Device for Laying Floor and Wall Coverings for Outside Corners
A device for laying floor and wall covering for outside corners includes two portions, namely a rigid central first portion that is substantially in the shape of a hollow tetrahedron or of a quarter of a truncated cone, and a flexible peripheral second portion that is substantially triangular in shape and that extends from the periphery of the central portion. The peripheral portion comes to bear against the floor portion and against the wall portions that are disposed facing the device.
DECORATIVE MOULDING FOR A BUILDING WALL
A decorative moulding for a building wall comprises a profiled body with a back side for attachment to the building wall and a front side, the profiled body having a recess on the back side for accommodating a LED ribbon and a coating film attached on the front side. The profiled body is made of translucent light-diffusing material.
Crown Moulding System
A crown moulding system includes at least one first member that may be coupled to a horizontal support surface. At least one second member is provided. The at least one second member may be coupled to the vertical support surface. A panel is removably coupled between the at least one first member and the at least one second member. Thus, the at least one first member, the at least one second member and the panel may present the appearance of crown moulding. At least one line is provided. The at least one line is positioned behind the panel such that the at least one line may be concealed.
Assembly for coping and mounting trim molding
An assembly for coping and mounting trim molding is provided. A trim holding device for mounting a finish trim molding and a coping device are provided. The coping device includes a platform, having a back, into which to place a finish trim molding for coping and cutting, and a blade assembly having a cutter blade and configured to be manually actuated by a lever. The blade assembly is adjustable and is configured to rotate. The cutter blade is configured specifically to a size and a shape of the finish trim molding to be cut and coped. The mounting device includes a bracket, having a pair of mounting flanges, configured for placement along a wall. The bracket and flanges form generally an F shape trim holding device. The flanges are configured to securely hold a finish trim molding without the use of nails, glues, and adhesives.
CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS AND RELATED METHOD
A construction element can comprise a top portion, comprising a top portion region and a top portion groove located below the top portion region. The top portion groove can be configured to receive a wall material within the top portion groove. The construction element can also comprise a middle portion coupled to the top portion. The construction element can further comprise a bottom portion coupled to the middle portion and comprising a bottom portion groove configured to receive a floor material within the bottom portion groove, a bottom portion bend coupled to and located below the bottom portion groove, and a bottom portion region coupled to the bottom portion bend. Other embodiments are also provided.

BASEBOARD ELEMENTS AND RELATED METHOD
A baseboard element including a nose portion that includes a nose bottom section, a nose top section extending approximately parallel to the nose bottom section, and a nose face section extending between the nose bottom section and the nose top section. The baseboard element also can include a riser portion comprising a riser section extending approximately perpendicular to the nose top section, and a riser bend extending between the riser section and the nose top section of the nose portion. The baseboard section additionally can include a wall groove portion comprising a groove front section extending approximately parallel to the riser section of the riser portion, a groove back section extending approximately parallel to the groove front section, a groove bottom bend extending between the groove front section and the groove back section, and a groove top bend extending between the groove front section and the riser section of the rise portion. Other embodiments are provided.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SECURING POWER AND COMMUNICATIONS CABLES AND ASSOCIATED HARDWARE WITHIN CROWN MOLDING
A system for crown molding that enables safely incorporating electrical and communications cabling within crown molding by creating one or more protected paths which inherently prevent overly sharp bends in crown molding corners and by mitigating damage from penetrating punctures through a decorated face designed to fracture when improperly penetrated by a screw or nail, and enables the secure installation of hardware either concealed within the molding or securely and favorably positioned through the decorative face to view or sense a room, and enables additional cable capacity that is concealed within a light reflector to increase lighting efficacy as well as power and data delivery capacity.
BASE CORNER MOLDING GUIDE SYSTEM AND METHOD OF USE
The invention solves problems by providing a pre-manufactured molding corner piece made in an appropriate cross-section to match the molding or doorframe. The precut corners include a novel angled guide system that accurately positions molding strips in correct alignment with each precut corner and holds them there during installation. A bevel guard securely centers the molding strips during attachment and then is easily removed to accommodate final finish work. In use, molding is no longer required to be cut to form miter or bevel angles, but rather cut to a flat joint to match the distance in between two pre-manufactured corner pieces and engages the end of the preformed molding corner piece at a butt joint.
RECESSED TRIM INSTALLATION SYSTEM
A reglet may include a first base extending in a first plane. A reglet may include a first backbone integrally formed with and extending from the first base in a second plane that is substantially perpendicular to the first plane. A reglet may include a first mud flange integrally formed with and extending from the first backbone in a third plane that is substantially perpendicular to the second plane and substantially parallel to and spaced apart from the first plane. A reglet may include a second side forming an angle of between 0 and 180 degrees with the first side of the reglet, wherein the first side and the second side of the reglet are integrally formed to meet at a corner.
