Drywall scaffold roller lift to lift heavy drywall or other materials from the ground up onto a scaffold with less heavy lifting
20190345726 · 2019-11-14 ·

Currently, a drywaller on the ground physically lifts the 100+ pound sheet of drywall up to the person on the scaffold, who then has to lift/pull the 100+ pound sheet of drywall up onto the scaffold to hang on the wall. Both people must use their arms, shoulders and back to lift the drywall, and the man on the scaffold sometimes uses his foot to slide the drywall up onto the scaffold. The DSR eliminates this unsafe lifting procedure by providing a rolling mechanism to roll the sheet of drywall instead of lifting. It takes most of the heavy weight of the drywall off the workers, making it safer and easier, which may reduce the number of arm, shoulder, back and foot injuries from manually lifting the heavy sheet of drywall from the ground up onto the scaffold. It is an inexpensive way for drywall companies to more likely than not reduce the number of workplace injuries and worker's compensation claims.

KNOB COUPLABLE TO A SPACER-LEVELLER OF TILES FOR LAYING THE TILES ON FLAT SURFACES

An automated gypsum board installation machine is a device for automatically positioning, installing, and fastening gypsum boards. The device includes a first extendable support member and a second extendable support member as well as a board-fastening assembly that is slidably engaged in between. A quantity of gypsum boards is held within a board-containing receptacle and a gypsum board may be moved into position by at least one adjustable board-retaining device. Once the gypsum board is positioned, at least one fastener-installing device is able to secure the gypsum board in place via fasteners. The at least one fastener-installing device is mechanically coupled to at least one fastener receptacle. The device may be controlled automatically or manually via a control unit and a wireless receiver.

Device for Leveling and Aligning Tiles and Method for Leveling and Aligning Tiles
20190177986 · 2019-06-13 ·

A device for leveling and aligning tiles and method for leveling and aligning tiles are disclosed. In one embodiment, the leveling device includes a body and two spaced and parallel strip members extending transversely from the body. Each of the spaced and parallel strip members extend to the front and rear of the body. Two opposing lateral open windows are formed in the body. A breakaway section is defined along the body. A wedge device is provided for penetrating one or more of the two opposing lateral open windows and exerting a force on the tiles for leveling them relative to each other.

Mechanical locking of floor panels

Floor panels are shown, which are provided with a mechanical locking system comprising tongue and grooves provided with protrusions and cavities which are displaceable in relation to each other and configured such that the protrusions can obtain a vertically unlocked position where they match the cavities and a vertically locked position where the protrusions overlap each other.

Lippage control system with stretchable strap portion

A tile aligning and lippage tuning system that uses a single piece base and strap which is designed to break away from the base when sufficient pressure is applied and is also designed to stretch along a thin wall region before separation of the strap from the base occurs.

Lifting cart for building construction
