Interlocking Tiles
20220316218 · 2022-10-06 ·

A tile system for a burn room includes a plurality of interlocking surface tiles, each surface tile having an upper portion and a lower portion. The lower portion extends beyond at least a portion of a perimeter of the upper portion to define a flange. The system further includes a plurality of interlocking corner tiles configured to interact with at least one of the plurality of surface tiles; and a bracket system for securing the plurality of surface tiles and the plurality of corner tiles to a surface.

A GLASS FIBRE REINFORCED CONCRETE PANEL
20220259866 · 2022-08-18 ·

Invention relates to glass fibre reinforced concrete (GRC) panels resembling a brick wall. The present invention is a panel (1) made of glass fibre reinforced concrete (GRC), wherein a inorganic colouring pigment is added to the GRC to acquire distinctive colouring of the GRC panel. A thickness of the GRC panel is in the range from 10 mm to 60 mm, preferably from 10 to 25 mm. A front face (2) of the GRC panel (1) is profiled so to resemble a bricked wall with a brick surfaces (4) and grooves (5) therebetween, wherein a mortar (10) is filled in the grooves (5).

A concrete wall has a back surface supported by a back panel while a decorative material is applied to an opposing front surface of the wall by hand or by pneumatic projection while the surface is still plastic, and without using bonding agents. The decorative material may be further exposed by a surface treatment before or after the front surface is floated and finished, with a sealant optionally applied thereafter. The front surface may be created by pneumatic methods or by pouring concrete into forms and removing the front panel to expose the front surface while it is still plastic but hydrated enough not to slump.

Surface mounted cable and tray molding

An improved cable molding product that can be easily installed to protect low voltage and line voltage electrical cables in new and existing building construction applications. Its primary benefits are found in decreasing the cost of installation procedures and improving the aesthetics of low voltage electronic system cable and lie voltage cable runs at exterior and interior openings in new and existing buildings. The two-part secure molding system is comprised of a base portion that is mounted for instance to an inside face of rectangular aluminum tubing or any interior wall. Low voltage wiring cable is placed into a rectangular base portion channel. The line voltage wiring is placed into the separate base portion channel. A rectangular cover snaps securely onto and over the base to conceal the cable and wire.

DECORATIVE COLUMN
20210310251 · 2021-10-07 ·

A decorative column comprises a plurality of interlocking panels. Each panel comprises a main body having an interior face, an exterior face, a first side edge and a second side edge. The first side edge comprises a first notch. An exterior flange terminates in a first slanted outer edge surface oriented at a first acute angle with respect to the exterior face. The second side edge terminates in a second slanted outer edge surface and that is oriented at a second acute angle with respect to the exterior face. The second slanted outer edge surface leads to a transverse flange that projects towards the interior face of the main body. A second notch is adjacent the transverse flange. The transverse flange of one interlocking panel engages the first notch of another interlocking panel. The interior flange of one interlocking panel engages the second notch of another interlocking panel.

Simulated Rock Panels

The appearance of natural rock faces are formed on planar panels or part portions thereof that disposed horizontally by stamping or texturizing a cementitious mixture of veneer material and then selectively applying colorant matter, which may include combinations of stains and mineral.

Cladding

An external cladding system includes at least one panel of sheet material, a series of vertically and horizontally oriented panel mounting extrusions, and a number of spaced apart apertures passing through a topmost/bottom most horizontal panel mounting extrusions on a wall. The apertures extend along a longitudinal axis of an internal horizontal portion of the topmost and bottom-most panel mounting extrusions. In use, the at least one panel is held in place on the panel mounting extrusions via: capping extrusions and resilient sealing strips, which are located between the panel and the capping extrusions. One or more spacer elements are located on the horizontally-oriented panel mounting extrusions, which support the bottom edge of a panel.

Modular wall covering system

A modular wall overlay system for installation on a support surface includes a frame; and a cover securely retained on the frame by a tensioning system whereby the cover is free of direct attachment to the frame but rather is retained under tension on the frame by the tensioning system. The frame includes a plurality of frame pieces and a plurality of corner brackets. The frame pieces are directly coupled to respective corner brackets but are free of direct coupling to one another.
