Carrier plate for a floor, wall or ceiling structure
The invention relates to a carrier plate for a floor, wall or ceiling structure, which has a film-like plate (12) made of plastic having a plurality of protrusions (14), having an adhesion-enhancing layer (26) on a first plate side (17), having a further layer (29), which engages with a second plate side (18) opposite the first plate side (17), wherein the further layer (29) is in contact with the protrusions (14), which spans recesses (19) provided in between, wherein the protrusions (14) are formed to protrude alternately from a central plane (16) of the film-like plate (12), such that a plurality of rows and columns is formed, in which protrusions (14) and recesses (19) are alternately lined up and only recesses (19) are lined up along one diagonal (21) to the rows and columns in a direction along the diagonal (21) and only protrusions (14) are lined up at right angles to the diagonal (21) along a further diagonal (22).
High compressive strength sound attenuation
The present disclosure describes a sound attenuating flooring system. The sound attenuating flooring system has a subfloor, a sound attenuating material overlaying and contacting only a portion of the subfloor, and an overlayment. The sound attenuating material has a first surface and second surface. The first surface is defined by a plurality of outwardly projecting hollow protrusions. The second surface is defined by a plurality of open recesses corresponding to the plurality of outwardly projecting hollow protrusions. The overlayment overlays the second surface of the sound attenuating material.
FIELD-ASSEMBLED WATER CONTROL FLOORING SYSTEMS
Described herein are methods and systems for installing flooring systems that provide waterproofing or water-control capabilities. The flooring systems can utilize a gypsum material or any other self-leveling or concrete material along with a structural board or any other type of cement, wood, gypsum board, compressed board, cellulose fiberboard, sheathing board, or sheet metal material. The flooring systems include a waterproof coating applied to the structural boards to provide the water-control features. The waterproof coating covers seams between structural boards and between structural boards and the subfloor.
Sound transmission control in cross laminated timber construction
A method of reducing sound transmission in a building constructed using horizontal cross laminated timber (CLT) panels to provide a floor of the building and a floor assembly are described. In an implementation, the method includes: attaching a plurality of energy transmission control mounts to a ceiling side of one or more of the cross-laminated timber panels using fasteners; attaching a plurality of furring channels to the energy transmission control mounts; and attaching a cross laminated timber sheet to the plurality of furring channels to form an exposed ceiling layer.
COVERING ELEMENT FOR FLOOR AND A FLOOR COVERING
A covering element for floors includes a tile made of ceramic material and a reinforcing element attached to the tile. The covering element has a lining along an edge of the tile.
Floating floor system
A composite structure for a floating floor system including at least one layer of force muting material and a layer of formwork, wherein the layer of formwork is located on the at least one layer of force muting material wherein the layer of formwork is a half closed folded honeycomb structure or a relaxed honeycomb structure.
Floor mat for laying on the ground and floor using the same
The disclosure belongs to the technical field of soundproof flooring, and discloses a floor mat and a floor. The floor mat includes a floor mat body made of foamed material. At least one surface of the floor mat body is provided with a number of soundproof units with the same area. Each of the soundproof unit has at least one soundproof structure. At least one of the numbers, shapes and distribution positions of the soundproof structures are different. The floor mat of the present disclosure can play a sound absorption effect; at the same time, a plurality of chaotic sounds are dispersed and mutually offset, which effectively isolates most of the sounds and has a good soundproof effect.
FOLDING MAT
A folding mat includes a first cover part into which a plurality of first cushioning materials are inserted; a second cover part into which a plurality of second cushioning materials are inserted and which is foldably connected to the first cover part; a first opening and closing part formed from a first point of a first side of the first cover part to a second point of a second side of the first cover part, and opening at least two sides of the first cover part to allow the plurality of first cushioning materials to be inserted; and a second opening and closing part formed from a third point of a third side of the second cover part to a fourth point of a fourth side of the second cover part, and opening two sides of the second cover part allowing the plurality of second cushioning materials to be inserted.
SEALED ACOUSTIC-INSULATION LAMINATE SYSTEM
The invention relates firstly to a waterproof laminated sound insulation system, in particular for flooring. This system provides sound insulation, in particular against impact noise, in compliance with current regulations, and also satisfactory pressure resistance and satisfactory deformability. The invention also relates to a kit comprising the waterproof laminated system, to the use of fillers having a density of less than 1.2 g/cm.sup.3 in an adhesive composition for increasing the sound insulation of floors, and to the method of laying a waterproof laminated sound insulation system.
FIELD-ASSEMBLED FLOORING SYSTEMS
Described herein are methods for installing field-assembled flooring systems wherein the underlayment is a hybrid design that includes a combination of structural board and cementitious product. The hybrid design is configured to reduce or eliminate the curing time requirement after pouring the cementitious product (e.g., gypsum concrete). The field-assembled flooring systems can reduce or eliminate the chances of the onset of mold due to high moisture levels by removing the cementitious product from the prone areas and replacing it with structural boards. The structural boards (e.g., cellulose fiberboards) can be installed in non-critical areas such as underneath cabinets, around the perimeter of the floor, under bathtubs, in non-walk-in closets, anywhere sheet rock reaches the floor, or the like.
