Glue-Down Decorative Floor Covering System
The invention relates to a glue-down decorative floor covering system. The invention also relates to a glue-down floor covering realized by a plurality of tiles of the glue-down floor covering system according to the invention. The invention further relates to a tile for use in a glue-down floor covering system according to the invention.
Panels and decorative panel
Disclosed is a panel comprising a substrate (1), wherein the outer surface of the substrate (1) is covered with a coating layer (8), wherein one edge of the substrate (1) is provided with a recess (3), and a groove (4) is arranged inside the substrate (1) adjacent and interconnected to the recess (4), and wherein the opposite edge of the substrate (1) is provided with a protrusion (7) that can be fitted into the recess (3), and a tongue (6) is extended from the protrusion (7) that can fitted into the groove (4). The substrate is made of 100 parts by mass of PVC resin or PVC powder, 25-45 parts of styrene elastomer, 180-280 parts of stone powder, sawdust or rock, 1-10 parts of an additive, and 1-4 parts of an elastomer coupling agent. Also disclosed is a decorative panel formed by arranging and interlocking the panels in sequence by fitting the protrusion of a panel into the recess of a neighboring panel, as well as a panel installation process.
Deck board cover assembly
A deck board cover assembly includes a plurality of deck board covers. Each of the deck board covers is positionable over a respective one of a plurality of deck boards of a deck. Each of the deck board covers is comprised of a fluid impermeable material to protect the deck boards from precipitation. Each of the deck board covers has a plurality of gripping elements each is integrated into the deck board covers for retaining the deck board covers on the respective deck boards. A plurality of adhesive strips is each bonded to a respective one of the deck board covers. Each of the adhesive strips adhesively engages the respective deck board upon which the deck board covers are positioned for retaining the deck board covers on the respective deck board.
Flooring system
This invention relates to a method for adhering floor tiles together and the flooring system thereby created. The method utilizes individual adhesive units as fasteners for attachment of each floor tile to the next contiguous floor tile. The adhesive units are a multi-layered composite comprised of at least one adhesive layer and at least one layer of polymer film or textile substrate. When a series of floor tiles are attached to one another in this manner, a floating floorcovering article is achieved.
Media channel identification with multi-match detection and disambiguation based on time of broadcast
Disclosed herein are methods and systems to help disambiguate channel identification in a scenario where fingerprint data of media content being rendered by a media presentation device matches multiple reference fingerprints corresponding respectively with multiple different channels. Upon detecting such a multi-match, a server or other entity will perform disambiguation based at least in part on a comparison of time of broadcast of the media content being rendered by the media presentation device with time of broadcast of the media content represented by the reference fingerprints. The server or other entity will thereby determine the channel on which the media content being rendered by the media presentation device is arriving, so as to facilitate taking channel-specific action.
Method and System for Detecting and Responding to Changing of Media Channel
A computing system receives from a media presentation device a query fingerprint stream representing media content being presented by the media presentation device, where the query fingerprint stream has been determined to represent a first channel. The computing system then detects that a threshold mismatch exists between the received query fingerprint stream and a reference fingerprint stream representing the first channel, thus indicating a likelihood that the media presentation device has transitioned from presenting the first channel to presenting a second channel. Responsive to detecting the threshold mismatch, the system thus discontinues channel-specific action with respect to the first channel. For instance, the system could discontinue superimposing of first-channel-specific content on the presented media content and perhaps start superimposing of second-channel-specific content instead.

Method for producing a flash coving profile and method for arranging the obtained flash coving profile in the corner between a floor and a wall
The invention relates to a method for producing a flash coving profile, including the steps of: providing an elongate metal sheet with a first longitudinal edge and a second edge opposing, and preferably parallel to, the first edge; adhering a flexible and preferably resilient flooring to a first face of the metal sheet, the flooring extending from the first edge to at least the second edge; and bending a cove into the metal sheet with the flooring adhered to it along a bend line which is parallel to and spaced apart from the first edge and on the side to which the flooring is adhered. The invention further relates to a method for arranging a flash coving profile obtained by the method according to the invention in the corner between a floor and a wall.
