LIGHT RUNG FOR KINETIC FACADE SYSTEM
A kinetic façade system visible at night which includes a plurality of flapping panels which move in response to wind, thereby providing an aesthetic, architectural exterior. The flappers are hung on rung subassemblies. The rungs overhang each other in a stacked vertical fashion about the face of a building, each rung including a housing. An LED is disposed within the rung housing positioned near the top thereof situated on a seat to direct light upward. As such, when the flapper elements situated above the light move, the flappers swing through the light at random intervals and at varying degrees in response to the environmental conditions, thereby creating an effect at night along the façade of the building.
SHOWER TRAY AND WALL PANELS
A prefabricated assembly for covering walls and floor in a building, and in particular, for bathrooms, and other units in a building that requires waterproofing and an aesthetic finish. The prefabricated assembly can include finished panels for use in shower surrounds and shower tray. The prefabricated wall panels can have tiles and natural stones as the finishing layer that provides an aesthetic appearance. The prefabricated panels are manufactured in an industrial setting and transported on-site. The prefabricated panels include interlocking fasteners that make assembly quick and easy.
PANEL
A floor, wall or ceiling panel comprises a core and a decorative top layer provided on the core. The core comprises a magnesium oxide-based board material, and wherein the aforementioned panel, on at least two opposite edges, is provided with coupling means allowing that two of such panels can be interlocked at the respective edges.
Clip attachment for panel system
A panel system consisting of a panel having a repetitive pattern of aligned peaks and valleys, a series of ledges associated with the valleys and configured such that at least a portion of each ledge extends beyond adjacent peaks, and a plurality of clips, wherein each clip is attachable to a ledge and is further configured to attach to and support a product.
DECORATIVE PANEL AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A DECORATIVE PANEL
The invention relates to a decorative panel and to a method for producing a decorative panel, in particular a floor panel, wall panel or ceiling panel. The method comprises the steps of providing at least one decorative panel, the panel comprising a core layer comprising an upper surface and a bottom surface, applying at least one uncured coating onto the upper surface of the panel such that a coating layer is formed, creating a surface texture in the coating layer and curing the coating layer via UV curing.
Decorative surface covering element, surface covering element covering, and method of producing such a decorative surface covering element
The invention relates to a decorative surface covering element, in particular a floor panel, ceiling panel or wall panel. The invention also relates to a panel covering, such as a floor covering, ceiling covering or wall covering, comprising a plurality of panels according to the invention. The invention further relates to a method of producing a decorative surface covering element according to the invention.
Flexible, profile bar screen
A flexible, profile-bar-based screen is provided includes a flexible cord (e.g., a braided stainless-steel cable) that strings together several cross members (e.g., profile bars) in a pattern to create the screen. Flexible spacers ensure that the cross members remain generally parallel, while allowing the cord to flex in any direction. Each end of the cord includes a cap (e.g., nut, washer, tacking, etc., combinations thereof) to prevent edge cross members from falling off the cord.
METHODS FOR MANUFACTURING PANELS HAVING A DECORATIVE SURFACE
A method is provided for manufacturing a paper layer having a printed pattern for use in panels that at least include a substrate and a top layer. The top layer includes the paper layer. The method may involve providing the paper layer with an inkjet receiver coating by transporting the paper layer relative to a coater in a coating direction. The coated paper layer may be provided with at least a portion of the printed pattern using a digital inkjet printer that includes a housing containing print heads. Providing the printed pattern may involve using water based pigment containing inks. The printed pattern may include a wood motif having wood nerves extending generally in a nerve direction substantially corresponding to the coating direction. Providing the printed pattern may involve a relative motion between the digital inkjet printer and the paper layer during a printing operation in a printing direction substantially corresponding or substantially opposite to the coating direction. The paper layer may be maintained flat inside the housing, or the minimum radius over which the paper layer is bent inside the housing may be larger than 25 centimeters. The paper layer may be fed from a roll, printed upon, and rolled back up again. The inkjet receiver coating may be obtained from a liquid substance that is deposited on the paper layer. The liquid substance may have a viscosity of 10 to 75 seconds Din cup 4 at 20° C.
DECORATIVE MATERIAL, MANUFACTURING METHOD OF DECORATIVE MATERIAL, LAMINATED BODY USING DECORATIVE MATERIAL
A decorative material is designed with excellent visual effect and a bright pattern layer on a base material, wherein the layer has at least a first and second bright ink layer, the first and second bright ink layer satisfy the following relationship (A) or (B), each bright ink layer is provided on at least part of the base material when the decorative material is viewed in a plan view, and the first layer has a region overlapping and a region that not overlapping the second layer, and the second layer has a region overlapping and a region not overlapping the first layer. (A) The first bright ink layer contains a first bright pigment, and the second bright ink layer contains a different second bright pigment. (B) The first and second bright ink layer contain bright pigments, and the first layer pigment content is different from the second layer pigment content.
Process for producing a surface covering with an embossed printed surface
A process for producing a surface covering with an embossed printed surface is described. A substrate (16) is continuously moved through a production line, and this substrate (16) is first provided, in a printing equipment (12), with a printed pattern and thereafter, in an embossing equipment (14), with an embossed pattern, which is registered with the printed pattern. The printing equipment (12) produces the printed pattern in-line with the production of the embossed pattern. During printing in the printing equipment (12), the printed pattern is stretched or compressed, dynamically responsive to indicators of misalignments between the printed pattern and the embossed pattern, so as to correct or prevent the misalignments. A production line for carrying out this process is also proposed.
