Tiling laminate, process, and use
A flooring system combines a dimensionally stabilized sub-floor laminate with a dimensionally stabilized tile laminate, the sub-floor laminate and the tile laminate being held together by magnetic attraction. In one embodiment one or other of the laminates is magnetic, and the other has a ferromagnetic engagement sheet. In another embodiment, a magnetic intermediate sheet is placed between ferromagnetic strata of the two laminates. The tile laminate may include ceramic tiles, which may be glass or porcelain. Those tiles are substantially rigid. They have flat ground edges to provide abutting matching fit with adjacent tiles. On assembly, neither mortar nor grouting is employed. The sub-floor has pre-defined mounting hardware accommodations that permit the fasteners not to interfere with the flatness and fit-up of the laminates.
Method for producing panels and panel produced according to the method
Floor panels include: an upper face, a lower face and two pairs of opposite side edges; a base coat layer, a primer layer, at least one decorative layer and a wear-resistant layer are applied at least to a press skin on the upper face; a base coat layer and a counteracting layer are applied to the lower face of the core; the upper face and the lower face of the core have the press skin that arose during pressing; the base coat layer has at least partly penetrated into the press skin on the upper face; the primer layer is arranged between the base coat layer and the decorative layer; the wear-resistant layer contains corundum particles and cellulose fibers; the decorative layer consists of a water-based paint; connecting mechanism and locking mechanism are attached to the side edges in order to connect and lock a plurality of panels without glue.
SPORT FLOOR SYSTEM WITH VARIABLE FORCE REDUCTION ZONES
A sport flooring system designed and installed to reduce fatigue on a user. The sport flooring system includes a floor surface layer that is supported above a substrate layer and is designed for use in playing or practicing an athletic event or game. The floor surface layer is supported by a plurality of a first type of shock absorbing pads and a plurality of a second type of shock absorbing pads where the second type of shock absorbing are less hard and provide greater cushioning compared to the first type of shock absorbing pads. The first and second shock absorbing pads are organized to define at least one first zone and at least one second zone. The second zone provides greater cushioning to the user compared to the first zone to reduce fatigue to the user when playing or practicing on the sport flooring system.
PANEL FORMING
Building panels, especially laminated floor panels are shown, which are provided with a locking system and several core grooves at the rear side in order to save material and decrease weight. Building panels, each having a surface layer on a front side, a backing layer on a rear side and an intermediate core, wherein the intermediate core and the surface and the backing layer all comprise wood fibres and thermosetting resins, the building panels are provided with a locking system for vertical and horizontal locking of a first edge of a first building panel to an adjacent second edge of a second building panel.
Decorative panel and method of manufacturing a decorative panel
The invention relates to a decorative panel, in particular a floor panel, ceiling panel or wall panel, and to a method for manufacturing such decorative panel. The panel according to the present invention comprises includes at least one foamed layer comprising including an upper side and a lower side, and at least one decorative solid layer either directly or indirectly, affixed on said upper side of the foamed layer, wherein both the foamed layer and the decorative solid layer are wood based materials. The invention also relates to a floor covering consisting of a plurality of such panels.

PLYWOOD FLOORING WITH AN ACOUSTIC BARRIER
An improved plywood flooring and process of manufacturing. In one embodiment, the flooring is formed from two layers of Okoume wood sandwiching an acoustic sound barrier therebetween. A wear layer of veneer is adhered to a top face of the upper layer of Okoume wood and edge joinery shapes are cut through a CNC. The flooring is coated with a proprietary epoxy blend with a matt coating on the veneer surface. The process provides a flooring material that will not warp or otherwise degrade when subjected to standing water.

Engineered Plank and its Manufacturing Method
A plank is described and a method for manufacturing the plank. The plank can be produced by mixing polyvinyl chloride powder, coarse whiting and light calcium compound powder, stabilizer, polyethylene wax, internal lubricant, plasticizer, and impact modifier together, and stirring this mixture. The mixture is then extruded through an extruder compound to form a plastic composite base material. A surface layer is then tiled onto the plastic composite base material using thermal compression, without the use of intermediate adhesive materials.
