DOUBLE PLATE FLOOR PANEL
A double plate floor panel is provided. The double plate floor panel includes a first panel, a second panel, and a plurality of connectors. The first panel has a first plurality of recesses on a first surface, and the second panel has a second plurality of recesses on a second surface. Each connector of the plurality of connectors inserts into a recess of the first plurality of recess and a recess of the second plurality of recesses. The connectors are sandwiched between the first surface of the first panel and the second surface of the second panel. A method of assembling the double plate floor panel is also provided.
STEP CLIP FASTENING SYSTEM AND METHOD
A method of assembling a deck board by using a step clip fastening device is disclosed. The method comprising the steps of fastening the step clip fastening device onto a joist by using a plurality of fastening tools; sliding a first end of the deck board into an inner cavity of a step clip attached at a first end of the step clip fastening device; and snapping a second end of the deck board into an inner cavity of a corresponding step clip facing the step clip attached at the first end of the step clip fastening device to form a mating relationship between the deck board and the step clip fastening device.
Step clip fastening system and method
A step clip fastening device, the step clip fastening device comprising: an elongated base strip having a first end and a second end, wherein a female locking part is attached to the first end and a male locking part is attached to the second end; a plurality of step clip sets extending substantially perpendicularly upwards from the base strip, wherein each of the step clip set comprising at least two step clips arranged in a back-to-back configuration, wherein a step clip is attached at each of the first end and the second end of the base strip; an anchor protruded at a center of each of the step clip; and one or more tabs extending substantially perpendicularly downwards from the base strip between two corresponding step clips facing each other.
Locking type panel and panel connecting piece and connection method therefor
A flooring system includes multiple panels (10) which are connected to each other by connectors (20). Each panel (10) has a tongue (30) and each connector (20) has an engaging slot (40). The tongue (30) does not extend beyond the side of the panel (10). The panel (10) is moved horizontally to insert the lower protrusion (300) of the tongue (30) into the lower recess (400) of the engaging slot (40) of the connector (20). The inner inclined face (302) of the lower protrusion (300) of the tongue (30) contacts the curved wall (410) of the lower recess (400) of the connector (20). The tongue (30) of the panel (10) is engaged with the engaging slot (40) of the connector (20) by way of pressing the panel in a direction perpendicular to the panel. No hammering to the side of the panel is needed.
Deck connector
The invention relates to a deck connector for aligning adjacent decking members, such as deck boards, at a set distance from each other and for attaching the decking members to a support member, such as a joist.
Tile and support structure
An illustrative embodiment of a tile and support structure may include a plurality of tiles, which may be generally rectangular in shape, engaged with one or more support structures. The tile may be formed with four edges, wherein two opposing edges may be formed with grooves therein and the other two opposing edges may be formed with protrusions thereon. The support structure may be formed with a generally vertical spine having two rails extending outward from a distal end thereof. The support structure may also include two generally horizontally extending flanges, which may be formed with a trough therein. The trough may include a plurality of apertures formed therein. One side of the trough may be defined by a lip.
Tile and Support Structure
In one embodiment of a tile and support structure, the tile and support structure may be configured to engage a tile such that the tile is oriented in a generally vertical plane. The support structure may include a riser tile engaged with both an upper riser support structure and a lower riser support structure.
MODULAR BALCONY SYSTEM, COMPONENTS THEREOF AND METHOD OF ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION THEREOF
Provided is a modular balcony system configured to be assembled with sliding mating parts and to guide fluid away from a surface area under the system. The modular balcony system comprises main beams having a gutter for guiding fluid away from the surface area. Along the length of the main beams are secondary beams supporting a floor and a soffit. Each of the main beams, secondary beams and soffit are secured to one another by sliding mating parts in notches. The soffit comprises an elevated surface for securing to the secondary beams and a low surface for guiding fluid towards the gutter of the main beams. A method of assembling and installing a modular balcony system is also provided.
