Facade panel conditioning system
11415328 · 2022-08-16 ·

A facade panel conditioning system for installation on a new or existing building is disclosed. The system includes modular panels, a structural anchor, hydronic piping, and ductwork. The panels attach to each other around the exterior of the building forming an insulated shell. The anchor attaches the panels to the building structure forming an air cavity between each individual panel and the exterior. The hydronic piping transfers heat to the air cavity and individual units of the building. The ductwork delivers ventilated air and exhaust air to the air cavity and individual units. The hydronic piping of a panel connects to the hydronic piping of an adjacent panel forming a hydronic piping system that distributes heat or cool throughout the shell. The air duct of a panel connects to the air duct of an adjacent panel forming an air duct ventilation system that distributes air throughout the shell.

The present invention relates to a cladding installation system 1 for buildings 2. The system 1 has a cladding mounted assembly 3 for aiding cladding installation and a building mounted assembly 4 for aiding cladding installation. The cladding mounted assembly 3 having an arrangement 6 for locating the cladding 5 onto the building mounted assembly 4 and having an arrangement 50 for guiding cladding 5 into position relative to cladding 5 or building structure below and/or above. The building mounted assembly 4 having an arrangement 7 for guiding and locating the cladding 5 into a final in situ position on the building 2 and for supporting the weight of the cladding 5 in its final in situ position. The cladding installation system 1 is adapted for guiding, locating and securely mounting the cladding 5 to a building structure 2 simply by lowering the cladding 5 into its final in situ position.

Flashing hood for utility lines
11114831 · 2021-09-07 ·

A flashing hood for utility lines passing through a wall of a building has a plate body with a plate opening surrounded by an enclosed hood body. The bottom of the enclosed hood body has a sidewall with a seal-receiving profile and a cover-receiving profile spaced from the plate body and above the seal-receiving profile. The enclosed hood body has a removable seal that engages the seal-receiving profile, the removable seal having a sealing profile that seals against one or more utility lines when installed. The hood body also has a removable cover that engages the cover-receiving profile and secures the removable seal in engagement with the seal-receiving profile. The sidewall, the removable seal, and the removable cover define an enclosure. When the removable cover and seal are removed, the sidewall defines an access opening that surrounds the plate opening.

Building cladding compositions, systems, and methods for preparing and assembling same

A building system including a first water resistant layer secured to a building substrate, first and second building articles secured to the first water resistant layer and the building substrate such that sides of the building articles are positioned adjacent one another along an abutment line, and a second water resistant layer secured to portions of the first and second building articles along the abutment line to prevent liquid from traveling past the sides of the building articles to the first water resistant layer and the building substrate. In some embodiments, the building articles are fiber cement building articles. In some embodiments, the building articles include a plurality of integrally formed drainage channels and a plurality of spacer sections disposed between the drainage channels, each of the plurality of drainage channels defining an air gap comprising a liquid flow path.

Clip Attachment for Panel System

A panel system consisting of a panel having a repetitive pattern of aligned peaks and valleys, a series of ledges associated with the valleys and configured such that at least a portion of each ledge extends beyond adjacent peaks, and a plurality of clips, wherein each clip is attachable to a ledge and is further configured to attach to and support a product.

CLADDING SYSTEM

A cladding system for covering an exterior wall is provided. The cladding system includes a panel for assembling on the exterior wall and an anchor for securing the panel to the exterior wall. The panel has a body with channels formed on a rear side thereof for draining water on an interior surface of the channel which is spaced away from the exterior wall. The anchor comprises tabs for fitting in to the channels and preventing a pull-out and/or a push-in of the panel relative to the exterior wall. The anchor cooperates with the panel to direct water into the drainage channels, and to define a continuous drainage path from top to bottom of the cladding system.
