Terrace canopy
Disclosed is a terrace canopy, comprising a beam having a top side, a bottom side, an inner side and an outer side, and, in its cross-section, is provided with a screen cavity which is delimited by an upright inner side wall and a horizontal top wall and an internal space above the screen cavity. An upright wall extends from the end of the horizontal top wall. The beam comprises either a first closure profile for closing off the internal space or a wall profile attached to the upright wall and a second closure profile for closing off the internal space. Thus, multiple configurations of the beam are possible and an additional wall holder may be provided on the outer side of the screen cavity such that a double side wall infill is possible.
Screen device
A screen device (I), comprising a covering which comprises a beam (2, 3, 4) as a structural part (2, 3, 4) of the covering and which is attachable to at least one adjacent structural part (2, 3, 4, 5) of the screen device (I), and comprises a end cap (6, 6) which is attachable to one end of the beam (2, 3, 4) in order to attach the beam (2, 3, 4) to the adjacent structural part (2, 3, 4, 5) of the screen device (I).
Systems for collecting rainwater and recycling grey water
Systems for water collection and recycling are described herein. A downspout having a downspout groove is vertically disposed on an exterior wall. Electrical wiring that is operatively connected to at least one electrical power generator is disposed along the downspout groove. The downspout and electrical power generator are supported by downspout brackets. The downspout is fluidly connected to a gutter and an outdoor water storage tank for collecting rain water. A water pump moves grey water from a shower tub drainage pipeline to a water path switch valve. A control switch directs the water path switch valve to divert the grey water to a toilet storage tank, an outdoor water storage tank, or a washing machine water tank.
Terrace canopy
Disclosed is a terrace canopy, comprising a beam which a top side, a bottom side, an inner side and an outer side, and, in its cross-section, is provided with: a screen cavity and a U-shaped space at the bottom side of the beam which is located below the screen cavity and open at its bottom side. The U-shaped space is configured to hold a first profile and a second profile, different from the first profile, and is provided with: a first and a second connection means configured together to hold the first profile or the first connection means and a connection wall portion configured together to hold the second profile. By leaving the U-shaped space open at its bottom side and providing the connection means, it is possible to integrate other profiles into the beam.
Rooftop rainwater drainage assembly
A rooftop rainwater drainage assembly that is at least partially concealed from view from an exterior of a dwelling. In particular, the rooftop drainage assembly can include an opening spout secured to a roof deck region of a dwelling, and an elongated downspout having a first region disposed between an exterior wall and an interior wall of the dwelling and secured to the opening spout, thereby at least partially concealing the downspout from view from both the interior wall and exterior wall of the dwelling.
Terrace canopy
Disclosed is a terrace canopy constructed from a support pillar provided with a cavity for discharging precipitation incident on the terrace canopy towards a ground surface and at least two beams, each of which provided with a gutter for discharging precipitation incident on the terrace canopy to an end face of the beam. A headboard is attached to the end face of the beams. A corner connection element is fixedly attached to the support pillar and to the headboards. The corner connection element is provided with one, or preferably, a plurality of support legs extending towards the support pillar.
Basic unit, infrastructure facility and infrastructure system
In order to provide a base unit, in particular a base unit for an infrastructure device, which on the one hand can be produced in a straightforward and cost-effective manner and on the other hand is visually pleasing and can withstand vandalism attempts, it is proposed that the base unit should comprise a plurality of support elements and one or more roof elements arranged on the support elements, wherein the support elements and/or the one or more roof elements are arranged, and designed, such that the one or more roof elements are, or can be, arranged so as to be spaced apart from a floor or ground surface by the supporting elements, wherein the base unit comprises water drainage and/or cable routing and/or a lighting region and/or roof elements arranged obliquely in relation to the direction of gravitational force.
Modular wheelchair ramp canopy
A modular portable wheelchair ramp canopy configured to fit over and protect a wheelchair ramp from rain. The canopy has a gutter that channels rainwater into the canopy uprights and then down to the ground. The canopy also has an end section that slopes back to a gutter which collects rainwater and channels it into canopy uprights and then down to the ground.
