Apparatus and method for hanging architectural panels with concealed attachment points
A wall and ceiling panel system which utilizes a concealed resilient beam for securing a panel to a wall or ceiling structure is disclosed. A wall and ceiling panel system having features of the present invention can comprise a panel configured for releasable attachment to a latching assembly. The latching assembly can comprise a resilient beam dynamically secured to a base bracket so as to allow the resilient beam to deflect relative to the base bracket during the panel installation and removal process. The panel can comprise a keyed flange having at least one locking slot configured to mate with the resilient beam, with the panel becoming secured to the latching assembly once the panel's key flange is mated with the resilient beam.
Ceiling and wall liner joint and spline attachment assembly
A wall panel and spline joining system and method for use in barrier designs used in high containment facilities. A system for joining the panels includes a spline connector designed to ensure planar alignment of the panel surfaces. Panel edges are provided with kerf grooves for receiving the spline connector. A sealing agent is placed within the kerf for bonding the spline connector to the panel. The spline connector is configured with flange elements having channels which permit the sealing agent to be distributed in and through the channels to enhance the bonding between the spline and the panels.
Exterior Polymer-Based Brick Building Material
A simulated brick includes a polymeric core member (20), a mesh layer (30) adhered to the core member, a basecoat layer (43) covering an entirety of the mesh layer, and a finish layer (46) covering an entirety of the basecoat layer. The core member, the mesh layer, the basecoat layer, and the finish layer together define a brick profile portion (11) having first and second lateral sides extending to a planar outer surface to define a first thickness, and an offset portion (12) extending from the first lateral side of the brick profile portion to a lateral end surface and having an outer surface defining a second thickness smaller than the first thickness, the brick profile portion and the offset portion together defining a planar rectangular base surface (16) extending from the second lateral side of the brick profile portion to the lateral end surface of the offset portion.
Method for remediating water damage to a masonry structure
A method of remediating a water-damaged masonry building without removing any masonry from the building, and simultaneously providing water proofing to the structure. The method involves installing a parging coat of a reliner to the pest control wire over cleaned weep holes in masonry and to a water damaged interior portions of an installed masonry exterior wall. The reliner is cured. The method involves caulking a sill plate with gasket to a foundation of the water damaged masonry building with a silicon sealant after installing the reliner. Next each wag panel is connected to the water damaged studs forming a continuous seamless structure in the remediated building that prevents water incursion into the building after remediation of at least 95% and without removing the masonry.

COLUMN COVER REVEAL
A column cover system includes a first column skin, a second column skin, and a column joint vertically connecting the first column skin and the second column skin. The column joint includes at least one monolithic column joint portion that defines an upper retaining ring and a lower retaining ring. When assembled, the first column skin is seated within the upper retaining ring and the second column skin is seated within the lower retaining ring.

Building siding method and apparatus
A system for providing siding to a building is disclosed. The system utilizes components which have their own brackets with attachment flanges in order to connect directly to an exterior wall of the building. The brackets contain their own integrated water control systems, which co-act with those of other components to control and direct water into vertical channels and out from behind the siding system. These flanges double as self-contained flashing. In all the system presents a roof-to-foundation siding system that is self-contained and fully transitional from one piece to another.

System and method for mounting wall panels to a wall
A system for mounting wall panels to an existing wall, including a plurality of fastening extrusions, each fastening extrusion including a base section adapted to be secured to the existing wall, at least one retaining wall extending at an angle from the base section, and a holding member on each retaining wall for holding one end of a wall panel to a respective the fastening extrusion; and wherein at least some adjacent retaining walls have different heights from each other so as to impart a three-dimensional appearance to the wall panels mounted to the existing wall.
