Fiber enforced thin brick sheet and process
A fiber enforced sheet for use as a wall or floor covering which comprises of adhered thin bricks bonded to a fiber-reinforced, backing layer. Thin brick is adhered to the fiber enforced sheet. The fiber enforced backing increases strength and rigidity to the thin brick during handling, and installation permits the thin bricks to be adhered to proper specification and spacing to be cut using ordinary tile or thin brick tools.
PRE-FINISHED INSULATED PANEL SYSTEM FOR CLADDING A BUILDING
A pre-finished insulated panel system for cladding an exterior wall of a building, the system comprising: rectangular panels each with an insulation core and weather resistant coating defining a central portion with a panel thickness between an inside mounting surface and an exposed outside surface, the plurality of panels adapted for engagement in a series of parallel rows; each panel having: a mounting flange disposed on the top edge and on a first lateral edge of each panel, the mounting flange including: a recessed mounting groove; an inner ridge; and an outer ridge; an elongate cover flange complementary with the mounting flange disposed on the bottom edge and on an opposing second lateral edge, the cover flange including: an inner groove complementary to the inner ridge; and an outer groove complementary to the outer ridge; and mechanical fasteners within the recessed mounting groove and anchoring to the wall.
INDIVIDUAL POLYMER MASONRY PANELS, AND METHODS OF MANUFACTURE AND INSTALLATION
The present disclosure relates generally to wall coverings or cladding, for example, suitable for covering and protecting the external surface of walls. The present disclosure relates more particularly to a system for a wall covering including first, second, and third polymer panels. Each of the polymer panels including a visible body extending from a respective support structure, where the visible body includes a front surface that extends across a width of the panel and has a textured contour that replicates a single masonry unit. The textured contours of the first, second, and third panels are different, and the size of the first panel is different from the size of the second panel.
Panelized warp-corner for buildings
A corner construction with improved warping flexibility may feature two panels, or walls, hinged together to form a corner and then hinged to the underlying building structure or adjacent wall construction. Any flexible connection between the two panels in the central corner and the panels and underlying building structure or wall construction may be utilized, including hinges and flexible plate supports.
Device for Supporting and Concealing Overhead Door Tracks
An article of manufacture which provides structural support for overhead door track systems while concealing the tracks from view, consisting of vertical and horizontal members, which attach to and support the tracks, and which are manufactured with recessed channels or trim elements for visual concealment of the tracks.
Concrete wall with decorative surface and method of forming same
A concrete wall has a back surface supported by a back panel while a decorative material is applied to an opposing front surface of the wall by hand or by pneumatic projection while the surface is still plastic, and without using bonding agents. The decorative material may be further exposed by a surface treatment before or after the front surface is floated and finished, with a sealant optionally applied thereafter. The front surface may be created by pneumatic methods or by pouring concrete into forms and removing the front panel to expose the front surface while it is still plastic but hydrated enough not to slump.
Lintel Lift Apparatus and Method
A horizontal support apparatus and method are provided for use with any structure having a horizontal span, including but not limited to doors, garages, and windows. The horizontal support apparatus may include two support columns, a lintel that is configured to be attached to the support columns, and that includes a vertical flange and a horizontal flange. The apparatus may include two lift bolts coupled to two end portions of the horizontal flange. The two lift bolts may be configured to respectively raise the two end portions of the horizontal flange. The apparatus may include two rotatable lift nuts that, when rotated, raise the lift bolts to engage and raise the two ends of the horizontal flange.
System and method for mounting wall panels to a wall
A system for mounting wall panels to an existing wall, including a plurality of fastening extrusions, each fastening extrusion including a base section adapted to be secured to the existing wall, at least one retaining wall extending at an angle from the base section, and a holding member on each retaining wall for holding one end of a wall panel to a respective the fastening extrusion; and wherein at least some adjacent retaining walls have different heights from each other so as to impart a three-dimensional appearance to the wall panels mounted to the existing wall.
PANEL SIDING PRODUCT
A siding product is disclosed and includes a panel comprising a front with a simulated wood grain, a hollow back opposite the front, a longitudinal length extending in an x-direction, a lateral width extending in a y-direction, and a transverse depth extending in a z-direction. The panel includes a hanger clip on the front that has a hanger clip length that extends longitudinally in the x-direction, the hanger clip length is at least about 50% of the longitudinal length of the panel, and a butt leg on the hollow back. Moreover, the butt leg of the panel is configured to engage the hanger clip of a lower panel without interlocking, such that they do not engage each other with positive snap action engagement.
