FLOOR OR WALL COVERING
A recess is provided at the surface of a floor or wall covering between two panels mechanically coupled to each other by a male coupling part and a female coupling part. The recess may include a first recess cut out or otherwise provided at the female edge through the top layer and extending into the substrate. The recess may have a second recess cut out or otherwise provided at the male edge through the top layer and extending into the substrate. The recess includes a grouting material.
Magnetic perimeter attachment for an aircraft flooring section
A magnetic perimeter attachment for an interior space of a vehicle, such as an aircraft or other such vehicle. The vehicle flooring section includes a magnetic tape attached to the structural floor of a vehicle and a spacer panel magnetically coupled to the magnetic tape, where the spacer panel is located on the perimeter of the vehicle flooring section. The magnetic tape includes a carrier layer having an acrylic or rubber adhesive material, which is for bonding to a structural floor panel of the vehicle. The tape also includes a magnetic material deposited in the carrier layer. The magnetic material and the adhesive material are located on opposite sides of the carrier layer.
SUBFLOOR JOINT
A set of essentially identical subfloor panels including a joint configured to be glued, wherein the joint includes an element at a strip which protrudes from a first joint edge at an edge of a panel and an element groove at an adjacent edge. The joint includes a flexible tongue which is configured to cooperate, in the joined position, with a tongue groove for positioning of the panel relative the adjacent panel in a first vertical direction. The joint is configured for a joining of the edge and the adjacent edge by a vertical motion of the edge relative the adjacent edge. A space above the strip and between the element and the first joint edge is configured to be filled partly or completely with a glue before the edge and the adjacent edge are joined.
FLOOR PANEL HAVING MAGNETIC ADHESION, AND FLOOR COVERING
A floor panel (2) of a floor covering (1), which forms a walkable surface (1.1) of the floor covering (1) by laterally placing several floor panels (2) on top of each other, has the dimensions length and width, and a magnetic layer (4) is arranged on an underside (2.2) of the floor panel (2). The magnetic layer (4) extends over at least 90% of each of the two dimensions length and width of the underside (2.2) of the floor panel (2) at least partially and covers at least a total area of 25% of the underside (2.2), preferably at least 50%, and particularly preferably at least 85%.
A floor covering (1) is formed by a floor panel (2) and a magnetic support (5).
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SEAMS IN RESILIENT SURFACE COVERING
Included are methods for sealing seams of resilient surface covering including the application of a curable composition at a seam and applying radiation to the curable composition. The radiation may be any suitable source such as UV or visible light.
A FLOOR ELEMENT FOR FORMING A FLOOR COVERING AND A FLOOR COVERING
Floor element for forming a floor covering, wherein the floor element comprises a decorative layer, a support layer, and an intermediate layer disposed between the decorative layer and the support layer, wherein the decorative layer is made of a brittle material, wherein the floor elements comprises edges provided with coupling elements adapted to cooperate with coupling elements of an adjacent similar floor element in said floor covering and wherein the intermediate layer comprises at least one edge that is offset relative to a respective edge of the decorative layer.
Deck system and methods of installing a deck
A deck system is provided. The deck system includes a joining strip comprising a first strip connector having a first connector tongue and first connector groove. A plank removably and pressureably is coupled to the first connector, the plank comprising a first plank connector coupled to the plank body, the first plank connector comprising a first plank tongue configured to removably couple to the first connector groove and comprising a first plank groove configured to removably couple to the first connector tongue. A first plank leg is coupled to the first plank connector and comprising an inner channel and an outer channel configured in flow communication with the inner channel, wherein at least one of the inner channel and the outer channel is configured to direct any fluid seepage from the joining strip and the plank away from the joining strip and the plank.
Low efflorescence tile grout composition
The present invention provides a dry mix of cement, sand, metakaolin in the amount of 5 wt % or less, based on total solids in the dry mix, and aluminum cement in a low amount (≦1 wt. %, based on total solids in the dry mix) useful as a tile grout, as well as uses thereof and to methods of using the same as a tile grout. The dry mix when made into a mortar exhibits excellent resistance to efflorescence as a tile grout.
Mechanical locking system for floor panels
Ceramic and stone tiles are shown, which are provided with a locking system including a separate strip part connected to vertical and horizontal grooves formed in the tile edge. A set of ceramic or stone tiles including a first tile provided with a first edge and a second tile provided with a second edge wherein the tiles are provided with a locking system for locking the first edge to the second edge in a horizontal direction parallel with a tile surface and in a vertical direction perpendicular to the horizontal direction, said locking system includes a first and a second tongue and a strip part provided with a first and a second locking element.
Decking Fastening and Water Draining System
A system for a waterproof deck may include connecting members, gaskets, and deck boards. The deck boards may be secured to a decking frame via the connecting members. The gaskets may be attached to the connecting members between the boards to create a waterproof seal. The system may also include draining devices to guide water to a desired location. A method for assembling the waterproof decking system.
