HYBRID STUCCO SYSTEM
A hybrid stucco system includes a substrate, a weather barrier membrane, a polyisocyanurate board, an alkali resistant fiberglass mesh, a base coat, and a finish coat. The polyisocyanurate board is a high-density, closed-cell, rigid foam insulation board having a high R-value. The alkali resistant fiberglass mesh, in some examples, features a zirconia content of at least 19%. The alkali resistant fiberglass mesh may be pre-lathed onto the polyisocyanurate board during manufacture or otherwise coupled together by wide crown staples prior to entering the field. The base coat includes portland cement, acrylics, fibers, pozzolans, silica sands, and pumice. The base coat features a consistency that is easily applied to the alkali resistant fiberglass mesh and cures smoothly within one hour, in preparation to receive the finish coat.
Self-furring welded wire mesh
A self-furring welded wire mesh for reinforcing generally planar concrete and stucco structures is formed of a matrix of longitudinally and transversely extending wires disposed about a first common plane and welded together at their intersections. A selected plurality of the longitudinally extending wires each define a plurality of generally V-shaped spacing furrs therein extending generally perpendicular to the first plane with the bottoms of the furrs being disposed in a second plane spaced from the first plane a distance substantially equal to one-half of the predetermined thickness of the concrete panel. The spacing furrs in the selected longitudinally extending wires are located so as to be longitudinally and transversely staggered along the mesh. The spacing furrs are formed by pushing portions of the selected longitudinal wire perpendicular to the axis of the wires while holding an upstream portion thereof in a fixed disposition so as to form these without damaging or thinning the wires along the spacing furrs.
STUCCO WALL STRUCTURE
Wall structures and methods for producing wall structures are described in this specification. The wall structures include a frame, a sheathing board attached to the frame, a foam layer, a bond break layer, a lath layer, and a stucco layer.

DRY BUILDING MATERIAL MIXTURE AND THERMAL INSULATION PLASTER RESULTING THEREFROM
The invention relates to a dry building material mixture, in particular a plastering mortar, the dry building material mixture comprising at least on aerogel.
FLOOD PROOF DOOR
A flood proof door includes a sealing flange around at least a portion of the perimeter of the door. The flood door includes laterally extending flanges. A plurality of hinges are mounted on the flange to secure the door to a door jamb. Seals are positioned on the flanges to provide a flood proof seal around the periphery of the door.
Stucco-Based Surfacing System And Method
A building surfacing system is described, the system including a stucco substrate affixed to and disposed upon a support panel, a primer coating applied to a surface of the stucco substrate so as to form a primed stucco substrate, a first sealant coating applied to the primed stucco substrate, an intermediate mesh layer disposed upon the first sealant coating, and a second sealant coating applied to the intermediate mesh layer while the intermediate mesh layer is disposed upon the first sealant coating. A related method for providing a water-proof exterior surface to a building structure is further described.
Self-aligning, double wire corner bead for fireproofing structural steel member and method of using same
A self-aligning, double wire corner bead for fireproofing structural steel along a plurality of surfaces, the corner bead having a single strip of welded wire fabric cut to a predetermined width for the fireproofing thickness and bent along a plurality of longitudinally extending lines, to provide a profile having a plurality of dihedral angles is disclosed. A nose is installed along two edges. A method of finishing the corners for fireproofing of structural steel member using an improved corner bead includes the step of attaching the corner bead through a lath to the structural steel member utilizing fasteners. The mesh of the corner bead provides a dam to form a roughened surface on the first application of fireproofing material until it hardens.
Structural support system for rockwork with mechanical fastening of adjacent chip assemblies
Rebar-based support assemblies that can be fabricated without the need for on-site welding. The assemblies include a number of differing sized and shaped crimps used in place of welds to provide rebar assembly-to-rebar assembly connections. In some examples, a crimp for mechanically joining rebar for use in a support system for a physical structure includes a body with at least two recessed surfaces each configured for receiving a respective first and second piece of rebar; and a pair of spaced-apart arms at least partially enclosing an interior space of the body including the at least two recessed surfaces, a first tip and a second tip of the respective spaced-apart arms each defining a respective first and second opening to the interior space, in a first configuration.
