SNAP LOCK TRIM SYSTEM AND METHOD
The present invention relates to a moveable trim system, comprising: at least one trim piece, the trim piece comprising; a trim body; a lock and release mechanism coupled to the trim body; at least one weatherproof seal; and an integrated drainage channel; at least one anchor strip, the anchor strip secured via fasteners to the structure to be covered by the trim piece and the anchor strip providing coupling for the lock and release mechanism; wherein the trim piece is moveable from a removed position which permits access to the structure under the trim piece and a locked position where the structure is covered by the trim piece.
FLASHING SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MODULAR BLAST, BALLISTIC, AND FORCED ENTRY RESISTANT SHELTERS
In one embodiment, a flashing system is provided for fortifying seams between a first blast, ballistic, and forced entry resistant shelter module and a second blast, ballistic, and forced entry resistant shelter module. The system includes a first side flashing assembly for fortifying a first side seam between the first blast, ballistic, and forced entry resistant shelter module and the second blast, ballistic, and forced entry resistant shelter module, a top flashing assembly for fortifying a top seam between the first blast, ballistic, and forced entry resistant shelter module and the second blast, ballistic, and forced entry resistant shelter module, and a second side flashing assembly for fortifying a second side seam between the first blast, ballistic, and forced entry resistant shelter module and the second blast, ballistic, and forced entry resistant shelter module. The system can also include fastening assemblies for coupling the flashing assemblies with the blast, ballistic, and forced entry resistant shelter modules.
Modular channel for linear lighting
Modular channels are disclosed. The channels include a pair of sidewalls and a channel bottom. The pair of sidewalls and the channel bottom are separate, modular, and connected at or proximate to the sidewall bottoms by complementary engaging structures carried by the parts. In some cases, an intermediate member may be placed in the joints between the bottom and the sidewalls. The intermediate member may be made of plastic or rubber, and typically has a constant cross section. It may be a tube or have a round or ellipsoid cross section. The sidewalls may have flanges for flush-mounting the channel in a wall or similar structure. The sidewalls and bottom may carry various channels for alignment with other channels or mounting on other structures.
Transition profile between flooring elements
The present invention relates to a device for adjusting the support height of a retaining mechanism of a base profile of a floor profile arrangement for receiving, so as to attach, a covering profile for joints.
Sheet material connector
Apparatus and methods for joining sections of sheet material (e.g., drywall) are provided. The sheet material joining apparatus or connector comprises an elongated body having two channels disposed such that the ends of two sections of sheet material may be secured therein. The channels are defined by front and back walls interconnected via an internal rib. The front wall is configured to be disposed on the exposed side of the sheet material and the back wall is configured to be disposed on the back or hidden side of the sheet material, while the back wall takes the form of a convex arced surface. The convex arced surface is configured to be engaged by one or more securing elements (e.g., screw), and during such engagement to exert a resilient force onto the adjoining sections of sheet material to draw them inward toward the back wall of the connector.
Portable resilient floating fencing floor system
A portable fencing track that is readily assembled and disassembled at different venues includes a series of modular panels disposed adjacent to one another and interconnected to form an elongated central fencing floor. A piste or strip of electrically conductive material is placed and positioned with respect to the elongated central floor, and a perimeter floor is arranged so as to surround the central floor and the piste or strip. A threshold, preferably adjoining each of the modular panels located adjacent to the perimeter flooring, has lateral and end sections overlying adjacent portions of the strip and the perimeter floor, and at least one of the threshold sections defines a channel to receive wiring. Support elements are mounted to each of the floor panels and the perimeter floor to resiliency support the floor panels and the perimeter floor on a base surface and minimize damage over time to the ankles or hips of fencers. A process of assembling the track is also discussed.
NON-SWELLING REINFORCED DRYWALL JOINT TAPE
A non-swelling joint tape for use with drywall applications includes a tapered trim strip body extending along a central body axis and a non-swelling backing paper. The tapered trim strip body includes a first surface, a second surface opposite the first surface, a first side, and a second side opposite the first side, and is at least partially constructed from a first dimensionally stable material. The non-swelling backing paper is at least partially secured to the second surface of the tapered trim strip body and is at least partially constructed from a second dimensionally stable material. The tapered trim strip body is dimensioned such that a first thickness between the first surface and the second surface at the central body axis is greater than a second thickness between the first surface and the second surface at the first side and the second side.
Joint for floor covering panels and covering assembly comprising said joint
A joint and covering assembly for panels covering floors and having a covering profile having at least one extension with a hidden face arranged facing the floor and an exposed face arranged visible; a base profile with a resting face to make contact with the floor and a supporting face arranged facing the hidden face; and coupling elements between the profiles, having two coupling portions according to different angles with respect to the resting face, and an attachable element coupled in the portions, the attachable element projecting from the hidden face. The coupled arrangement is established such that the exposed face has a different inclination with respect to the resting face according to the portion.
Pressure plate arrangement, production arrangement, device and method for producing a transition region between aerodynamic profile elements
In order to allow or improve a laminar air flow in a transition region between aerodynamic profile elements, a pressure plate arrangement is proposed. The pressure plate arrangement comprises a pressure plate body and at least one cover strip, in particular a sealing strip. The pressure plate body has an outlet region from which free-flowing sealant can exit during pressing. The cover strip already contains cured sealant and presses the free-flowing sealant flat in order to be able to form the transition region.
Cleanroom panel system
The system includes a plurality of panels made of a thermoplastic material. The panels have a hermetically-sealed connection between them using a plurality of first thermoplastic welded junctions. The system further includes a plurality of elongated snap-in panel anchoring units. Each unit including complementary first and second members to be latched together through an interfering engagement. At least the first member of each snap-in panel anchoring unit is made of a thermoplastic material and these first members are attached to the outboard major surface of the panels using a plurality of second thermoplastic welded junctions.
