WALL CLADDING PANELS, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS OF INSTALLATION AND USE
A panel system provides a prefabricated exterior building façade. Various wall claddings and clips for hanging wall claddings are discussed. Panel connector parts are disclosed for hanging wall cladding panels against a building wall. Panel connector parts are disclosed for hanging dual layers of insulating material against a building wall with a drainage cavity or gap defined between the dual layers. A wall cladding system includes: a building wall; a plurality of wall cladding panels each comprising insulating material and defining an external face, a rear face, and side edges, with adjacent of the wall cladding panels abutting one another along respective side edges; panel connector parts mounted on the building wall and mounting the plurality of wall cladding panels as a continuous thermal break layer against the building wall.
SURFACE COVERING PRODUCTION METHOD USING DIGITAL PRINTING
A method of producing a decorative surface covering comprises generating one or more synthetic images. The generation of these images includes arranging local prototype motifs characteristic of a material to be mimicked in a random manner and generating or preserving continuity between the local prototype motifs in such a way as to yield globally an appearance of the material to be mimicked, digitally printing one or more synthetic images on a printing substrate, and assembling the printing substrate with one or more backing layers and/or one or more transparent top layers so as to form the decorative surface covering.
Floor covering material and method for manufacturing same
Floor covering material, wherein this floor covering material comprises at least a foamed layer, a printed decor provided thereon, and preferably a transparent wear layer, wherein the printed decor represents a plurality of panel-shaped or tile-shaped elements, wherein at the edges of said represented elements, lowered edge regions are formed, which form at least a portion of the circumference of the respective element, wherein said lowered edge regions, seen in cross-section, are realized with at least two different geometries. The invention further also relates to a method for manufacturing such floor covering material.
Wave-to-heat conversion structure and application thereof
The present disclosure provides a wave-to-heat conversion structure. The wave-to-heat conversion structure is a loose tissue formed by a plurality of intersect and hooking fibrous structures. The loose tissue retains a dendritic structure of the fibrous structure, and a plurality of micro-gaps are formed between the fibrous structures. The wave-to-heat conversion structure further includes a heat conductive layer, and the heat conduction coefficient of the heat conductive layer is ranged from about 10 W/m.Math.K to 3000 W/m.Math.K. The present disclosure provides a wave-to-heat conversion spectrum plate using the wave-to-heat conversion structure.
CLADDING ELEMENT
A cladding element may have a composite body made up of two rectangular cover layers, of which at least the outer cover layer may consist of glass, and an inlay laminated in between the two cover layers. The composite body may include fastening tabs laminated in between the inner cover layer and the inlay on two opposing edge sides and an edge terminus profile protruding beyond the inner cover layer on one of the two edge sides between the fastening tabs, which may form an attachment web projecting from the protruding longitudinal edge for an identical cladding element. To provide advantageous construction conditions, the edge side opposite to the edge terminus profile may be covered by a cover strip frontally overlapped by the outer cover layer, which may be laminated like the edge terminus profile in between the inner cover layer and the inlay.
Powder based balancing layer
A method of manufacturing a building panel with a decorative surface layer, a core and a balancing and/or protective layer, wherein the method includes applying a first layer of a first powder based mix, including wood fibres and a thermosetting binder, on a core; applying a liquid substance on the first powder based mix; drying the first powder based mix; turning the core with the dried first powder based mix such that the first powder based mix points downwards; applying a second layer on the upper part of the core; and curing the first and second layers by providing heat and pressure, wherein the first layer forms the balancing and/or protective layer and the second layer forms the decorative surface layer in the building panel.
Panel and Method of Producing a Panel
The invention relates to a panel for constructing a floor or wall covering. The panel comprises a substantially planar top surface, at least one core layer composed of a composite material which core layer is provided with the cavities, and a bottom surface. The panel further comprises at least one pair of opposite edges, said pair of opposite edges preferably comprising complementary coupling parts configured for mutual coupling of adjacent panels.
Panel and methods for manufacturing panels
A panel may include a substrate and a top layer provided on the substrate. The top layer may include a printed motif provided on a paper sheet and a transparent or translucent synthetic material layer. The paper sheet may be impregnated with polyurethane or polyisocyanate. The synthetic material of the transparent or translucent synthetic material layer may be polyurethane.
Decorative panel and method for producing same
The present disclosure relates to a decorative panel, comprising a layered structure with a plate-shaped carrier on which there are provided a decorative substrate and a decorative layer applied to the decorative substrate, wherein the decorative panel further comprises in its layered structure at least one protective layer applied to the decorative layer, wherein the decorative panel comprises in its layered structure at least one stability layer, wherein the stability layer contains polyurethane, and wherein the stability layer has a density of >0.8 g/cm.sup.3. Such a decorative panel can particularly have improved stability.
FLOOR OR WALL COVERING PANEL WITH RIGID COMPOSITE CORE LAYER
A floor or wall covering panel has a top and a bottom surface, and at least four sides. A first and a second side comprises a first and a second connection profile, respectively. The first profile is configured for mechanically engaging and interlocking with the second profile of another panel. The first profile comprises a tongue protruding beyond the top edge of the first side, whereas the second profile comprises a groove recessed with respect to the top edge of the second side. The groove is delimited at its bottom by a base. The panel is of laminar structure, including a rigid core layer and a wear layer arranged on the core layer. The core layer includes a first and a second sublayer of a first and a second composite material, respectively. The second sublayer is arranged atop the first sublayer. Both composite materials comprise thermoplastic material and filler material but are of different formulations. The base delimiting the groove bottom is realized essentially within the first core sublayer.
