INSULATED WALL PANEL
The invention is related to a method of manufacturing a wall panel and a wall panel system. The method includes forming a glass-fiber reinforced cementitious layer including the steps of: pouring or injecting a slurry of uncured cementitious product into a mold, embedding glass fiber reinforcing material therein, and curing the cementitious product to obtain a cured cementitious product having a first side and a second side; and applying, to the second side of the cured cementitious product, an insulation layer, the insulation layer comprising a foam.
Support bracket hanger assembly and method
A masonry veneer support assembly for mounting masonry veneer to supporting wall structure has a shelf angle, and first and second shelf angle mounting brackets. Each shelf angle mounting bracket has an upwardly extending back that mounts to the supporting wall structure, and a web extending forwardly away from the wall structure. The web has first and second shelf angle mounting seats formed therein. The first shelf angle mounting seat is upwardly spaced from the second shelf angle mounting seat. Hangers in the form of two-part separable brackets are provided to permit masonry veneer to be mounted underneath the shelf angle, thereby concealing it from view.
Modular wall assembly using solenoid
A modular wall assembly using a solenoid is disclosed. The modular wall assembly includes a plurality of main frames fixed to an installation surface; a supply line mounted on an inside of each of the plurality of main frames; a withdrawal connector arranged exposed on an outside of each of the plurality of main frames; a plurality of installation frames arranged in two dimensions in the plurality of main frames; a detachable unit mounted on each of the plurality of installation frames; and a coupling connector mounted on each of the plurality of installation frames. According to the present invention, a panel is easily assembled and installed, a product requiring water, a signal, or electricity is easily installed, and various types of wall structures are provided.
FIBER ENFORCED THIN BRICK SHEET AND PROCESS
A fiber enforced sheet for use as a wall or floor covering which comprises of adhered thin bricks bonded to a fiber-reinforced, backing layer. Thin brick is adhered to the fiber enforced sheet. The fiber enforced backing increases strength and rigidity to the thin brick during handling, and installation permits the thin bricks to be adhered to proper specification and spacing to be cut using ordinary tile or thin brick tools.

Panel system and support member for use with the same
An end panel bracket useful with a building panel system is provided. The end panel bracket comprises a base, a middle portion extending from the base, a shelf extending from the middle portion, a notch, and a ledge.
Brick panel assembly system
A system for dry execution of a finishing material according to one aspect of the present invention can comprise an angled rod fixed to the outer wall of the building, a fixing bracket in which both ends are fixed and installed to the angled rod, an insulation material provided on one side of the fixing bracket to exert insulation and water blocking performance, and a brick which is provided on the other side of the fixing bracket, and in which an insertion groove is formed on one side that faces with the fixing bracket to be combined in a way to insert to the fixing bracket, wherein the fixing bracket comprises an insertion clip which is inserted to the insertion groove to allow the brick to combine with the fixing bracket, and an elastic clip which is provided on the left and right sides of the insertion clip respectively to provide elastic force that pushes in a direction of the other side of the brick with the insertion clip inserted to the insertion groove.
FLOOR ELEMENT FOR FORMING A FLOOR COVERING AND A FLOOR COVERING
A floor element for forming a floor covering, wherein the floor element comprises a decorative layer made of a ceramic material; a support layer arranged below the decorative layer; and a reinforcing layer arranged in between the decorative layer and the support layer, wherein the support layer comprises edges provided with coupling elements configured to realize a mechanical coupling with coupling elements of an adjacent floor element.
PREFABRICATED FRAMES FOR MASONRY SLIPS
The present disclosure relates to a system of providing a façade wall for a building. In particular, the disclosure presents a series of frames and frameworks which are adapted to integrate with a number of different designs of masonry slips. These masonry slips are parts of bricks, or other building items and the like, which by means of appropriately placed slots can integrate and be held by lips and extensions on the frames. Corner units, soffit panelling and free standing archways are also possible by appropriate combination of the concepts described herein.
Prefabricated Tile Strip
A prefabricated tile strip includes a backing board, a tile region having plural tiles and grout. The grout can be composed of a resin/polymer-based grout that allows for superior water resistance, stain resistance, crack resistance and is transportable without breaking. The strip includes an edge region or flange on either side of the tiles to allow for simple screw in and glue on assembly, not even a wall is necessary, the strip can be attached directly to the studs. A step over/under water resistant edges can go directly onto a bathtub or shower ledge or onto the wet area of a tile floor (not separate ledge), allowing it to go straight down to the bottom of a shower floor, or It can step right over a thin plastic flange on a tub or shower base.
