Tiled wall assembly

A wall assembly comprises a first sidewall, a second sidewall and a rear wall, wherein a plurality of non-porous tiles are affixed to the first sidewall, the second sidewall and the rear wall of the wall assembly. Each first sidewall tile, second sidewall tile, and rear wall tile extends the full length of one dimension of the first sidewall, the second sidewall, and the rear wall, respectively. Both upper and lower edges of the first sidewall tiles, second sidewall tiles, and rear wall tiles comprise a chamfer optionally terminating short of a first end and a second end of the first and second sidewall tiles and rear wall tiles. The rear wall tiles comprise a dado located at each end of the rear wall tile that provides a hidden connection with the first and second sidewall tiles. The first and second sidewall tiles and the rear wall tiles are of a synthetic or natural material.

BUILDING CLADDING ELEMENTS AND SYSTEMS

A cladding system configured to be installed on a building substrate includes a plurality of fiber cement cladding elements and at least one trim element. The plurality of fiber cement cladding elements includes at least a first and second cladding element, each having a front face with a textured pattern, a rear face, first and second mating edges configured to allow mating between the first and second cladding elements, and a plurality of intermediate grooves recessed from the front face. The at least one trim element includes one or more channels configured to receive a portion of at least one of the first and second cladding elements. Each of the plurality of grooves includes a first curved surface, a second curved surface, a third curved surface, a fourth curved surface, and a planar surface positioned between the second and fourth curved surfaces and substantially parallel to the front face.

The present invention relates to a process for the manufacture of a laminate, in particular a continuously pressed laminate, CPL, which can be used, for example, as a surface laminate in the manufacture of worktops or floor panels. The process includes the provision of a finish foil and a support structure, as well as the pressing of the finish foil with the support structure in a CPL process.

Building panel leveling system
10844611 · 2020-11-24 ·

A building panel offset adjustment and leveling system permits precise mounting of panel extrusion channels, and thereby the panels, onto the surface of a building. In a particular embodiment, a slotted spool race along the under surface of each extrusion channel mates with a threaded spool having a first flange slidably received within the spool race and a second flange coupled to the first flange by a threaded collar. The second flange articulates between a proximate position closest to the race and a distal position, providing a continuous offset adjustment range between said extrusion channel and the building. In one or more alternate embodiments, columns of coaxially mated shims replace the spool and provide incremental, graded offset adjustment. In each embodiment, a hollow bore through the offset adjustment system accepts a fastener which affixes the extrusion channel to the building and clamps the adjustment system into its selected offset position.
