MODULE FOR A STRUCTURE
A construction module for a structure, comprising: a formwork member that includes a base, a pair of parallel side walls that extend upwardly from the base, and a pair of parallel end walls. The base, the side walls and the end walls define a cavity for reinforcement and concrete. A reinforcement member includes an upper portion and a lower portion. When the reinforcement member is located in the cavity and concrete fills the cavity, the lower portion of the reinforcement member and the concrete define an elongate beam.
V-SHAPED TIE REINFORCEMENT INTEGRATED WITH ONE-TOUCH TYPE FIXING MEANS
The present invention relates to a V-shaped tie reinforcement for reinforcing a hoop reinforcement installed around a main reinforcement, wherein the V-shaped tie reinforcement is installed in order to prevent deformation, such as buckling, of the main reinforcement installed on a long member of an RC structure or an SRC structure, such as a column or a compression beam while preventing brittle fracturing of concrete. The present invention comprises: a V-shaped reinforcement composed of a bent part having a shape surrounding a main reinforcement at the center thereof and an anchor part open at both sides; and a fixing means composed of an upper tie reinforcement fixing brace fixedly installed at the V-shaped reinforcement and connected to the main reinforcement, and a rotation preventing brace fixedly installed at the bent part of the V-shaped reinforcement and preventing the V-shaped reinforcement connected to the main reinforcement from rotating upward and downward and right and left.
FOUNDATION WITH PEDESTAL AND RIBS FOR TOWERS
A wind turbine foundation comprising a concrete support slab having a horizontal rebar grid therein, a concrete pedestal integral with the support slab and having vertical post tensioning elements therein and a plurality of concrete ribs on top of and integral with the support slab and integral with the pedestal, the ribs having rebar therein and extend outwardly from the pedestal, the pedestal, slab and ribs are connected to each other to form a monolithic foundation. The foundation design reduces the weight and volume of materials used, reduces cost, and improves heat dissipation conditions during construction by having a small ratio of concrete mass to surface area thus eliminating the risk of thermal cracking due to heat of hydration.
BUILDING SYSTEM
The invention relates to a system for erecting a building structure, the system comprising a foundation for receiving the building structure, and a plurality of inner and outer walls, roof and floor panels, the panels being adapted to engage each other for defining at least one story of the building structure, wherein the foundation comprises a first section and a second section, the first section being adapted to bear the load of the building structure and the second section being adapted to provide access to the interiors of the building structure.
Foundation with pedestal and ribs for towers
A foundation having a central vertical pedestal, a plurality of radial reinforcing ribs extending radially outward from the pedestal. The pedestal and ribs forming a continuous monolithic structure. An anchoring system under the ribs with anchoring the foundation to the ground by anchoring elements connected to rock anchors, soil anchors, piles or the like. The foundation design reduces the weight and volume of materials used, reduces cost, and improves heat dissipation conditions during construction by having a small ratio of concrete mass to surface area thus eliminating the risk of thermal cracking due to heat of hydration.
Method of constructing a wind tower foundation with pedestal and ribs
Systems and Methods of Concrete Apparatus with Incorporated Lifter
Systems and methods for a concrete apparatus with incorporated lifter are provided. A concrete apparatus is formed by placing a reinforcement system in a mold. The reinforcement system comprises a lifter. Concrete is poured into the mold such that the lifter protrudes from the poured concrete. After the concrete has hardened and the mold is removed, the lifter is used to carry and position the concrete apparatus. After the concrete apparatus is positioned, the lifter is removed at the circumference of the concrete apparatus leaving no holes, thereby eliminating water leakage due to lifting methods.
Jig for making reinforcement cage, method for making assembly of the same and erecting frame
The present disclosure relates to a jig for manufacturing a reinforcement cage, which comprises a base member, a slot device disposed on the base member and extending along the lengthwise direction of the base member, and a plurality of fasteners arranged on a strip and spaced apart from each other along the lengthwise direction of the strip, wherein the strip is received in a slot of the slot device and is slidable within a predetermined range. The present disclosure further relates to an erecting frame for making a reinforcement cage assembly, which comprises a substantially square frame with four sides and a plurality of supports spaced apart from each other and disposed along the four sides, wherein each of the supports has at least one slot used for receiving and holding an end of a main bar of the reinforcement cage.
SPLIT NUT FOR MONOPOLE BASE
A split nut can include a first nut portion and a second nut portion. The first nut portion can define a first receptacle and a second receptacle. The second nut portion can define a first passage and a second passage, and the first and second passages can be respectively located to align with the first and second receptacles. A first pin and a second pin can respectively extend through the first and second passages to respectively engage with the first and second receptacles, for instance to secure the first and second nut portions together to close the split nut and thereby define a nut passage.
