Invention relates to brick slip panels and manufacture method of the brick slip panels to provide the appearance of a brick wall.

The present invention is a brick slip panel (14) adapted to be mounted on a building structure to form at least a portion of the outer walls of the building structure. The brick slip panel (14) comprises brick slips (1), wherein each brick slip (1) comprises a groove (7) is in a form of a dovetail. In the groves (7) of the brick slips (1), an anchoring members (8) are inserted. The brick slip panel (14) further comprises glass fibre reinforced concrete (GRC) panel (12), onto which the brick slips (1) are attached by means of the anchoring member (8) and a mortar (16) is arranged between the brick slips (1) covering a space between the adjacent brick slips (1).

Mineral-based panel comprising grooves and a method for forming grooves

A mineral-based panel including a mineral-based core and at least one groove. The at least one groove may be provided in a rear side of the panel. The mineral-based panels may be floor panel, a building panel, a wall panel, a ceiling panel or a furniture panel. A method for forming such grooves in a mineral-based panel. Furthermore, a mineral-based panel including a mineral-based core and polymer-based lower layer(s) attached to the core. A locking system of the panel includes a strip extending horizontally beyond an upper portion of the panel, and a horizontal portion of the strip is entirely formed in the polymer-based lower layer(s).

COMPOSITE PANEL HAVING NONCOMBUSTIBLE POLYMER MATRIX CORE

A composite panel structure of a polymer matrix cote sandwiched by metal layers is described. The polymer matrix comprises 1-30 wt % fluoropolymer and 70-99 wt % of a flame retardant mineral. The fluoropolymer may be polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) with a high limiting oxygen index, which confers fire resistance properties to the polymer matrix and the composite panel structure. The composite panel structure may be used on the exterior of buildings and may fulfill building code requirements for the polymer matrix core being noncombustible as determined by ASTM E136 and CAN/ULC S114 compliance.

Panel and method of producing such a panel

A floor panel includes at least two reinforcing layers extending in a direction parallel to a plane defined by the panel to allow one of the at least two reinforcing layers to be situated at a level between 30˜70 percent of a thickness from a top surface of the panel to a highest part of a top surface of the tongue, and/or a bottom surface of the panel to a lowest part of an upper surface of the lower lip.

In one aspect, a method of preparing a composite wood panel is provided herein which includes: providing a flat core formed of cellulosic material having opposing top and bottom faces, wherein a density profile is defined across the core representing density of the core at different locations between the top and bottom faces, the density profile including a first density profile portion extending from the bottom face towards the top face and including a first maximum density, a second density profile portion extending from the top face towards the bottom face and including a second maximum density, and a third density profile portion extending between, and connecting, the first and second density profile portions; removing the top face, and an adjacent layer, of the core to remove the second maximum density and to define an exposed face; and, adhering, using an adhesive, a veneer to the exposed face.

METHOD AND KIT FOR INSTALLATION OF SIDING PANELS

A method and kit for installing siding panels to an exterior surface of a structure. The method and kit are directed to the positioning of a mending plate between the ends of horizontally adjacent siding panels. Lines of an adhesive are applied to the mending and the mending plate is disposed approximately midway between the ends of each of the adjacent first and second siding panels. Pressure is applied to the ends of the siding panels that are disposed over the respective portions of the mending plate thereby uniformly spreading the adhesive across the back surface of the siding panel and the mending plate to enhance the chemical bond of the adhesive once fully cured.

A rectangular panel for floor-, wall- or ceiling coverings is provided comprising a visible decorative side, wherein the decorative side comprises at least one undulated edge line, which extends along the long side edges of the panel, said undulated edge line having a different design than the rest of the decorative side. In the provided panel(s), the physical edges and the optical edges may diverge, which provides the possibility that multiple panels can be installed as floor ceiling or wall covering in a way that the physical edges in a corresponding covering become almost invisible whereas the optical edges (i.e. the undulated edge lines) are perceived as artificial optical edge of virtual panels forming the covering.
