Waterproof engineered floor and wall planks have a veneer layer bonded with a plastic composite core, and an underlayer, preferably an underlayer of cork.

A panel has a substrate, and a top layer provided thereon. The top layer comprises at least a melamine resin and a binder. The binder is selected from the group comprising: polyacrylates based binder, polyvinyl acetate-based binder, polyester based, acrylic copolymers-based binder or urethane based binder.

The present invention relates to a system and floor panel for use in forming a graded floor, wet area, pathway or decking and to methods of use thereof. The panel has two opposed surfaces including a lower surface and an opposed upper surface. The opposed surfaces are interconnected by opposing edges, including opposed end edges and opposed side edges. The panel tapers in thickness from a first said end edge to an opposed second said end edge with a gradient ranging from about 0.1% to about 2.0%.

A decking system is made up of a variety of decking boards and other components are disclosed. In some aspects, the decking boards are connectable to each other so that adjacent boards will provide a water barrier and a drainage channel. An entrance floor system is provided. The entrance floor system includes a base mat and a plate. The base mat has opposing bottom and top surfaces. The bottom surface of the base mat is configured to rest on a floor surface. The plate has opposing bottom and top surfaces. The bottom surface of the plate is configured to rest on the top surface of the base mat. The top surface of the plate has a border region and a non-border region. The non-border region is substantially parallel with the bottom surface of the plate and the non-border region has a pattern machined therein. The pattern includes a plurality of slots. At least one slot is configured to receive fluid and debris. The top surface of the plate in the border region includes a transition from the floor surface to the non-border region of the top surface of the plate.

A flooring system includes a gridwork having a modular configuration that defines a grid with cells for receiving a filler material which forms a bed or floor base sloping toward a drain fixture. The gridwork includes different groupings of leveling holes located at selected junctions between adjacent cells that are arranged to selectively move or tilt the gridwork relative to an underlying base in conjunction with the formation of the bed or floor base.

The present disclosure provides an anti-slip floor tile including a base layer, a decorative layer on the base layer, and a wear resistant layer on the decorative layer. The wear resistant layer includes a non-rigid or semi-rigid thermoplastic resin, and a plurality of first mineral particles uniformly distributed inside the thermoplastic resin. The present disclosure can improve the wear resistance of the anti-slip floor tile by dispersing the first mineral particles in the wear resistant layer.
