VEHICLE COVER ASSEMBLY
A vehicle cover assembly has a body and a lock device. The body has a housing, a reeling device, and a cover fabric. The reeling device is mounted in the housing and has a reeling axle. The cover fabric is connected with and is selectively reeled around the reeling axle. The lock device has a casing, a pushing rod, and a lock cylinder. The casing is mounted on the housing. The pushing rod is moveably mounted through the casing and has an end selectively engaged with one end of the reeling axle. The lock cylinder is mounted in the casing and is selectively engaged with the pushing rod. When the lock cylinder is engaged with the pushing rod, the pushing rod is engaged with the reeling axle.
MODULAR AWNING MOUNTS, MODULAR AWNING SYSTEMS AND RELATED METHODS FOR RECREATIONAL VEHICLES
Modular awning systems and related methods are disclosed. The modular awning system has a frame structure 3. The frame structure can be mounted to a roof of a vehicle. The modular awning system has an awning bracket for coupling to the frame structure, the awning bracket being for mounting an awning. The modular awning system has a front fairing and a rear fairing at opposed ends of the frame structure.
Energy harvesting wind sensor
An energy harvesting wind sensor is provided for an awning assembly. The device is self-powering in that energy is converted from wind to electrical in order to power the sensor and a transmitter which signals a receiver to retract the awning assembly if a preselected threshold is met or exceeded. Since the system converts wind energy to electrical energy, wiring is not needed to extend along the moving or rotating parts of the awning assembly.
ENHANCED AWNING CANOPY ASSEMBLY
An awning assembly and method of construction is disclosed herein. The awning assembly comprising a first main arm for coupling to a dwelling, a second main arm rotatably coupled to the first main arm at a first end and supportingly coupled to a roll bar at a second end, the roll bar coupled to a canopy, and a hard wire connection housed within the first main arm for coupling to a power source. The awning assembly further comprising a detachable attachment module coupled to the first end of the second main arm and functionally coupled to the hard wire connection, the detachable attachment module comprising a plurality of electrical components, the plurality of electrical components comprising at least one of a microphone, a heating element, an input/output port, an image capture device, a speaker, an illumination source, and a transceiver.
Adjustment coupler for awning having articulated support arm
An adjustment coupler includes a first clutch member and a second clutch member. In embodiments, the first clutch member may be rotationally fixed with respect to the second clutch member when a torque applied thereto is less than a predetermined amount. When the torque is greater than or equal to the predetermined amount, the first clutch member may rotate with respect to the second clutch member. In other embodiments, the first clutch member may be rotationally fixed to the second clutch member.
BLIND ASSEMBLY AND METHOD OF ATTACHING A SHADE MATERIAL TO A WINDING CORE OF A BLIND
Blind assembly comprising a shade material, a winding core and/or a bottom rail, and compensation means. The shade material is attached to the winding core and/or the bottom rail by attaching the compensation means to the shade material in a first condition in which the compensation means extend along a first line with a first shape. The compensation means can be attached to the winding core and/or the bottom rail in a second condition in which the first line has a second shape, different from the first shape. As a result, the shade material is loaded with compensation forces that can counteract any sagging forces exerted on the shade material by the sagging winding core and/or bottom rail.
Magnetic Slide Topper
The invention relates to a retrofitted magnetic slide topper including a means for magnetism to provide tension on an awning flexes, a roller tube to provide a rolling base for the awning flexes and a plurality of brackets to mount the roller tube with the means for magnetism using a plurality of clamps. Further, the system includes either electromagnetic or permanent magnets along with base plates or magnetic cores. These can be used in various configurations to push or pull on the awning roller tube or other flexible members to tension and or bow the movable member to force the water off of the awning. The objectives of the present invention is to stop the major water pounding and allowing the awning material to dry instead of creating a swamp causing sages and premature fabric deterioration.
AWNING CANOPY COVER AND CONNECTION SYSTEM
An awning assembly having an awning connection system for coupling an awning canopy to a support structure and providing a cover to the awning canopy when the awning assembly is in a closed position. The awning connection system comprises a unitary film segment having a distal end connected to the awning canopy and a proximal end for securing to the support structure. The unitary film segment further comprises an attached region for coupling the unitary film segment to the awning canopy.
Canopy system
There is described a canopy system comprising two or more parallel elongated rods, one or more canopy pieces having two parallel edges, two or more elongated bars connected to each of the two or more parallel elongated rods and attached to each of the two parallel edges of the one or more canopy pieces, and at least one connection mechanism attached to each of the elongated rods having a connector that is capable of being suspended from a support. The elongated rods may include at least one lower cavity having two channels each configured to detachably and slidably receive each of the elongated bars. The lower cavity may have a groove that is configured to detachably and slidably receive an accessory. The elongated rods each may include at least one upper cavity configured to detachably and slidably receive each connection mechanism and a second accessory.
