Raised floor system grounding
A raised floor pedestal including a base configured to sit on a floor; and a post extending up from the base. The post includes a metal member having a general tube shape. A top of the post forms a support surface configured to support a portion of a raised floor system thereon. A side of the post includes an integrally formed ground conductor connector piece extending therefrom. The ground conductor connector piece is configured to have an electrical ground conductor connected directly thereto.
FIRE RESISTANT MEMBRANE FOR FLOORING SYSTEM
A flooring system has a pedestal having a support surface, a membrane comprising a fibre mat and an elastomeric material coating, and/or impregnated into, the fibre mat. The membrane is applied to the support surface to act as a layer between the pedestal and a supported member forming part of a floor structure.
Decking support system
A decking support system including a plurality of decking support elements, each decking support element including a first decking support engagement feature and a second decking support engagement feature, a plurality of connection elements, each connection element including a first connection feature adapted to co-operate with said first decking support engagement feature of a decking support element, and a second connection feature adapted to co-operate with said second decking support engagement feature of a decking support element, the arrangement being such that a first of said plurality of decking support elements is engageable with a second of said plurality of decking support elements by means of one of said plurality of connection elements dependent on said respective co-operations.
Support plate system for elevated flooring tiles
An elevated flooring surface assembly including surface tiles disposed on respective support plates, the corners of which in turn rest on support pedestals disposed upon a fixed surface with a predetermined spacing therebetween to provide for increased degrees of support of the surface tiles above the fixed surface.
Apparatus and related methods of paving a subsurface
Disclosed may be an intermediate surface for supporting a small paver, wherein the surface can also be used to exchange heat with the pavers. In one embodiment, the apparatus may be a tray defined by a frame with a lattice for supporting pavers. The tray preferably features a tubing track throughout the lattice to accommodate heat exchange tubing. In operation the tray may be positioned above a pedestal or directly on a subsurface. In embodiment, the tray may be outfitted with insulation and a metal plate so that heat may be exchanged with pedestals via fluid passing through tubing installed throughout the lattice. In a preferred embodiment, the tray features a slot in its corners for receiving a locking disk or locking slider.
Covering element for a floor covering
A covering element for a floor covering comprising an upper surface having a relief structure, wherein the relief structure comprises excavations having a depth decreasing towards at least one perimetric edge of the covering element.
Reinforced pedestal and reticular structure that supports superposed surfaces and construction method thereof
Reinforced pedestal (A) to support raised surfaces or overlying on fixed surfaces, comprising: an internal part (1), made up of a truncated conical tubular body (2); and at its wide end a base (7) is provided; and a reinforced external tubular part (9) that houses the internal part (1), made up of a truncated conical tubular body (10), in whose center it has a longitudinally truncated conical gap to house the truncated conical body (2) of the internal part (1). Grid structure to support overlapping surfaces, comprising: at least two reinforced pedestals (A) placed apart and parallel to each other, at a sufficient distance to support an overlapping surface; and at least two guide crossheads (13) useful for guiding the placement of the pieces (14) that are going to shape to the overlying surface. Method for building the grid structure, comprising: at least, two modules (B) and/or (C) that form the reinforced pedestals (A); assembling the pieces (1 and 9) of a module with the pieces (1 and 9) of other modules; and to include at least two guide crossheads (13) useful in placing the pieces (14) that are going to conform to the overlying surface on a fixed surface.
Plant Tray
A planting system having a plurality of potting trays that can be interconnected in a modular fashion to create a multitude of different configurations. Each potting tray has a plurality of holes operatively connected with a conduit through which plumbing can be incorporated into the planting system to water plants in the potting trays via the plurality of holes. A plurality of pedestals may be used to elevate the planting system. Lateral braces may be used to interconnect the plurality of pedestals.
Base isolation floor structure
Provided is a base isolation floor structure containing a base isolation frame containing plural frames, and plural base isolation bearings that support the base isolation frame, in which the base isolation bearing contains a base isolation structure that has plural rolling member and is disposed horizontally movably freely on a floor surface, a connecting member that is disposed above the base isolation structure and is connected to the base isolation frame, an elastic plate member that is disposed between the connecting member and the base isolation structure, and a rod member having one end thereof that extends downward and is fixed to the base isolation structure, and the other end thereof that extends upward and is inserted with an allowance into a through hole formed in the connecting member.
Data center floor management
A floor tile for a data center floor is provided that includes a first tile module having a main surface including a first side wall portion and a second side wall portion extending from opposite edges of the main surface, the first side wall portion and second side wall portion each including at least one recess for receiving cabling; and a second tile module having a main further surface adapted to form a removable lid of the first tile module. A data center floor including such a floor tile and a data center including such a data center floor are also provided.
