A tile aligning and lippage tuning system that uses a single piece base and strap which is designed to break away from the base when sufficient pressure is applied and is also designed to stretch along a thin wall region before separation of the strap from the base occurs.

A decking clip to allow a plurality of decking members to be attached relative to a support assembly, the decking clip including an elongate plastic body strip having a body length, the body provided with a number of openings to receive fasteners there through to attach the body relative to the support assembly, a number of upstands spaced over the body length and extending substantially perpendicularly from the body strip, substantially transversely to the body length, each upstand having at least two opposed decking board engagement arms, a first decking board engagement arm extending from a first lateral side of the upstand at an acute angle and a second decking board engagement arm extending from a second lateral side of the upstand at an acute angle, at least two centering members, at least one centering member extending from the first lateral side of the upstand between the first decking board engagement arm and the body strip and at least one centering member extending from the second lateral side of the upstand between the second decking board engagement arm and the body strip, each upstand and/or engagement arm being resiliently deformable to allow portion of a decking board to pass and to retain the decking board relative to the support assembly in a spaced apart, non-overlapping configuration.

A leveling device for planar objects includes a first part having a circular end hole, a chamber, a flange, a handle, a contact portion, two blades and a bottom face. A second part includes a receiving hole, a first shoulder, two recesses, a slot, a mark, an axial hole and a second shoulder. The first and second parts are connected to each other. A movable member movably inserted into the first and second parts. The movable member includes a push potion, a middle section, a lower section and a room. An engaging member is securely inserted into the room and has a lower portion extending beyond the movable member. The engaging member is movable with the movable member. A resilient member is mounted to the lower section and biased between the middle section and the second shoulder.

This invention relates to an assembly type floor panel that is easy to assemble, dismantle, and maintain, and that closely and nonadhesively contacts an underlying floor. The floor panel is composed of a base panel of elastic material, e.g., calcium carbonate, a stiffer panel on the upper side of the base panel and a sliding protective sheet on the bottom side of the base panel. Adjacent panels are joined by the cooperation of a projection and groove along an edge of one panel with a projection and groove along an edge of an adjacent panel. By virtue of the elasticity of the base panel and the protective sheet, the floor panel can closely contact an underlying floor, accommodate uneveness in the underlying floor, and conduct heat from the underlying floor.

A wedge device for leveling tiles and a clip set for use of the same are disclosed. In one embodiment of the wedge device, the wedge device includes a body having an attachment end, a penetrating edge, a top, and a bottom. The attachment end is coupled to a backstop member and the penetrating edge is configured to penetrate the clip member. The body includes an inclined plane tapering from the attachment end to the penetrating edge. A line-of-sight opening extends along a longitudinal axis of the body to provide visibility through the body from the top to the bottom.
