Lamella core and a method for producing it
A semi product for building panels or structural elements comprising several wood lamellas (5) fixed by distance elements (4), a building panel with such a semi product and a method of producing the semi product and the building panel. A method of producing a semi-product for a structural element or for a core for a building panel, wherein the method comprises the step of: attaching at least two distance strips by an adhesive to a first wood board; attaching a second wood board to the distance strips by an adhesive; and cutting the first and the second wood boards and the distance strips in the length direction of the wood boards.
CUSTOMIZED WOODY TRUSSED JOIST
A trussed joist (such as shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 3) is provided which includes an upper chord and a lower chord connected to each other by descending and ascending diagonals making triangular or trapezoid openings across the joist. The joist is sup-ported at lower chord not matching the truss node point or supported at the upper chord whereby the joist is unworkable. At least one reinforcing is fixed at the faces of the chords by dowel fasteners. The reinforcing element overlaps at least one truss node point.
THREADED FASTENER PAIR, POST ANCHOR SYSTEM AND METHOD OF SECURING A POST TO A POST ANCHOR
A threaded fastener pair, including: a first threaded fastener with a male threaded portion; and a second threaded fastener with a female threaded portion, the female portion being configured to receive the male threaded portion, wherein the first threaded fastener is formed with a shank having an outer diameter approximately equal to an outer diameter of the second threaded portion, the second threaded fastener has a length equal to or greater than that of the first threaded fastener and the length of the first threaded fastener is at least 45 mm.
INSULATABLE, INSULATIVE FRAMEWORK APPARATUS AND METHODS OF MAKING AND USING SAME
A building framework is disclosed herein having a first structural member, a second structural member, and a third structural member disposed between the first and second structural members, a first web member connecting the first and third structural members in a spaced apart relationship, and a second web member connecting the second and third structural members in a spaced apart relationship. The first web member is positioned relative to the second web member such that the shortest distance between the first web member and second web member is greater than or equal to 5 times the thickness of the third structural member. Additional products, systems, and methods also are disclosed.
Trussed girder for the construction industry and method for producing a trussed girder of this kind
A trussed girder for the construction industry, having an upper flange and having a lower flange made of square timber, which extend along the longitudinal axis of the trussed girder and which are connected to one another by a plurality of struts, which are each arranged so as to extend obliquely to the flanges. The struts are formed by at least one strut run, the upper side and underside of which are formed in an undulating manner in the axial direction and are arranged so as to extend parallel to one another with radii corresponding to one another. The strut run is mortised or dovetailed in the axial direction alternately by means of the upper flange and the lower flange and is formed as a single-piece wood material part. The invention additionally relates to a method for producing trussed girders of this kind, in particular on a mass scale.

Building construction
A perimeter frame used in a construction of floors or roofs of buildings, including three superior radial sub-frames, three inferior radial sub-frames, and six non-perpendicularly interconnecting top hat sub-frames, wherein each superior radial sub-frame is located between a pair of inferior radial sub-frames such that there is a 60° angle between the first and second longitudinal axes of any two adjacent radial sub-frames, and wherein the innermost blunt end portions of the superior radial sub-frames are interconnected to define a primary hexagon structure at a centre of the perimeter frame, and the innermost blunt end portions of the inferior radial sub-frames are connected to a converging region of adjoining surfaces of each adjacent pair of superior radial sub-frames to define a secondary hexagon structure around the primary hexagon structure, and wherein the overhang end portions and the outermost blunt end portions define six corners of a hexagonal perimeter frame.
A BUILDING TRUSS, SYSTEM, AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD
A building truss including a structural floor element, a vertical support on each side of the structural floor element, rafters spanning the vertical supports, a structural horizontal tie which interconnects the rafters, and a roof peak on the horizontal tie. A building is constructed by erecting multiple trusses parallel to each other in sequence in a longitudinal direction spanning one gable end to the opposed gable end. Each building truss defines the full room and roof spaces and provides the required structural strength. Each truss defines a 2D envelope; the floor element spanning in the horizontal direction, vertical supports for the vertical direction, and a roof assembly joining the two vertical supports. Each truss is unitary and constructing the multiple trusses parallel to each other provides a 3D structural building envelope.
