DRYWALL MUD APPLICATOR TOOL
A drywall mud applicator tool includes a body having a wall engaging applicator face, a first end, a second end, a first side and a second side. A first wheel is mounted for rotation on an axle which is secured to the first side adjacent to the first end. A second wheel is mounted for rotation on an axle which is secured to the second side adjacent to the first end. A third wheel is mounted for rotation on an axle which is secured to the first side adjacent to the second end. A fourth wheel is mounted for rotation on an axle which is secured to the second side adjacent to the second end. A first mud containment skirt extends along the first side from the first end to the second end. A second mud containment skirt extends along the second side from the first end to the second end.
Loosefill Insulation Hose Connector, Loosefill Insulation Hose And Loosefill Insulation Installation System
The present disclosure relates generally to loose fill insulation installation systems, for example, suitable for installing loose fill insulation to an installation site. The present disclosure relates more particularly to a loose fill insulation hose including a plurality of tubular sections coupled together so as to form a conduit configured to convey loose fill insulation along a path from a blowing machine to an installation site. The tubular sections include a first hose section, a first connector section, and a second connector section. The first hose section includes a flexible body that forms an opening with a first cross-sectional area. The first connector section includes a plurality of projections that extend inward. The second connector section includes a constricted opening with a second cross-sectional area that is no more than 50% of the first cross-sectional area.
AUTOMATED DRYWALL PLANNING SYSTEM AND METHOD
An automated drywalling system network that including one or more automated drywalling systems that each has a robotic arm. The automated drywalling system network can also include a computational planner that generates instructions for the one or more automated drywalling systems to perform two or more drywalling tasks associated with a target wall assembly. The two or more drywalling tasks can include a hanging task that includes hanging pieces of drywall on studs of the target wall assembly; a mudding task that includes applying joint compound to pieces of drywall hung on studs of the target wall assembly; a sanding task that includes sanding joint compound applied to the pieces of drywall hung on studs of the target wall assembly; and a painting task that includes painting sanded the joint compound applied to the pieces of drywall hung on studs of the target wall assembly.

POUR IN PLACE FOAM INSULATION FOR BUILDING COMPONENTS
A building component manufacturing method may include providing an insulated structural component of a building. The insulated structural component may include a frame comprising a plurality of outer components coupled together to define an outer periphery of one or more sections. At least one of the sections may include a cavity. The method may include applying a pour-in-place insulation material within the cavity to insulate the component. The pour-in-place insulation material may transition from a liquid state to a solid state to form a first layer of insulation within the cavity. The method may include monitoring a fill level within the cavity while applying the pour-in-place insulation material. The method may include controlling a flow rate of the pour-in-place insulation material based on the monitoring of the fill level within the cavity.
Applicator Devices and Related Methods
An applicator device may include a back panel, and may further include one of: a pole attached to the back panel; and a coupler coupled with the back panel and configured for receiving a pole. The applicator device may include an applicator panel having four sides each of which at least partially defines a rectangular perimeter, the applicator panel comprising a plurality of openings. The applicator device may include at least one spacer coupled between the applicator panel and the back panel, the at least one spacer facilitating a gap between the applicator panel and the back panel, wherein the applicator panel comprises a flat top surface and is configured for applying a layer of wet drywall compound to one of a wall and a ceiling. In implementations multiple spacers are included, which are hollow, and which facilitate coupling of the back and applicator panels using threaded couples passing therethrough.
