Particulate frozen cream
A particulate frozen dairy product comprising beads which remain free-flowing when at a temperature of about −12° C. or less. The beads comprise of a dairy product selected from the group consisting of frozen neat cream and frozen anhydrous milk fat. Included is a method of shipping a frozen dairy product. The method comprises cryogenically freezing a neat cream to form a plurality of frozen beads, and shipping the frozen beads while maintaining said frozen beads at a temperature less than −12° C. such that the frozen beads remain free-flowing during shipping. Further, the frozen beads are ideal for shipping, storage and use in that they lend themselves to multiple packaging options and easy proportioning for recipes.
CANNABIS INFUSED ICE CREAM
A method for making cannabis infused ice cream including the steps of weighting liquid raw products, pouring and mixing the weighted liquid raw products to a pasteurizer at a first heating temperature level. Sweeteners are added to the mixture. The mixture is heated to a second temperature level. Adding and mixing the mixture with food stabilizer and with milk powder. Adding and mixing cannabinoids substances associated with medicinal cannabis. The mixture is heated to a fourth temperature level. Afterwards the mixture is immediately cooled to the fifth temperature level. The mixture afterwards is left in a refrigerator for a few hours for the mixture to become more solid. Adding food flavors to the more solid mixture. Mixing and grinding the more solid mixture and creating emulsion. The grinded mixture is added to a barrel freezer of an ice cream machine for making an infused cannabis ice cream.

Apparatus for making texture controlled edible ice products instantly
The present invention relates to an apparatus for producing edible ice products comprising: (a) a thermally insulated food grade material chamber; (b) at least one atomizing beverage nozzle(s) inserted in said thermally insulated chamber for spraying beverage droplets into said thermally insulated chamber; (c) at least one beverage valve(s), disposed between a beverage source and said atomizing beverage nozzle(s), for controlling the beverage flow rate into said chamber; (d) at least one gas expansion nozzle(s), inserted in said thermally insulated chamber, for expanding the gas in its liquid state to its gaseous state, and for jetting gas on said beverage droplets, in said thermally insulated chamber; (e) at least one gas flow regulator(s), disposed between a gas source and said gas nozzle(s) for regulating the gas flow rate into said gas expansion nozzle (s); (f) a controller for controlling said beverage valve(s) and said gas flow regulator(s); and (g) wherein said controller controls said beverage valve(s) and said gas flow regulator(s) for ensuring that said sprayed beverage droplets meet the jetted gas for freezing said droplets for forming a texture controlled edible ice product in said thermally insulated chamber.
Ice Shaver with In-Line Power Control Drive System
The present invention provides an ice shaver with a power control drive system to rotate the ice block and blade with respect to one another and to press the ice block and the blade together. The power drive system comprises an in-line, over-center, linear throw column extending through an opening in an enclosure and carrying a spike plate. A motor is carried by and contained within the column and movable with the column toward a shave deck with a blade. A perimeter size and shape of the column matches a perimeter size and shape of the opening. The column substantially closes the opening in the enclosure.
Microchannel freezing cylinder assembly
A microchannel freezing cylinder assembly is disclosed that includes an inner cylinder located within an outer cylinder. Multiple grooves are located on the exterior of the inner cylinder that form multiple microchannels when the inner cylinder is located within the outer cylinder. The inner cylinder includes an inlet header and a distribution header, with multiple orifices located in a ridge between the inlet header and distribution header. The distribution header is in fluid communication with the microchannels.
Machine and system for making liquid or semi-liquid food products
A machine for making liquid or semi-liquid food products, including: a first processing container for processing a basic liquid or semi-liquid product and defining a processing chamber; a stirrer positioned inside the first processing container; a thermal system including a heat exchanger, associated with the first processing container; at least one sensor, configured to measure an operating parameter of the machine; a processing and control unit, operatively connected to the at least one sensor and including a module for receiving and transmitting data captured by the sensor, wherein the module for receiving and transmitting data is configured to transmit data captured by the sensor to a “smart contract” program.

Systems and methods for defrosting frozen carbonated beverage systems
A system for dispensing a frozen beverage. The system includes a barrel having an inner wall and being configured to retain the frozen beverage therein. A mixing system causes mixing of the frozen beverage within the barrel. A cooling system cools the frozen beverage from radially outwardly of the inner wall. A melting system heats the frozen beverage from radially inwardly of the inner wall. The mixing system causes relatively larger ice crystals to move inwardly from the inner wall, and the melting system reduces a size of the relatively larger ice crystals.
STEVIOL GLYCOSIDE AND GLYCERIN FORMULATIONS FOR FOOD AND BEVERAGES
The present invention relates, at least in part to, formulations that have improved caloric profile as well as flavor, taste and/or mouthfeel.
