A system for providing reinforcement to structures comprises a prefabricated rebar assembly, a first end plate and a second end plate. The prefabricated rebar assembly comprises multiple rods connected to each other. The prefabricated rebar assembly is held between the first end plate and the second end plate to form a block of rebar assembly.

Module for a structure

A construction module for a structure, comprising: a formwork member that includes a base, a pair of parallel side walls that extend upwardly from the base, and a pair of parallel end walls. The base, the side walls and the end walls define a cavity for reinforcement and concrete. A reinforcement member includes an upper portion and a lower portion. When the reinforcement member is located in the cavity and concrete fills the cavity, the lower portion of the reinforcement member and the concrete define an elongate beam.

Stay-in-Place Forms and Methods and Equipment for Installation Thereof

Stay-in-place forms and methods and equipment for installing thereof. A concrete form includes a vertical component and a horizontal component, the vertical component located substantially perpendicular to the horizontal component. Also, the form includes an interior surface, at least a portion of the interior surface providing a form for supporting uncured concrete; wherein the uncured concrete forms a concrete structural portion upon curing of the uncured concrete; and wherein the interior surface remains attached to the concrete structural portion after curing. The form may include inserts and compatible form attachments. Also, forms including recesses may be utilized to reduce the weight thereof. Lifting equipment and accessories may be utilized to lift the form from a form holder and set same in place. Forms contain the work area as soon as it is installed to minimize fall hazards and the time, costs, and downtime associated with installation of safety measures.

Concrete slab load transfer apparatus and method of manufacturing same

Various embodiments of the present disclosure provide a cast-in-place concrete slab load transfer apparatus and method of manufacturing same. In various embodiments, the concrete slab load transfer apparatus includes a plurality of load transfer dowels each having a top surface and a bottom surface, a basket supporting the load transfer dowels, and a plurality of welds including a plurality of breakable welds connecting the bottom surfaces of the load transfer dowels to the basket.

Support module for a structure

A module for constructing foundations for a structure, comprising: a plurality of formwork members that define a pair of side walls that define a space between the side walls; thereto to hold the side walls in a spaced relationship; a three dimensional reinforcement cage that includes the brace, a plurality of first members, and a plurality of second members perpendicular to the first members, the first members coupled to at least the brace and the second members coupled to at least one of the plurality of the first members and the brace, wherein the cage forms an internal support within the space between the side walls for receiving a settable material, such that the side walls become integrated with the internal support as the settable substrate sets, to form the module.

FOUNDATION WITH PEDESTAL AND RIBS FOR TOWERS

A wind turbine foundation comprising a concrete support slab having a horizontal rebar grid therein, a concrete pedestal integral with the support slab and having vertical post tensioning elements therein and a plurality of concrete ribs on top of and integral with the support slab and integral with the pedestal, the ribs having rebar therein and extend outwardly from the pedestal, the pedestal, slab and ribs are connected to each other to form a monolithic foundation. The foundation design reduces the weight and volume of materials used, reduces cost, and improves heat dissipation conditions during construction by having a small ratio of concrete mass to surface area thus eliminating the risk of thermal cracking due to heat of hydration.

Building based on large-space structure and freestanding external envelope as well as construction method

A building based on a large-space structure body and a freestanding external envelope structure and a construction method, wherein the building comprises a structure body composed of a vertical-structure reinforced concrete member, a reinforced concrete girder and a reinforced concrete slab, and a freestanding combined external envelope system externally hung in a periphery of the structure body; and the structure body is made of a prefabricated combined reinforcement cage member poured with concrete, the prefabricated combined reinforcement cage member is combined and assembled by a prefabricated vertical-structure reinforcement cage member, a prefabricated girder reinforcement cage member and a prefabricated slab reinforcement cage member, and the prefabricated vertical-structure reinforcement cage member is a prefabricated shear wall reinforcement cage member or a prefabricated column reinforcement cage member.

Reinforced compound concrete beam-column joint containing demolished concrete lumps and a construction method

A reinforced compound concrete beam-column joint containing demolished concrete lumps and a construction method are disclosed. The steel strip stirrups configured to constrain column longitudinal reinforcements of the reinforced compound concrete column containing demolished concrete lumps and the steel connection sheets with grooves are arranged in joint at positions of the upper and lower beam longitudinal reinforcements of the reinforced compound concrete beam containing demolished concrete lumps. The steel strip stirrups abut against the column longitudinal reinforcements. The steel connection sheets are welded to the steel strip stirrups. One end of the short steel bars with threads at one end is welded into the grooves of the steel connection sheets, and the other end is connected to the beam longitudinal reinforcement via a steel sleeve. The joint prevents the beam longitudinal reinforcements from passing through the joint and thus causing reinforcements congestion.
