disposed between the overhang wall and the joist support portions, and the lower walls are disposed between the joist support portions and the joist support wall.
MULTI-STRIP BEAM FOR A VEHICLE
A beam article for a vehicle includes a plurality of separate elongated metal sheets attached together to form generally planar walls of an elongated tubular structure. At least one of the plurality of separate elongated metal sheets has a shear wall that is disposed along a hollow interior of the elongated tubular structure and is attached at opposing walls of the elongated tubular structure. At least one of the plurality of separate elongated metal sheets comprises an edge that abuts a side surface of an adjacent one of the plurality of separate elongated metal sheets to define a non-radiused perpendicular weld corner along the elongated tubular structure.
