SEAL ASSEMBLY METHOD AND APPARATUS
A seal assembly, including a first conduit member having a first seat and a second conduit member having a second seat. The second conduit member is coupled to the first conduit member such that the first and second conduit members are movable between at least a rest configuration in which the first and second seats are a rest distance apart, and a compressed configuration in which the first and second seats are held at a compressed distance apart. The compressed distance is less than the rest distance. The seal assembly also includes a flexible seal received between the first and second seats such that the flexible seal is compressed when the first and second conduit members are in the compressed configuration, the flexible seal expanding axially outwards when compressed to engage with an inner surface of a body in which the seal assembly is received.
Rain Irrigation Assembly
A rain irrigation assembly includes a collector that is insertable into a downspout of a rain gutter to collect rain running in the downspout. A plurality of hoses is each fluidly coupled to the collector to receive the rain from the collector. A plurality of watering units is provided and each of the watering units can be positioned at a selected area of a yard. Each of the watering units is fluidly coupled to a respective one of the hoses to receive the rain from the respective hose. Each of the watering units has a foraminous surface to pass the rain outwardly therefrom for irrigating the selected area of the yard.

Method of joining downspout components without fasteners
A method of fluidly connecting two downspout components without fasteners. The method embodies an elastic band dimensioned to slidably receive connecting ends of the two downspout components in such a way that the material of the elastic band frictionally engages the received connecting ends in a seamless, fastener-less, drip-free seal.
MULTI-DIRECTIONAL GUTTER DOWNSPOUT SYSTEM, AND METHODS OF MAKING AND USING SAME
Disclosed herein is a water diverter comprising an adapter having a first end portion configured to be mounted to a lower end section of a gutter downspout, and a second end portion, and a curved pipe rotatably attached to the second end portion. Methods of making and using the diverter, and corresponding systems, also are described.
Sealable drain pipe coupling
The device is a drain pipe coupling to sealably couple an insert pipe with an existing drain pipe, the drain pipe coupling comprises of an elastic tubular body concentrically positioned over the insert pipe and the existing drain pipe; a first and a second retaining rings having a toroid body which is connected to a tightening tool. Turning a screw on tightening tool causes an increase or decrease of diameter of the retaining ring and deforming the elastic tubular body to sealably contact with inner surfaces of the insert pipe and the existing drain pipe.
Gutter extension fastening system
A gutter fastening system for a building allows a downspout extension to be selectively attached to an elbow joint of a downspout. A plurality of mounting members that can be screws are screwed through the downspout and/or the downspout extension. A flexible elastic piece that serves as a linkage member is then placed on a first portion of the screws and secures the downspout extension to the downspout. The elastic piece is selectively removable from the downspout and the downspout extension allowing the downspout extension to be removed from the downspout.
