Tile spacer
A tile spacer comprises a base for engaging a bottom surface of tiles and a stem projecting upwardly from the base. The stem comprises two oppositely facing surfaces and two projections (36, 38) extending in opposite directions from the surfaces so that the stem and the projections define cross-shaped profile with corners for contacting corners of four tiles. At least one of the surfaces of the stem includes a recessed, i.e. set-back, area. The projections extend from the recessed areas. One or both projections can be removed from the stem by breaking the projection(s) so that the tile spacer can be used with four, three or two tiles depending on whether one or both projections is removed. The recessed areas confine any residual material of the projection(s) that is not removed when the projection(s) is broken at least substantially within the recessed area(s) and minimises or avoids altogether interference with laying tiles.
A TILE SPACING PLATE FOR LIPPAGE CONTROL
A spacing plate for tile lippage control has a base plate and at least one spacing member extending perpendicularly from an upper surface thereof. At least one spacing member comprises a pair of parallel elongate spacer walls defining parallel outer facing spacing control faces and the elongate spacer walls are spaced apart to define an elongate gap therebetween. As such, the spacing members may flexibly slightly to account for slight horizontal misalignments. Furthermore, edges of the baseplate may comprise cutouts dividing the baseplate into independently flexing leaves which can flexibly engage under individual tiles to account for slight vertical misalignments.
A FLOORING BOARD SPACING ASSEMBLY
A flooring board spacing assembly including an elongate platform member locatable on a flooring joist, the platform member having a plurality of first spacers evenly spaced at regular intervals along the length of the platform member, wherein, in use each of the first spacers separates adjacent flooring boards located on the platform member and forms a predetermined space between the adjacent flooring boards.
Ceramic tile leveling bracket, pushing and clamping pliers and ceramic tile leveling and laying system
Disclosed are a ceramic tile leveling bracket, pushing and clamping pliers and a ceramic tile leveling and laying system. The ceramic tile leveling and laying system comprises: a ceramic tile leveling bracket (1), an insertion block (2) and pushing and clamping pliers (3), wherein the ceramic tile leveling bracket (1) is provided at the junction between two adjacent ceramic tiles (4), one end of the insertion block (2) is inserted into an insertion block through hole (16) of the ceramic tile leveling bracket (1), and the pushing and clamping pliers (3) push and clamp the insertion block (2) into the insertion block through hole (16), so that an insertion block bottom surface (21) is tangent to upper surfaces of the two ceramic tiles (4). The ceramic tile leveling and laying system is easy to operate, and helps to improve the laying efficiency and laying quality.
Leveling spacer device
A leveling spacer device for laying sheet shaped products for the covering of surfaces, including a base, which may be positioned at the rear of a laying surface of at least two sheet shaped products being adjacent and placed side-by-side relative to a side-by-side direction, a separator element rising from, and perpendicular to, the base and configured to slide between the facing side walls of the two sheet shaped products placed side by side, a threaded stem rising from the separator element with a screw axis orthogonal to the base, a presser screwable onto the threaded stem and an anti-sliding protection ring interposable between the presser and the base. The protection ring includes a first surface facing towards and configured to contact the presser and a second opposing surface facing towards the base. The second surface has a sliding friction coefficient greater than a sliding friction coefficient of the first surface.
SEGMENTED PANEL MAT
A lightweight universal panel mat made of plastic or elastomeric material and having a first section that provides a relatively flat surface and provides a frame for receiving a plurality of removable panels that form a working surface within the panel mat. The panel mat includes a second section having geometry that supports the first section. The mats also include first, second, third and fourth sides forming a perimeter of the mat, wherein the first and second sides include upper structures having a sloped lower surface and the third and fourth sides include lower structures having sloped upper surfaces. The sloped surfaces are configured to allow for overlapping with sloped surfaces other like mats for interlocking therewith while forming a generally flat continuous top and bottom surface of the overlapped mats. The mats may be interlocked by a fastening member which fits in aligned openings of the adjacent mats for connection therewith.
MECHANICAL LOCKING SYSTEM FOR PANELS AND METHOD OF INSTALLING SAME
Floor panels are provided with a mechanical locking system including a flexible locking element in a locking groove which during a horizontal motion is displaced vertically. A panel system including a plurality of rectangular panels with long and short edges which are mechanically connectable to each other along at least one pair of adjacent edges, said panels each being provided with a tongue and groove formed in one piece with the panels for mechanically locking together said adjacent edges at right angles to the principal plane of the panels, thereby forming a vertical mechanical connection between the panels, said panels being provided with a first locking element at one first edge formed in one piece with the panel and a locking groove at an opposite second edge, the locking groove being open towards a rear side or a front side of the panel.
FLOOR PANEL
A floor panel has a rectangular and oblong shape, and includes a substrate and a top layer provided on the substrate and forming a decorative side of the floor panel. The top layer is composed of a print provided on a carrier sheet and a transparent thermoplastic layer situated above the print. The substrate has a thickness from 2 to 10 millimeter and forms at least half of the thickness of the floor panel. The substrate is a polyurethane-based substrate and the transparent thermoplastic layer is polyurethane-based. The floor panel has a length of more than 1.1 meters and has a plurality of reinforcing layers situated outside the center line of the substrate. A reinforcing layer may be provided in combination with the substrate and the top layer.
Levelling spacer device
A levelling spacer device for the laying of sheet-shaped products for coating surfaces, including a base positionable posteriorly to a laying surface of at least two sheet-shaped products arranged adjacent and side by side relative to a side-by-side direction, a separator element which rises perpendicularly from the base and is configured to slip between facing lateral sides of the two sheet-shaped products placed side by side, a pusher element adapted to cooperate with the separator element, and a plate provided with at least one through opening configured to be inserted onto the separator element, wherein the plate is configured to be interposed between the pusher element and the base and includes a first flat surface facing the base wherefrom at least one lamella is projecting which is configured to slip between a lateral side of a sheet-shaped product and the separator element.
