PRECAST MODULAR STRUCTURAL BUILDING METHOD
The present invention is a modular structural building method consisting of prefabricated, precast, composite reinforced concrete raised floor and steel beam panels with adjustable levelling connection assemblies between panels, supported by columns. The system has the ability to accommodate the use of the floor by construction personnel during the on-site assembly process. The perimeter of the raised floor slab can be provided with ducts for a field installed conventional reinforcement means to create a continuous structural diaphragm for the floor panel.
WIND UPLIFT RESISTANCE MECHANISM FOR OUTDOOR FLOORING
The disclosure relates to an outdoor flooring assembly for securing flooring trays to improve stability and wind uplift resistance. The flooring trays each include a plurality of securement mechanisms coupled to a bottom surface thereto, the securement mechanisms designed to interconnect with one another to securely retain adjacent trays together and minimize the risk that any individual tray is dislodged.
SUBSTRATE AND RAISED FLOOR FORMED BY USING SAME
A substrate and a raised floor formed by using the same; the substrate is provided on a support stand and can be used to mount at least one plate thereon, and the substrate has at least one first region and at least one second region thereon. The first region has a shape of a long strip, the second region and the first region are adjacently provided along a first direction, and the second region forms a misalignment with the first region along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, such that the first region and the second region form a segment difference in the second direction; when a plurality of substrates are adjacently arranged, the plate is enabled to form mutually crossed patterns on the substrate.
Precast modular structural building system and method
The present invention is a modular structural building system and method consisting of prefabricated, precast, composite reinforced concrete raised floor and steel beam panels with adjustable levelling connection assemblies between panels, supported by columns. The system has the ability to accommodate the use of the floor by construction personnel during the on-site assembly process. The perimeter of the raised floor slab can be provided with ducts for a field installed conventional reinforcement means to create a continuous structural diaphragm for the floor panel.
HEAT STORAGE SYSTEM AND INSTALLATION METHOD OF LATENT HEAT STORAGE MATERIAL THEREOF
There is provided a heat storage system including: an indoor space; a heat storage space which is adjacent to the indoor space and in which a latent heat storage material having a melting point or a freezing point in a range of 5 C. or higher and 30 C. or lower is installed; and a natural ventilator controlling introduction and blocking of outside air to the heat storage space, in which a heat resistance between the heat storage space and the outside air is set to be greater than a heat resistance between the heat storage space and the indoor space.
A MODULAR FLOATING SCREED WITH INCORPORATED HEATING ELEMENTS
The present invention comprises a module (1) for the formation of a walkable surface, preferably of screed, the module (1) comprising at least a suitable top panel (10) for forming such stepping surface and characterized in that said module (1) comprises further the following elements:A bottom panel (20);A thermally insulating surface (30); A heating device (50) configured for emanating heat. The panel of insulating material (30) being placed above the bottom panel (20) and with the heating device (50) comprised between the top panel (10) and the panel of insulating material (30) and wherein connecting means (100) configured in such a manner as to exert a mechanical action according an approaching direction of the top panel (10) to the bottom panel (20) in such a manner as to keep the elements of the module stacked on each other, said connecting means being further configured in such a manner to be movable in such a manner that, as they are removed, one or more of said elements constituting the module are disassemblable each other.
Anti-seismic access floor
A flooring assembly includes a base for supporting at least one flooring element. A pin is secured to the base and extends from the upper surface of the base. The pin has a body portion adjacent to the base and a head portion extending upwardly from the body portion. The head portion has a lower head surface. A recess is formed in a flooring element. A collar is positioned adjacent to the recess. The collar has an inner diameter that is less than a diameter of the recess. The collar has an upper collar surface configured to engage the lower head surface to limit a vertical motion of the flooring element with respect to the base when a central vertical axis of the pin is laterally offset from a central vertical axis of the recess. In some embodiments, petals secured in the recess are used instead of a collar.
System and apparatus thereof for destroying pathogens associated with footwear
An apparatus for destroying pathogens includes a platform and an LED matrix panel. The platform has a portion configured to permit passage of ultraviolet light therethrough. The LED matrix panel is disposed below the portion of the platform and includes a grid and a plurality of discreetly-controlled, ultraviolet light LEDs (UV LEDs). The grid defines a plurality of cells. Each UV LED is associated with one cell such that the cells direct the ultraviolet light emitted by the UV LEDs upwardly through the portion of the platform to sanitize an object supported on the portion of the platform.
Sensory flooring system and a sensory floor comprising a sensory flooring system
Disclosed is a sensory flooring system. The flooring system comprises a plurality of flooring segments and, for each flooring segment, one or more electrode portions. Each electrode portion is responsive to a force applied to the flooring segment and at least one electrode portion of a said flooring segment forms an electrode with at least one electrode portion of another said flooring segment. Moreover, each flooring segment comprises a unique encoding of the one or more electrode portions. Also disclosed is a sensory floor such a sensory flooring system, a receiver for receiving an electrical output from the one or more electrodes formed by said one or more electrode portions of the flooring segments, and a processor for analysing the electrical output and identifying the flooring segment by which the electrical output was produced.
Modular intermediate deck for micro housing
The invention provides a composite and modular intermediate deck, designed to divide a micro home into an upper living volume and a lower living volume below the intermediate deck. The intermediate deck is characterized by having a U-shaped slot comprising from 10% to 60% of the total surface of the platform, which allows maximizing usage of vertical space by making the U-shaped slot, which serves as a corridor in the upper living volume, coincide with non-crossable spaces in the lower living volume. The height of crossable areas of the upper living volume is given by the distance from the floor to the flat surface of the intermediate deck. A micro home unit characterized by featuring the abovementioned deck is also provided.
