Smart corner and wall frame system
In one aspect, a smart corner is provided that can be prefabricated. The smart corner comprises a rear side including a first hole, a first side including a second hole, a second side including a third hole, and a top. A wall frame is also provided. The wall frame includes a top plate, a bottom plate, studs, and four smart corners. A framing system is also provided comprising at least two wall frames. The at least two wall frames connect via the smart corners.
Glueless dustless composite flooring material system
A glueless dustless composite flooring material system providing PVC-based flooring having waterproof layers providing different qualities of hardness, wear-resistance, sound deadening, and decorative patterns, avoiding the use of moisture-susceptible compressed cellulose-based filler, with layers fused together, avoiding the manufacturing complexity and delamination risks of using glue or adhesive, with a quickly-cured, UV-cured top coating providing long-lasting high performance and shortening and simplifying the manufacturing, which can be done in a sheet-form, essentially continuous-run manner, with an ability to quickly and simply change the optional design printing and texturing produced, and having an optional underlayment layer.
MOUNTING CLIP FOR THE FLOATING MOUNTING OF WALL AND CEILING PANELS
A mounting clip (1) for the floating mounting of wall and ceiling panels consisting of composite wood materials, said panels being connected to one another without adhesive by corresponding locking profiles to form a wall or ceiling covering and being fastened to a substructure. The mounting clip has a base board (2), a receiving portion (4) formed in one piece with the base board and intended for engaging in a locking profile of a panel, wherein the receiving portion has a distancing piece (5) arranged as far as possible perpendicularly to the plane of the base board, and a contacting piece (6), which adjoins the distancing piece and is arranged as far as possible parallel to the plane of the base board, and a slot (8) is provided in the base board for fastening the mounting clip to a fastening means on the substructure the slot can be at least 1.5-4 cm long and extend transversely with respect to the contacting piece.
SOUND INSULATION TILE FOR BUILDING AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A sound insulation tile having a tile body and a sound insulation layer on a back surface of the tile body and used for buildings and a method of manufacturing the same are revealed. The sound insulation layer is made of unfoamed or foamed PU material containing special substances. A method of manufacturing sound insulation tiles includes the steps of preparing a plurality pieces of sound insulation layer whose size matches size of a tile body and then attaching the sound insulation layer to a back surface of the tile body by an adhesive layer. Another method of manufacturing sound insulation tiles includes the steps of coating thick PU material over a back side of a tile body to form an even sound insulation layer integrated with the tile body, and then curing the sound insulation layer for mass production of the sound insulation tile.
PET RESISTANT ENGINEERED HARDWOOD FLOOR AND METHOD OF MAKING
A floor plank having a rigid, composite core having an upper side and a underside, the core being thermally stable and formed of PVC and calcium carbonate material that does not include ortho-phthalates, a wood veneer having a lower surface on the upper side of the core and further including an exposed surface, a protective coating on the exposed surface of the wood veneer, the protective coating formed of catalyzed polyurethane having aluminum oxide particles, and a thermo-acoustic cushion coating on the back surface of the core. A method of making is also provided.
Sound attenuating laminate materials
Sound absorbing or attenuating laminate flooring materials are provided, which are directed to be used in the production of floor covering, floor panels, furniture panels, cabinets, counter-tops and wall panels. As well, the methods for producing such products are provided. In particular, abrasion resistant panels, with a laminated structure, created by forming an assembly which consists of laminating a heat-activated resin impregnated paper wear layer, a decorative layer with printed graphics or a wood veneer decorative layer, a medium density (MDF) or high-density (HDF) natural fiber-based core and a resin impregnated paper balancing layer. To achieve sound absorbing and/or attenuating properties, any or all paper layers may be pre coated with an additional flexible elastomeric coating, film or material prior to assembly of the panel, or the natural fiber core panel may be coated with a flexible elastomeric coating, film or material prior to assembly with the papers. The flexible elastomeric coating, film or material acts to absorb, reduce, and/or ameliorate the sound transmissions inherent in laminated panels.
Sound insulation flooring material
A sound insulation flooring material according to the present invention in which a heat resistance, sound insulation, and adhesion are improved is implemented by sequentially stacking a plurality of layers, a first balance layer, a second balance layer, a primer layer, a PE foam layer, and a PE release paper layer. In this case, the primer layer includes a first composition, a second composition, and a curing agent, and the first composition includes a resin, propanol, 1-methoxy-2-propanol, propyl acetate, isopropanol, butanone, and water.
FLOOR PANEL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A floor panel includes a core and decorative layer applied thereon, such that the material of the aforementioned core has a density of more than 1000 kg/m.sup.3, preferably more than 1300 kg/m.sup.3, and has a thickness of 6 millimeters or more. The core has internal spaces and/or that the core has spaces on its bottom side. A method for manufacturing such floor panels is provided according to the aforementioned floor panel.
Decorative Panel, and Decorative Floor Covering Consisting of Said Panels
In the field of decorative floor coverings, decorative panels are known having a MDF (Medium Density Board) or HDF (High Density Board) based core layer on top of which a decorative substrate is attached to provide the panels a desired appearance. The invention relates to a panel, in particular a decorative panel, a floor panel, a ceiling panel or a wall panel. The invention also relates to a floor covering consisting of a plurality of mutually coupled panels.
FLOOR PANEL COMPRISING A CERAMIC MATERIAL OR A NATURAL STONE
The present disclosure relates to a floor panel, comprising a laminate of a core layer, comprising a ceramic or mineral material and a binder a first pair of opposite edges, said first pair of opposite edges comprising complementary coupling parts allowing to mutually couple of plurality of floor panels to each other, a top layer, comprising a ceramic material or a natural stone, wherein the side of the core layer facing the top layer comprises a reinforcement layer, locally having a higher density than the density of the rest of the core layer.
