Systems, devices, and methods for treating a pulmonary disorder with an agent
A medication delivery device for treatment of a pulmonary disorder in a patient includes an elongate member, an expandable member is coupled to a distal end of the elongate member, and an agent delivery portion coupled to an external surface of the expandable member. The agent delivery portion includes an agent that disrupts nerve activity.
METHOD FOR DYNAMIC FILTRATION OF A CROSS-LINKED HYDROGEL
The present invention relates to a method for dynamic filtration of a cross-linked biopolymer-based hydrogel to remove unwanted molecules from the gel. In particular, the invention relates to dynamic filtration of a hyaluronic acid hydrogel using a dynamic filtration construction with rotating and semipermeable filter discs.
FATTY ACID-GRAFTED HYALURONIC ACID, DERMAL FILLER FORMULATIONS COMPRISING SAME, PROCESS FOR PREPARATION AND USE THEREOF
The present invention relates to fatty acid-grafted hyaluronic acid (FA-g-HA), and a sterile microsphere-based dermal filler formulation and a sterile crosslinked hyaluronic acid-based dermal filler formulation each comprising the FA-g-HA. The present invention further relates to processes for the preparation of the FA-g-HA and the dermal filler formulations comprising the FA-g-HA, and their use in cosmetic applications.
HYDROGEL COMPOSITION COMPRISING A CROSSLINKED POLYMER
A sterile hydrogel composition that includes a crosslinked polymer, wherein the crosslinked polymer is an oxidation product of a thiol-modified hyaluronan and wherein the thiol-modified hyaluronan has a degree of modification of hyaluronan with thiol moieties of more than about 80 μmol per gram polymer, wherein the thiol-modified hyaluronan has a degree of modification of hyaluronan with thiol moieties of less than about 280 μmol per gram polymer, and wherein the thiol-modified hyaluronan has a mean molecular weight of at least 400 kDa.
STABILIZED HYALURONIC ACID
Sterile hydrogel composition comprising crosslinked hyaluronan, wherein the amount of extractable hyaluronan having a molecular weight of less than 200 kDa is less than 15 wt. % relative to the total amount of hyaluronan.
HYDROGEL COMPOSITION COMPRISING A CROSSLINKED POLYMER
A sterile hydrogel composition comprising a crosslinked polymer, wherein the crosslinked polymer is an oxidation product of a thiol-modified hyaluronan and wherein the thiol-modified hyaluronan has a degree of modification of hyaluronan with thiol moieties of more than about 80 μmol per gram polymer, wherein the thiol-modified hyaluronan has a degree of modification of hyaluronan with thiol moieties of less than about 280 μmol per gram polymer, wherein the composition has a residual thiol content of less than 20% in respect to the degree of modification of the thiol-modified hyaluronan.
Composition for dermal injection
The present invention relates to a composition for dermal injection which includes two or more types of cross-linked hyaluronic acid particles having different particle diameters and non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid. The composition for dermal injection according to the present invention satisfies viscosity, extrusion force, and viscoelasticity conditions for dermal injection, and an extrusion force deviation is low so that the user does not feel fatigue when the composition is injected into the dermal thereof. Also, the composition is excellent in viscoelasticity and tissue restoring ability, is maintained for a long period of time, allows rapid recovery because an initial swelling degree is low, and also is excellent in safety and stability in the body.
HYALURONIC ACID FILLER HAVING HIGH LIFT CAPACITY AND LOW INJECTION FORCE
The hyaluronic acid filler according to the present invention shows improved high lift capability, and thereby not only can maintain its shape for a long time while it is unlikely to move when injected into skin, but also the injection force during injection is very low, and therefore it is excellent in anti-wrinkle, soft-tissue augmentation such as cheeks, breast, nose, lips and hips, and the like or expansion of its volume, and contour correction, and even if a crosslinking agent is used at a small amount in the preparation process, the duration in the human body is increased because of efficient crosslinking reaction and pain of patients is caused less by the reduced injection force.

CROSS-LINKED POLYCARBOXYLATED POLYSACCHARIDES AND METHODS OF USE THEREOF
The present invention is directed to a polymer comprising a first hyaluronic acid (HA) chain and a second HA chain crosslinked via a linker comprising an unsaturated moiety or a derivative thereof coupled to a tetrazine moiety or a derivative thereof. In some embodiments, the polymer of the invention is characterized by having a crosslinking degree of 0.2 to 4%.
