Precast concrete member with prefabricated plate and fixing channels
The present invention relates to a precast concrete member using a PC member, which comprises a prefabricated plate and fixing channels, and is used as a linear member for a column which is an axial force member, as a planar member for a wall which is an axial force member, or as a linear member for a beam or a girder which is a flexural member. A preferred embodiment of the present invention provides a premade precast concrete member having a PC body formed at a predetermined length and multiple steel reinforcements embedded within the PC body along the longitudinal direction, the precast concrete member comprising: a plate assembly in which a pair of board-like plates having a pair of coupling holes formed to be penetrated at a regular interval are formed so as to be spaced apart from each other and to face each other, or two pairs of board-like plates are spaced apart from each other so as to face each other, with one end of each thereof being embedded into one or both longitudinal ends of the PC body, and the other ends thereof protruding, wherein the plate assembly comprises a connecting member of which a part embedded into the PC body of the plate is welded to one side of the steel reinforcement, and both ends are respectively bolt-coupled to the coupling holes of a pair of plates so as to connect a part embedded into the PC body of a pair of facing plates; and fixing channels which comprise a U-shaped channel having an opening formed on the top thereof and multiple anchor bodies coupled to the rear surface of the U-shaped channel, the opening of the U-shaped channel comprising a rib which is formed to be bent inwardly, wherein at least two rows of fixing channels are embedded at regular intervals into one side surface of the width direction of the PC body or into at least one pair of corresponding surfaces of the width direction of the PC body.
REINFORCEMENT STEEL
A reinforcement steel bar includes a shaft part extending in a front-back direction, and a head part formed by forging an end portion of the shaft part. A width in a right-left direction of an upper end portion of the head part is formed wider than a diameter of the shaft part. The width in the right-left direction of a lower end portion of the head part is formed narrower than the diameter of the shaft part. An upper end surface extending parallel to an axial direction of the shaft part is formed at the upper end portion of the head part. A left side surface and a right side surface of the head part are inclined such that the width in the right-left direction of the head part is gradually reduced from the upper end portion to the lower end portion of the head part.
REINFORCEMENT STEEL
A reinforcement steel bar includes a shaft part and a head part formed by forging an end portion of the shaft part. A front end surface with its normal direction aligned with an axial direction of the shaft part is formed at a front end portion of the head part. A base end portion of the head part projects from the shaft part in a radial direction of the shaft part. A plate-shaped flange portion is formed at an outer peripheral part of the base end portion of the head part.
GRID DECK WITH SHEAR-RESISTING PLATES
The present invention relates to a grid deck with shear-resisting plates and the assembly of the grid decks. The shear-resisting plates are pre-cast in the grid deck and protrude from the side surfaces thereof. When the grid decks with shear-resisting plates are assembled, they are laid on the beams with the shear-resisting plates contacting the beams and without the grid decks contacting the beams.
Concrete Reinforcement Elements and Structures
A prong is configured for use with a concrete reinforcement element and includes first and second legs positioned opposite first and second sides of the prong and a bridge portion connecting distal ends the legs, where the bridge portion forms a first end of the prong. The legs extend from the bridge portion to a second end of the prong opposite the first end, and each of the legs has a proximal end at the second end of the prong. The proximal end of the first leg is bent toward the second leg, and the proximal end of the second leg is bent toward the first leg, such that the proximal ends of the legs overlap each other. Inner surfaces of the proximal ends of the legs define engagement surfaces configured to engage a tie wire, enabling the proximal ends to be connected to the tie wire.
MODULAR ASSEMBLIES AND METHODS OF CONSTRUCTION THEREOF
A modular assembly for forming a shear wall includes a modular frame having a first side, and formwork. The formwork has a reinforcing bar cage and a first wall each coupled to the first side of the modular frame. The first wall is disposed between the reinforcing bar cage and the first side of the modular frame.
REINFORCING ASSEMBLIES HAVING DOWNWARDLY-EXTENDING WORKING MEMBERS ON STRUCTURALLY REINFORCING BARS FOR CONCRETE SLABS OR OTHER STRUCTURES
In one aspect, a reinforcing assembly includes one or more longitudinally-extending bars having a first end, a second end opposite the first end, and a midpoint between the first and second ends. The reinforcing assembly also includes multiple downwardly-extending working members each independently connected to at least one of the one or more bars. The working members are oriented diagonally with respect to a longitudinal axis extending along the one or more bars. The working members connected to the one or more bars between the first end and the midpoint are angled in a different direction than the working members connected to the one or more bars between the second end and the midpoint.
METHODS AND APPARATUSES FOR CONSTRUCTING A CONCRETE STRUCTURE

An apparatus according to one implementation includes a structure comprising a pre-cast concrete component that includes at least one post-tensioning duct, a post-tensioning tendon extending through the post-tensioning duct, and a poured in place concrete surface disposed above and coupled to the pre-cast concrete component.
